Thi (1/5): It's terrible that they cheat customers. - I had a terrible holiday, I stayed here for 9 nights, I had to pay an additional fee of 118€ for cleaning, but when I received the apartment the first day at 3pm, everything was dirty, the apartment had not been cleaned, the bed sheets and towels of the previous tenant had not been cleaned, I contacted the owner of the apartment by all means via booking and phone number but could not contact him, then I asked for a refund on the booking to rent somewhere else, tomorrow the booking had not been processed, at 6pm the owner of the apartment contacted me and said they would clean after 2-3 hours. But I asked them to refund and they insisted that they would return me the cleaning fee of 118€ = 100 pounds. I agreed! But the next day they only paid 30 pounds, I asked until now when I moved out they still did not pay the remaining 70 pounds. I tried to message booking many times but they did not refund me 70 pounds. The apartment everything is old and broken, the house is not like in the pictures, it is very dirty even though it has been cleaned. A terrible experience for 9 nights there. The house is old, many things are broken and sometimes the hot water is not available. Please consider when renting here for many days.
