- Akhil (1/5): Not a recommended stay - The location of the apartment is great. It is quiet and offers a beautiful mountain view as soon as you step outside the apartment. There was no real person available to speak to regarding issues during our stay. The facilities provided were very basic, less comfortable than my own apartment. The washroom had a persistent bad smell, and despite reporting it, the staff did not properly address the issue. They claimed they had checked and found no problem, but it was clear this was untrue, as no one had even entered our room or washroom, the conditions remained exactly as we had left them in the morning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. To make matters worse, they also require a deposit before your stay.

Очень комфортное времяпровождение. Депозит. Я впервые встречаю такое. Само здание довольно старое, очень простое оформление. Очень темно, даже если я включала всё освещение, комната остается темным, и когда за окном пасмурная погода, очень грустное настроение. Высокая цена. Платишь такую сумму, как в хороших отелях , но это скорее как дом отдыха в деревне.

The only thing I didn't like was the barely audible fan/ machine noise coming from the basement during nights, when everywhere is in complete silence, it is audible. And unfortunately it a bit hinders you going to sleep

- Ivan (3/5): - Gute Lage und günstig Das Bett war nicht sauber. Auf der Bettwäsche befanden sich schwarze, undefinierbare Rückstände, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Gerade beim Bett erwarte ich einwandfreie Hygiene. Zusätzlich war auch der Boden sichtbar schmutzig, was den Eindruck weiter verschlechtert hat. So ein Zustand darf in einer Unterkunft nicht vorkommen und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich negativ beeinflusst.

- Cristian Tol (7/5): Ridiculous 200€ deposit, but otherwise okay 👍 - Within walking distance from the Bad Goisern train station. Plenty of outside parking places. Generally clean rooms and okay maintained. Spatious apartment. Nice views all around the house. 200€ deposit is ridiculous, plus the fact that we have to pay it via a 'scam' looking like website, which not even Booking.com knew about. Fortunetely it was not a scam. No staff at all to be seen around. All messages are automated which unfortunately again looks like a scam, however it's a real property. No coffee or tea provided, so bring your own. Radiators were set to zero, so we had to turn them on ourselves.

The kettle is so dirty you can't even touch it. The whole room is not clean. Is that why the hotel is very noisy from the very morning, the maids are vacuuming and the soundproofing is very low. It's funny that for such poorly maintained low-class rooms they also ask for a deposit when checking in!!!!! and filling out a bunch of unnecessary forms that take up time. They write many times in all possible messengers and from the evening and in the morning what time we have to move out and other things. I know all this! And it all takes up a lot of my time and in general the impression is terrible...

- Muhammed Halil (4/5): Disappointment. - Just Location. After paying, I was suddenly asked for a deposit (200 euros). I felt tricked because I paid 137 euros for one night and after I saw that they asked for a deposit, I was going to cancel my reservation but there was no refund. So I had to pay the 200 euro deposit compulsorily. I felt like I was trapped because I didn't see any information about the deposit anywhere. (Maybe there is, but I may not have paid attention) There is no 200 euro material in the room. I wonder what we were going to damage. They also said that the deposit would be refunded within 10 days. I do not recommend this place, if you want to feel tricked or trapped, you can stay here. Good luck in life.
- Milan (9/5): - Super lokalita v blízkosti Hallštattského jezera. Pokoj útulný, čistý, k dispozici vše dle popisu, navíc žehlička a vysoušeč vlasů. K dispozici též kompletně vybavená kuchyně a jídelna včetně myčky nádobí a pračky. Na turistický pobyt je to super. Možná lepší popis způsobu vyzvedávání klíčů od pokoje. Dá to trochu koumání, ale jde to zvládnout .

