- Mina (9/5): お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。 - 前回お世話になった後のコメントでドライヤーのエピソードをお伝えしたような記憶がありましたが、今回の宿泊でドライヤーが増えており設備の改善されたことが素晴らしいと思いました。 スタッフの方の表情が明るくなるような待遇、特典の工夫がされると嬉しいです。 利用者マナーであると思いますが、ロッカー内の放置物が（明らかにゴミと思われるものは捨てましたが、忘れ物かどなたのか不明な物の配置に戸惑いました）スペースの限られた場所なので床や棚（カップ麺類、タオル、袋）にあるのが少し気になりました。

- Enes (6/5): Nötr… - Hergün gecelik, çarşaf, nevresim değişimi yapıyorlar Saat sabah 11-3 arası temizlik için herkesi uyandırıp odalarından çıkarıyorlar ve herkes enerjisiz şekilde lobide bekliyo ya da uyuyor, kapsüldeki prizler iptal edilmiş dışarı çıkmadan telefonumu şarj etmek için lobyde beklemem gerekiyordu. Bu 2 konu bir hotel/hostel için çok önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum, tabiki temizlik görevinde çalışan arkadaşlarımız işlerini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlar ama bizde oraya uyumak için ücret veriyoruz:) bu konuya daha esnek bir başka kural konulmalı

- miru (9/5): とてもコスパがよくサウナが好きな方にはおすすめです - 駅近でコンビニや飲食店も近くにあり便利 私は深夜にも2階（フロント）に行きましたがスタッフさんが常にいるような感じでした。 わたしは利用しませんでしたがサウナもありました。 女性用サウナがあるカプセルホテルは珍しい気がします。 鍵はカードキーなどでは無く普通の鍵で連泊の際でも11:00~の外出時はフロントに預ける式でした ロッカーは寝室と同じフロアにありキャリーケース等の大きな荷物は鍵のない棚に預ける式でした。 バスマットはシャワールームに敷いてある珪藻土マットのみでした。私は少しバスマットのシェアは抵抗があるのでバスマットも館内着等と同じように入れて置いて欲しいです。 設備なので仕方ないのですが寝室に何かよく分からないでっぱりなどがあり最後まで使い方とか分かりませんでした。 頭等ぶつけない用に気おつけて

- Fern (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is falsely advertised. The staff were rude, the place was filled with black mould, dust and hairs. Save your money and go elsewhere. If you were wanting to take a “private shower” the curtains are covered in black mould and have a gap for people to look straight in. I requested a refund and they refused.

- Ahmet Yasir (1/5): I definitely do not recommend it. - There wasn’t much to like about this place. Staying under these conditions just because the price is cheap honestly feels inhumane. I’ve stayed in hostels in Europe before, but none of them were this difficult. Worst of all, you are literally forced to wake up at 11 AM and leave the hotel during cleaning hours. The bathrooms are two floors below, and the elevator is insufficient, so you end up waiting for minutes every time. Even military service was more comfortable than this.

- Southorn (8/5): Practical and Cozy in Ebisu - I loved this location! Close enough to Shibuya to do everything yet far enough from the night light and constant truck ads. Super clean and modern inside, I would have liked to stay here longer The beds are very practical, I wished it was a lil softer but not the worst thing ever. And I had never used a sauna before! Exciting but I was hoping for more signs on how to use them

- Kevin (1/5): Everyday the staff force you to leave from 11 to 15 - Niente, niente di buono in questo ostello. The worst hostel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The worst part is that every day from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM you are forced to leave the room. It doesn’t matter if you’re sick, tired, or if you’ve just come back and want to rest. They literally force you to leave and stay outside or in the reception area together with all the new people checking in. I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere else. On top of that, there is only one elevator for the entire building. Every time you wanted to go back to the room, it took forever. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and overall the place feels quite neglected and poorly maintained. The location is good, but honestly it’s better to stay a little further away and be much more comfortable.

- Lillian (6/5): - Location was excellent and the staff were polite. Required check-out at 11 AM every morning, including packing and putting away anything in your capsule. Locker space was small and crowded with others in there. Capsule was not very comfortable (part of the wall jutted into the capsule, limiting space, and the pillows were filled with what felt like beans). Lights were kept on in the capsule space the entire night, so it never looks like the advertised photo. There is one elevator for 8 floors, so during busier hours, it can take a really long time to go up or down any amount. Calling the capsule "air conditioned" is very generous. The fan barely does anything.

