• Anita (5/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Mała kawalerka z wyposażeniem, które wymagałoby wymiany, naprawy. Odrapana sofa do spania nie robi dobrego wrażenia, wygląda nieestetycznie.
• Javier (9/5): 4 días en Nápoles - El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos, muy bien aprovechado, limpio, en pleno centro de Nápoles, una zona muy segura incluso de noche, la dueña Lucia muy amable en todo momento, la cocina bien equipada, ascensor, incluso una terraza. Se podría aprovechar mejor la terraza si tuviera una pequeña mesa y sillas.

• Jacky (6/5): Lovely quiet place to stay - A well-proportioned flat featuring a separate bedroom and bathroom, distinct from the main living area, which includes a combined kitchen and lounge. The property is generally very quiet, providing a peaceful stay. All essential amenities were supplied, including basin and shower gels, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishwashing liquid and washing capsules for the washing machine. The owner was very responsive and quick to assist with any queries regarding the property. The Municipio area is an excellent location for a holiday, with a wide selection of restaurants and a nearby supermarket within easy reach. A few small improvements could enhance the stay, such as additional charging points by the bed and basic cleaning items like a mop, bucket, and all-purpose cleaner. The living room sofa would benefit from re-covering, as the vinyl is peeling, although spare quilts were provided and helped resolve this. There was some noise from neighbouring guests during part of the stay, which was outside the host’s control. Once they left, the flat was quiet again.

• Pablo (8/5): - El depto es cómodo, cómo se ve en las fotos, y está bien equipado. Cumple con lo que se ve. Valentina y Carmine fueron muy atentos y respondieron enseguida cuando les hicimos un par de consultas. Un detalle, que señalo no como crítica sino como observación: uno de los días de la estadía, el personal de limpieza entro directamente al departamento para cambiar las toallas, sin previo aviso ni tocando la puerta antes de entrar. Tal es así que mí madre y yo estábamos dentro del depto. en ese momento. Sería bueno que lo supieran para evitar algún momento incómodo.
• Emanuela (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto in ambiente confortevole e centrale con gestione ottima in ogni situazione - La posizione era assolutamente perfetta,molto centrale senza essere caotica.Ben fornita da mezzi,servizi, supermercati e negozi. Comoda per girare il centro interamente a piedi ma comunque molto vicino al metro. Valentina,la persona che ci ha accolto, è stata assolutamente disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno e ci ha fatto sentire accompagnati e supportati rispetto a qualsiasi dubbio o esigenza. Una persona di rara disponibilità e garbo. L'appartamento è pulito,ordinato e funzionale. Il condominio è dotato di portineria. Un luogo che consigliamo e in cui certamente torneremo se dovessimo soggiornare nuovamente a Napoli. Mi è piaciuto tutto e siamo stati davvero molto bene,la struttura è ben organizzata e pulita e sia l' host che la ragazza che si è occupata della gestione dell' appartamento sono stati davvero disponibili e gentilissimi.Se potessi dare un suggerimento il divano del soggiorno necessiterebbe di essere sostituito.Comodo ma piuttosto rovinato.Dato l'appartamento ordinato e moderno varrebbe forse la pena cambiarlo.
• Marco (10/5): Ottimo, super consigliato! - Posizione ottima, comoda per raggiungere le principali zone della città e comodo alla metropolitana. Alloggio tranquillo, fornito di tutto (wifi, aria condizionata, televisore smart, lavatrice) in palazzo con portineria. Host fantastico, Valentina davvero gentile e davvero brava a consigliarci al meglio per la nostra visita a Napoli. Antonio che ci ha accompagnato all'aeroporto, super simpatico e puntualissimo. Non posso che consigliarlo Nulla, tutto perfetto

L’accoglienza calorosa ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa — proprio come la città stessa sa raccontarsi, con semplicità e calore. Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere!

