• Irune Uitzi Uharte (3/5): Cero compromiso con el huésped - Limpieza, zona tranquila. Es una pena que una propiedad que está decente tenga una atención al cliente tan deficiente. Debido a una confusión con la dirección, llamamos varias veces al teléfono de emergencia y no nos dieron la solución hasta 4 horas después (a las 6:30 a.m.), dejándonos tiradas en la calle toda la noche. Era un detalle que podrían haber resuelto en la primera llamada pero el teléfono de emergencia no ayuda en absoluto, un servicio negligente. Cero compromiso con la seguridad del huésped. Respecto a la habitación, si toca al lado de la cocina, se escuchan todos los ruidos.

• Marius (7/5): Weekend - Calm neighbourhood, very safe place to go from the metro station 8-10 min. Clean apartment, and good communication with the owner. The photos on booking were from another room, but we have received another room, wasn’t bad, but still not the same as on photos. TV didn’t work.

• Filip (4/5): - Couldn’t stay in the room due to noises from people entering the house and using the shared kitchen just outside our room throughout the whole night and staff agreed to cancel rest of the 7 night stay at no cancel cost. Extremely thin walls making you feel like people from the other side of the wall aren’t in the hallway but in your bathroom. We couldn’t really get any sleep due to the constant noises. Walls in the room had more dirt stains than airport baggage claiming facilities.

• Victoria (7/5): Muy práctico para estancia corta - La cama muy cómoda, la cocina muy limpia y práctica, el personal amable y la ubicación bastante interesante para poder acceder en coche sin pagar tarifas de restricciones por altas emisiones. El barrio muy bonito y seguro, muy tranquilo y silencioso. Temperatura agradable dentro de la habitación. La habitación tenía muchas telarañas, las paredes estaban rozadas (vendría bien una mano de pintura) y el baño era muy pequeño. La limpieza podría mejorar pero no estaba mal. IMPORTANTE: ¡Cuidado con el aparcamiento en la calle! Necesitarás una licencia de visitante (se pueden obtener por la app RingGo por £20). La gente del alojamiento no avisa y en el anuncio de Booking no dice nada. Hay revisores pasando constantemente y la multa es importante.

Great communication throughout. Good price compared to other options nearby. Would definitely use again If I had to nit pick then the shower head is in need of a descale but other than this everywhere clean and satisfactory

• Elena (9/5): A good stay overall. - A great price / quality ratio on this one! The room was small, but clean and even had a desk for me to work from. The toilet was private, for us it is a bonus. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook there. The room also had a nice garden view with some squirrels that we enjoyed. The location is also pretty convenient, with a nice tavern and a good brunch cafe just 6 minutes away. The beds in the room are a bit rigid to my taste, but we were able to rest there anyway. And it's not really 5 minutes away from Tuffnel Park, more like 10-15.

Recommend - - A very convenient process of self-check-in and check-out - Close to the Tufnell Park tube station (7-minute walk) - Sainsbury's local shop is just near the tube station if food is needed, or within 20 min walk from the flat - Tesco Express and Aldi - Helpful host and informative communication (details about check-in and check-out were sent on time) - Kitchen with marked shelves for each room It's not critical, but: - would be nice if the bin from the room was emptied at least every second day - room 8, shower doors do not close firmly, water spills on the floor while showering

The room itself was a little small but it wasn't missing anything. There was just and annoying green light in the ceiling that was a bit to strong.

• Lesley (7/5): one night stay near a relative - Good contact with host about door code. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Room small but adequate. Kitchen available but we didnt use. Very good value for London. The shower in no. 8 has been reviewed as unusable since at least May. It is either scalding or freezing. We wouldnt stay again because of this. Poor sound proofing , sounds of walking and taps in the different rooms.

• David (1/5): Bad - Location The shower in room 8 does not work. They know it and do not get it repaired. If you want to take a shower during your stay DO NOT book this appartment. There are many more comments reporting this very same issue.
• Morgan (4/5): Disappointing - The property is in a very nice area, the room was clean and very safe with keypads, also the cleaner was very welcoming. The shower has no leverage, it’s either scorching or freezing, which seems to be a common problem reading some of the reviews, for the amount we had to pay, was expecting a lot better. Price was obviously increased due to the festival.

Room was clean, door code security pad on room made me feel safe. Access to a communal kitchen if I needed to. Would stay here again. Could hear footsteps from people in room above, but wasn't too loud to cause an issue for me. Everything else was great.
• Sumit (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and well equipped. The contact person was very helpful. Their door locks are a bit dodgy. Our check out was 11 am, but the digital door locks stopped accepting our code from the morning itself.