- AYAKO (8/5): - スタッフの方がとても親切でした。連泊の際には、同じお部屋をずっと利用出来るように配慮してくださいました。館内も清潔で、毎日部屋着やシーツ等、全て替えてくれていたこと。ワイファイも繋がるので助かりました。スーツケースを下まで運んでいただいて助かりました。ありがとうございました。 交通の便もとても良く、周りにもお店がたくさんあったので快適に過ごせました。 荷物の整理や、出入り等、やはり音は常にしています。連泊だったのでだんだん慣れてきましたが、あまり熟睡は出来ないかもです。

- Mohammad Darrel (7/5): - - Very good location, barely a 5 min walk to Ebisu station and a seven eleven right across the street - Easy check in, helpful staff. - You receive nice pajamas, slippers and two towels. - sleeping pod was comfortable and spacious enough. - The sauna was AMAZING. Even better than the onsens i went to, and i don't say this easily - Locker room is extremely cramped, not recommended to bring more than one luggages. - Facilities aren't well maintained specifically the bathroom- leaking showerheads, missing privacy screens, and is not that clean but not to the point of it being disgusting - Access to the hotel is difficult. You are immediately greeted with a flight of narrow stairs. Again, NOT recommended if you are carrying heavy luggages!! - You must checkout at 11am everyday and you can only return at 3pm. Doesn't matter if you are staying for multiple nights. You get to keep your stuff in the locker, though. Not that much of a problem for me since i spent most of my day outside anyway, but others might not like it
- Luk (7/5): Leuk concept, fijn onthaal, heel vriendelijk - Op zich een nette locatie, vriendelijk personeel, sanitair is ook netjes, de coccons zijn ruim en het concept op zich is origineel. Je beschikt over een locker. De ligging is erg goed. De ruimte voor bagage en de omkleedruimte is wat beperkt. De coccon is best warm en oordopjes zijn geen luxe als er enkele snurkers in de ruimte zijn, verder prima! In het hotel is een lift, maar je moet eerst een stevige trap nemen voor je aan de eigenlijk inkom bent.

- Sissy (8/5): Everything still exceeded my expectations with how safe and extremely clean the space is - Location was great with a 2-3 min walk to the station It’s understandable that noise level will be hard to control since it’s a shared living space, but with only one door/entrance to enter and leave the sleeping dorm, it gets pretty loud when people are rolling their luggages on the ground especially in the morning.
- Noriko (7/5): 機能性をもっと考えて欲しい - 安いところ、駅近、スタッフは親切、自販機がロビーにある この値段でサウナが使えるのはお得 ロッカーに行くには一度カプセルルームを通る必要がある動線が悪いです。そのため、深夜に後から来たお客さんが何度も音を立てて出入りします。扉が開閉の度に音が出てしまうので気になりました。 他の利用客のマナーの問題もありますが、１時過ぎてもガシャガシャ音を立て続ける人や音を立てて歩く度にカプセルに振動が伝わってきて寝れない日がありました。床材が硬いため、防音について考慮されていないと思いました。 深夜になってもカプセルルームは蛍光色の明るい空間で、他者への配慮を考える必要がなさそうな空間と捉えられるのも仕方ないと思います。景観を気にしているのか注意書きは小さい字で「お静かに」とその英語表記しか書かれてないです。 他の方が書かれているため敢えて記載しますが、マナーの良し悪しに国籍は特に関係ないように感じましたし、日本人の利用者達が特段マナーが良い訳でもなかったです。日本人よりはヨーロッパ系の利用者達の方が狭いロッカールームやエレベーターで色々配慮してくれました。 他のホテル同様、各国語でイラスト付きでマナー配慮の注意書きをして欲しいと思いました。 値段上げてもいいのでシャワールームの床など清潔感はもう少し欲しいと思いました。 断言できない点ですが、朝全身が痒かったのが気になりました。感覚が敏感めな人だと色々気になる点があると思います。

- Maria (8/5): Clean good for layovers or a few nights. - The shower and sauna was very nice and clean. Good for a short time stay, would come again. Nothing related to the hotel but some of the girls started packing their suitcases at like 6am even tho there is a sign not to do that in the sleeping area. I do have to admit that they could design the lounge area a bit better. Lots of people were using the space for eating and work, so an actual table would be good or a plant for decoration. One thing that I found annoying is that the lights were constantly on. The pull down curtain blocks most of the light in the pod but I feel like turning the lights off around midnight should be ok.
- Daniel Rybicki (10/5): - Naprosto vynikající kapslový hotel. 2 minuty na vlakovou stanici Ebisu. Family Mart naproti hotelu. Samozřejmě člověk nesmí očekávat služby, jak od klasického hotelu. Zůstal jsem tři noci. Postele jsou tvrdší, ale za mě jsem se překvapivě dobře vyspal.
