- Giannina (7/5): Buono - Struttura in zona centrale, in un bel quartiere e vicina alla stazione dei treni/metro/bus. Pulita, ogni giorno venivano fatte pulizie, riordino stanza e cambio asciugamani. Staff molto cordiale. La stanza è davvero piccola, per raggiungerla ci sono delle scale molto strette e rumorose, abbastanza fastidiose. Non c’è l’ascensore.

- Graham (7/5): Good room for what we wanted. - Great location for the theatre and tube station, both in easy walking distance. Basic room but under no allusion from previous reviews and everything worked. Would consider visiting again, if go back to Victoria area. Bathroom sliding door had a random habit of opening. Shower head was a tad small although the water pressure was still very good.

- Larisa (10/5): Recomendable 100!%! - Todo limpio, las camas muy cómodas, las vistas centricas de Londres, hay un balcón grande y bonito, que no se puede salir (la puerta no se abre completamente), pero da el ambiente. El agua caliente y presión en la ducha estaban mas que suficientes. Una estancia para recordar. Un 10. Todo fue perfecto!

- M. Robson (7/5): Excellent choice in London city center for light travellers. - The hotel is really well located. Belgrave road is a gem, walking distance from Victoria, calm environment yet in the city center and really well connected to touristic points. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Good option for light travelers. I had a luggage which was heavy. However, I need to highlight the kindest receptionist offered to help me carry my luggage to the second floor. Completely exceptional service, in my view. Overall experience was good, there was everything I needed in the room, including a hair dryer, an iron and an iron table, coffee and coffee mugs, clean space, towels, etc. For the price I paid which was very affordable for London considering the excellent location, I totally recommend this hotel for light travelers.

- Bea (10/5): Great place, good value, would happily return! - Great location in Pimlico, short walk to Victoria Station and close to Buckingham Palace. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, helpful and prompt when we asked for more pillows and ice. Room was small but comfortable, clean and well decorated. Tea and coffee facilities and Elemis toiletries were a nice touch. Room and bed were both quite small, but that’s the standard for central London hotels! 🤷🏻♀️

- KA (9/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip: Wir würden wieder dort buchen. - Die Lage ist perfekt: Man kann gut zu Fuss zum Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace oder zur Themse laufen, wo man in kurzer Zeit z.B. beim Big Ben ist. Ausserdem ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuss bei der Victoria Station (Bahnhof zum Flughafen oder Tube). Es ist ein angenehmes und belebtes Quartier mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Besonders zu empfehlen für ein sehr gutes Frühstück (grosse Auswahl) ist das Pimlico Fresh. Das Zimmer war klein aber völlig ausreichend für einen Städtetrip, Kleider konnten versorgt, der Koffer in einer Ecke verstaut werden. Kaffeemaschine, Teekocher, Föhn sowie Bügeleisen und -brett sind vorhanden. Sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Teppich im Zimmer sollte ersetzt werden! Es ist ein tiptop renoviertes Haus, trotzdem kann es etwas ringhörig sein (je nach Gästen).

- Heike (8/5): Super Lage - Super Lage, man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen, Victoria Station ist in 10 minuten erreichbar. Um die Ecke viele Cafés und Pubs. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend und sehr sauber. WLAN könnte besser sein.

Además nosotros volamos a Luton y cogimos el 757 que nos dejaba directamente allí y ha sido genial que el alojamiento se encuentre donde está. La gente que trabaja allí es majísima y todo está muy limpio. Bien para lo que puedes encontrar en el centro de Londres. Nos ha gustado todo. Si a caso, decir que la habitación es pequeña, pero más que suficiente para ir a descansar, ducharse, cambiarse... De verdad que muy bien para lo que se oferta en Londres.

- Dene (4/5): Perfect budget hotel for the area you’re in, wouldn’t recommend the basement room and ask for a second pillow. - Fantastic location, was able to check in early. However, we’re certain we didn’t book this hotel as we had a message to say we could leave baggage here and our actual hotel would be round the corner and closer to the Victoria palace? It’s definitely a value for money job. Our room was in the basement, directly below reception and we could hear every footstep from above, especially when it sounded like a child was running around at 6:30am! We had to check the window wasn’t open as it felt like outside noise was very loud too. Really disappointed to only have 1 pillow per person, the duvet felt like it was too small for the bed. As above, confusing as to where we was actually meant to stay as this definitely wasn’t the place but the booking on the website must’ve changed as we had a different address completely before arrival and evidence of there being somewhere else is in photo.

- Catalina Stingaciu (10/5): It's decent value for money - Value for money is fine, you have to keep in mind how much you pay compared to other places in London. Honestly, having a carpet in a hotel is just a horrible idea. I'm sure they clean it but it looked absolutely horrendous. I still gave a 10 because I am convinced they clean it but why, why, why, in God's name would you ever have a carpet in a hotel. Get hardwood floor which don't stain and are easy to clean. It looked sooooo bad. Bothered me so much to think of the filth in that carpet.

Additionally when I arrived at the hotel there was no one at reception and despite ringing the bell a couple of times was waiting over 5 minutes. Camera molto spaziosa per gli standard di Londra, più di quanto mi aspettassi, pulita e ordinata ogni giorno dallo staff. Presenza di un bollitore e macchinetta del caffè! Lo staff gentile, disponibile e preparato.

That was made easier thanks to being very close to Victoria station. The sheets, shower etc. were clean. There's carpet on the floor, and we couldn't shake the feeling that it couldn't be that clean - we'd have preferred a hardwood floor or something similar.

- valedeoro (9/5): Perfect for an overnight stay close to Victoria Station - I am probably biased, because the weather was absolutely gorgeous, so we did not spend a lot of time in the room. We stayed for one night for a musical visit. The location was great, super close to both Victoria station and the Other Palace (the musical venue) so we had everything in walking distance. There are several second hand stores nearby if you like that kind of thing and a good selection of coffee places. The had the room on the top floor (lots of stairs), made up with twin beds upon request. The room is small (as expected in London), but with a lovely view. The shower gets warm quickly, and the beds were comfy. Morning coffee in bed thanks to the Nespresso was appreciated, and the people at reception were all super lovely and helpful. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay with minimal baggage.

We stayed in the family room, which as I understood is the only family room in this hotel. Unfortunately, the room had a strong mold smell, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted the staff and asked if it would be possible to move to another room, but unfortunately this was not offered to us. The window was opened and the heating was turned off to improve the air quality, but this did not solve the problem as the mold smell was present throughout the room. Do not recommend it to people with breathing problems. The room requires renovation.
