Guest Reviews
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional house! 5th - The size, view and extra touches were exceptional! Nothing!
- Suzchfrank (10/5): - OMG..the view was awesome. The house was everything you would want in a holiday home. Love love love the place. Nothing everything was perfect
- Morena (9/5): Convenient location, beautiful views, clean and spacious with everything you need. - The shack was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed and more.
The views of the Tamar river were spectacular and the property catered for our 4 legged friend Blue. That the property was right next door to a party house that weekend.
- Chris (8/5): Spacious house, 1 hour from Devonport airport, Nice views from the deck - Quiet location and very complete house Nothing really
- Dianne (10/5): Great Home - Beautiful location clean comfy and well appointed. Everything was catered for your needs . Would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Much better than some of the places I have stayed in in WA my home town . Well done to the owners😍 Nothing
- Narelle (10/5): I will be hoping to stay there again - A great place to stay, has everything you could need to stay in, go out and have the whole family. There is nothing we didn't like
- Tim (10/5): - Perfect getaway
- Jenkins (10/5): Beauty with a view. - Everything was on one level. Kitchen was lovely and well appointed. The area was beautiful. The yard was great for the dog. Other than the bed being a bit soft, everything was perfect.
- Jane (9/5): Comfiest beds... and a great find - The beds were super comfy
Dog friendly which was greatly appreciated There was only minimal provisions for 4 people with milk and coffee pods.. but luckily we came prepared.
the deck ...it could have been blown off with all nearby tree residue from the previous weeks wind. We utilised the deck and had to sweep off the chairs and table..but given the preceding weather it was understandable. Not a complaint ...it was just a minor thing but thought it worthy of a mention

- Grainne (10/5): - A very peaceful and picturesque setting. The house feels like a home with every comfort provided. I wish we had stayed for longer. The owners had gone to the trouble of putting up Christmas decorations, which was much appreciated. There was a lovely bottle of Tassie wine in the fridge. Glorious views of the Tamar. What more could you ask for?
- Suha (9/5): - The space was large, clean and comfortable for our group of four adults. The kitchen had pretty much anything you may need to use. Plenty of movies and games to play. Backyard was large with an outdoor sheltered seating area. Balcony faced the river which was literally a few mins away by foot. The hosts communicated well and in a timely manner. Only four coffee pods provided for the duration of our 3 night stay amongst four people. Please increase this to a pod per person per day. Due to the regional area, the two IGAs we tried did not stock the pods needed for the machine. Coffee is life or death for some people. Aside from that, everything was great and I would gladly return.
- Macauley (10/5): Absolute Gem of a house! - Everything! Great location, super friendly hosts, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could want and more! Nothing, it was all great!

- Gabrielle (10/5): Very relaxing place to stay with amazing views and everything provided to ensure a comfortable stay. - Amazing view from lounge, main bedroom and front deck. Very clean. - Meredith (10/5): Riverside retreat, peaceful paradise. - Such a beautiful location! Driving into Clarence Point immediately brings feelings of rest and relaxation. The house was fantastic. Jo and Kartika had the heat pump on for us, so the house was warm and welcoming. The fire was set, ready to light.
It was so quiet in Clarence Point, I can't remember the last time I slept so well.
Great communication about getting into the property and lovely little treats left for us.
A perfect location to watch the sunrise, I chose to stay inside and open the curtains, but a braver person ( it was about 2 degrees Celsius!) might choose to sit on the deck overlooking the river.
We had everything we needed! Nothing! I would go back in a heartbeat!
- Samantha (10/5): Do yourself a favour - stay here! - Lovely well maintained house in a beautiful location. The house was very clean and has many well considered little touches. Multiple options for relaxing on the deck or scanning the river with a telescope. Groovy retro shed for reminiscing out the back. Some delicious home grown tomatoes. We will definitely stay again, no question. Leaving?
- David (10/5): Exceptional - The house catered for all our needs and more. Loved the fact there are plenty of options for entertainment. The only set back was the mattress on the bottom bunk, as we had an adult sleeping there he said it was not very supportive.