- Anastasiia (3/5): Я нікому не раджу і більше сюди не повернусь - Сподобався вид з вікна, більше нічого Комунікація з готелем була жахлива тому що мене змушували заплатити додатково 400 євро завдаток хоча я вже заплатила 200 євро, близько години вирішували це питання і готель прийшов до висновку що вони помилилися. Номер був дуже брудний, пліснява в ванній, неприємний запах «старості» та каналізації, матраси жахливі тому що зовсім не ортопедичні , спиш як в гамаку , на деяких ліжках матрац був менший за розміри ліжка (його не вистачало по довжині), в номері є кавоварка проте капсули були відсутні, не розумію сенсу цих кавоварок якщо відсутні капсули, в одній з кавоварок була використана капсула , тобто вони були брудні, чайник також був брудний з накипом води. Дуже брудні душеві кабінки (наліт від води не мився ніколи) а саме скляні стінки . Чуже волосся на раковині та туалеті , поодиноке сміття на підлозі
- Jenn (8/5): There were great views from our room, looking out over the Alps. - Really enjoyed our stay and loved the two bedroom apartment. The interiors and furnishings were beautiful. We had car parking within the premises, which made everything very easy. There were great views from our room, looking out over the Alps. I only wish we’d had more time to spend here. It was a clean and cozy home, and my family really enjoyed it. Kitchen could be better equipped with more utensils. Some kind of board games for the kids to enjoy.

- Patrick (3/5): Ausgelegt auf Profit, statt Sauberkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit - Kommunikation mit dem ServicePartner via WhatsApp war klasse. Haben sehr schnell Antworten erhalten. Die Mängelliste in der Wohnung ist und war lang, Tisch war am Wackeln und ist irgendwann zusammengebrochen, Großteil der Stühle wackelig. Geschirr dreckig, unvollständig, generell eher sehr unsauber und eher eklig. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Kühlfach vollkommen vereist, wir haben es enteist und noch Sachen von Vormietern gefunden, etc.

- Ruth (5/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. Bin nach 3 Übernachtungen schon abgereist, eigentlich 5 gebucht. - Zimmer wahr schön warm, auch beim Duschen war das Wasser warm. Matratze kürzer als Bett. Sehr viel Staub im Bettzeukasten unter Bett. Vorhänge: die farbigen zu kurz und zu wenig breit. WC mit viel Urinstein. Familie mit 2 Kindern konnten bei ihrer Anreise die Türe für ihr Zimmer nicht öffnen und kein Mensch war erreichbar. Die Familie musste eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

- Carina (1/5): - In der Unterkunft hat während meines Aufenthalts eine Perchtengruppe eingecheckt, da ein großer Perchtenlauf in Bad Goisern stattfand. Wenn die Unterkunft mich im Vorhinein darüber informiert hätte, hätte ich die Möglichkeit gehabt, eine andere Unterkunft zu wählen oder meine Reise auf einen anderen Termin zu verschieben. So bekam ich es aber erst mit, als die Perchtengruppe in den Gemeinschaftsräumen der Unterkunft eine Party feierte, inklusive lautem Gesang, lauter Musikbox, Scheppern der Perchtenkostüme. Das Dröhnen des Basses war sogar noch vor dem Haus zu hören. Partys sind laut Unterkunft verboten. Ich habe sofort Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen, jedoch erhielt ich ständig nur mit KI generierte Antworten. Der Vermieter zeigte kein Interesse daran, auf meine Nachrichten einzugehen. Er schlug mir vor, ich solle die Polizei rufen (wobei das wohl Aufgabe der Unterkunft wäre und nicht von mir) und ich solle die Party filmen und ihm Videos davon schicken. Als würde ich als junge Frau alleine zu einer Gruppe betrunkener Perchten gehen, um sie zu filmen... Ich bin nachts noch abgereist und habe somit nur 2 anstatt 4 Nächten im Hotel übernachtet. Keine Entschädigung des Vermieters...

- ARUTCHELVAN (9/5): A nice stay at the Austrian Alps near Hallstatt - The location was great. Walkable from the Bad Goisern Railway station. Easy to find through google maps. It was close to some nice hiking trails too. the bed could have been more comfy.
