• Christopher (10/5): A perfect, charming location for a diverse collection of travelers. - Centrally located in a way that is a short walk from the train station and Colosseum area, this apartment offered us a humble view of our own with which to enjoy the city. There are many good places around in which to eat, and the courtyard within instilled a love for our own floral garden to cultivate on return. Lift access and a secure neighborhood gave us peace of mind in checking in. Chiara was also a wonderful host who did all within her ability to ensure our comfort, provided a space with amenities thoughtful and prepared with care during our visit. Shuttle service was the smoothest transition out of the city, albeit too soon. Grazie a Lei!
• Verónica (4/5): Nos decepcionó - Buena ubicación, muy cerca del Coliseo, y nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in, lo cual se agradece. El apartamento necesita más mantenimiento y una limpieza más cuidada. Los colchones eran de muelles, bastante incómodos y muy ruidosos al moverse, incluso unas de las sábanas estaban agujereadas. Además, el aislamiento de las ventanas era muy malo, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de la calle y por la noche era difícil dormir sin despertarse varias veces. También encontramos moho en el baño, la colcha tenía manchas visibles y debajo de la cama había una funda de plástico olvidada. Son detalles que dan sensación de poca limpieza y cuidado.

Sur les 4 adultes, personne n'a apprécié le séjour à cette endroit, la couverture sur notre lit était salle Ne plus recommander cette place serait la meilleur chose pour les visiteur

• Rubén Casado (5/5): - La ubicación está muy bien situada con el metro y andando se puede ir al Coliseo. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio. Por la noche no se podía dormir porque entraba todo el ruido de la calle y se oía como si estuvieras en la misma calle. Las camas no son muy cómodas y me las esperaba mejor. Si hubiéramos pasado más días sin descansar no hubieran sido vacaciones....

• Gábor (10/5): - Jó helyen van ,akkár gyalog is bejárható innen Róma. Bolt, pékség van a közelben. Tömegközlekedéssel is szuper helyen van. Picit zajos este mert forgalmas úton van, de lehet aludni ettől.

• Zhilu (3/5): Disappointing accommodation - Location is good. Conveniently located close to metro station, restaurants and train station. Extremely noisy. Sirens, tram, traffic noise all night long. Very hard to get to sleep. Sub-standard maintenance and cleaness, with cracks on tiles, broken cupboard, mouldy drain cover and hair left from previous customer on sofa. Tight supply of guest amenities. We stayed for 5 nights, they provided 4 coffee pods, no tea or sugar, 3 pieces (not rolls) of kitchen tissue. We ended up getting our own toilet rolls. We do travel to Italy often and know what to expect for the sort of money you pay. The misalignment between the high rating and the reality made me doubt Bookings' rating system. Overall not recommended.

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa: todo estaba impecable, decorado con mucho gusto y equipado con cada detalle que se pueda necesitar. La ubicación es inmejorable. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos una y mil veces. ¡100% recomendado!

And just 20 minutes to the Colosseum by foot. It was affordable and the hosts were very friendly. Couldn't have been happier with our choice for this apartment.

Small supermarket close, fast food, e.g. pizza, kebab, chinese very close for quick snack. also you can find tiny restaurants with typical romes food (e.g. for dinner) around the corner. Only the noise (the traffic) from the street where the apartment is, was annoying during the night all the time :-(.
• Alexey (9/5): Superb - A lot of space, very good location in the center of Rome (1 km to Colliseum). Not so cheap, but for Rome is it OK. Some time is needed for the heater to warm up the room, and you cannot change the temperature because this process is fully automatic.

• Florinda (1/5): Horrible stay. Will NEVER go back. - Central location Bathroom door handle broken. Host sent someone to repair. On our last day, we were burglarized and our apartment was ransacked. Apartment was locked and entry was gained using a key. The only other key was possessed by owner and repair person. Burglary was accomplished by a man and a woman. Suspects stole a Calvin Klein jacket valued at $450. A pair of men’s slacks valued at $200 and $300 in cash. The burglary was definitely an inside job. I would not recommend anyone staying at the location. Booking. Com should definitely reconsider listing this location on their site. Booking.com is sending people there to have things stolen from them. No one took any responsibility or offered any compensation. Considering a lawsuit against booking.com for putting us in danger.
