Overall perfect. The stairs were narrow and steep, and the apartment was on the top floor. It was difficult to carry and bring down large luggage because there was no elevator.
- Aman (8/5): Well serviced and clean property with a great location. - Great location. BP garage and Sainsbury’s on the door step. Accommodation clean and modern. Lots of fans left for us which was much needed as the bedrooms can get a little stuffy in warm weather. Felt very spacious even with 5 people staying. Balcony with bistro set was a great addition. Bathroom had a little wear and tear, could maybe benefit from a little refresh but otherwise very clean.
Towels were clean but very well used. Could benefit from some new fluffy towels. However these would not be enough to stop me rebooking.

- steph (10/5): Wonderful property and location - Beautiful property, more than enough room for 4 people. Very clean. Parking ( approx £7.50 per day ) available in a side street next to the property and Elizabeth line trains just a short walk away 3 flights of stairs to access but kept us fit !

Il est situé à 2 minutes de la station Acton maimtline et 15 minutes de la station acton Town. 3 supérettes autour. Ravi du séjour et de la communication avec l hôte C était très bien
- Fu (9/5): Clean, new decorated, and photos are also real - The apartment provide some basic cooking groceries e.g. oil, baking papers, salt, pepper etc. can save you to buy all those stuffs if you want to cook little things.
The apartment are new decorated and the appliances are also new. Bathroom with hot water immediately so you don't need to wait to boil each time, you can enjoy the hot bath whenever you need. However, the host need the check in procedures to be done via a link but somehow didn't show in the booking.com chat box (perhaps the link being blocked by the system as I have same issues in another bookings). And unfortunately, until we arrived the apartment we then realized the check in procedures need to be done via that link so we contacted the host to send the link directly to whatsapp and we complete it after to get the key locker pass code. But it only take 10 mins around so overall is quick.
The coffee machine doesn't work properly and has some leaking issue.

Very good location next to transport and well connected. Neighborhood is not clean. There is rubbish not only on streets but also next to entrance and under the hedge.