Situato in un palazzo super tranquillo molto vicino a Via Toledo e al Molo Beverello, ci ha permesso di girare comodamente raggiungendo le principali attrazioni della città. Carmine è stato molto gentile, ha anticipato il check in venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze e, dato che l’appartamento era libero,ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie il giorno della nostra partenza. Ci è stato fornito anche un servizio, a pagamento, di navetta all’aeroporto guidata da Antonio anche lui molto disponibile e simpatico ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre necessità. L’alloggio molto pulito, dotato di ogni necessità nel caso in cui si volesse cucinare in casa. La presenza del condizionatore, noi lo abbiamo sfruttato poco perché il periodo in cui siamo andate non era eccessivamente caldo ma sicuramente fondamentale nelle giornate più roventi. Il bagno con la doccia un po’ piccolina però per brevi periodi ci può stare. L’unico consiglio che mi permetterei di dare è fornire magari con un supplemento degli asciugamani in più perché, soprattutto per chi si ferma per periodi più lunghi, necessita di cambiarli.

• Petar (7/5): Good - Location was great. The bathroom towels were smelly and the shower was too small, kitchen didn't have any paper towels or kitchen cloth and dishes weren't clean, glasses especially.

Living room couch really old and not at all how it was presented in the pictures. In the bathroom no heat as in the rest of the house and for the month of march bit of heat is necessary especially to dry the towels in the bathroom. I would say that pictures on the site are not 100 percent as reality, maybe 70 percent.

• Aida (7/5): It is good enough for a short stay! - The apartment was equipped with everything what you usually need for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, washing machine, Moka pot, Netflix and so on. The location is really great and very central. Still it was very quiet not only in the apartment but in the whole building. There are many restaurants and grocery stores. I found the apartment with its windows to backyard a bit dark. But it’s a matter of taste ;) The shower has low water pressure and the door was broken. As we came, there was an intensive smell of bleach. I mean, it’s okay if the host uses it to clean the apartment but maybe it would be better to air room well. The very last point is that on our check-out day I got a message and was asked at what time do we leave. I wrote back “around 8.30 am” but then later added “okay we need 15 more minutes”. Even though she answered okay no prob, she came exactly at 8.30 and stood near us while we were still packing our luggage… It’s all good but my partner and I felt a bit pressured. As if she was in a hurry:)

• Eva (10/5): Great stay in the Naples area - I give 10 points out of 10. The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable, modern, well equipped. Close to the port and the historic quarter. It is in the centre, but quiet, good for relaxing and resting after a long day.

• Tomas (10/5): 4 days in Naples with a visit to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Capri - Accommodation corresponds to the photos. Apartment with two rooms. In one room is a bedroom, the other is a sofa bed with kitchenette. There were four of us, so we slept in both rooms. The air conditioning was working and we couldn't have done without it on these hot days. The kitchen was equipped but we did not cook. There was also a washing machine which we did not use. The bathroom with shower could have been larger and for burly men may seem cramped but adequate. Toilet also with separate bidet. Plenty of room for all your stuff. Cupboards, shelves etc. A helpful host who will go above and beyond the agreed terms. We arrived in Naples at 8am and he accommodated us at no extra charge in the morning as he had no guests before us. Towels in sufficient quantity. It was simply faultless.
• Michael (5/5): Not for more than 1 night! - Location central 15 Euro taxi from central train station (10 mins ). The property was clean and the attendant who assisted us was very helpful. The property is small and the sofa bed in the lounge very uncomfortable . The furniture and fittings very basic and the bathroom too small.
• Suzaan (8/5): Overall we had a convenient and comfortable stay and would choose this property again. - This property has a perfect location close to sights and transport. The lift is convenient, the aircon in perfect condotion and it is very quiet at night. The apartment is spacious with everything you need. There was a bunch of hair in the shower. The shower did not drain properly and might need a drain cleaner. The shower head can only be held by hand.
• Justin (10/5): Exceptional - Communicating with the host was easy through whatsapp, we had a delayed arrival and the host maintained flexibility to ensure our arrival was easy. The location is a short 10min walk to the ferry terminals and another 10mins into the main shopping strips and eating district. Washing machine, fridge, wifi and a cute courtyard made it a very comfortable 48 hours in Naples. We didn't have any issues or concerns regarding our stay.
• Derek (8/5): Very good - Our host Georgina helped us out in everyway she could and gave us loads of information about Naples and things in the city and even answered any questions we had through the trip she was very nice and helpful. The shower was very small so would be difficult for a bigger person to shower.

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the cleanliness of the floors was inexistent. we walked 10 minutes on the floor with our socks and they turned black. the bathroom need updating as the shower food is getting already detached .

• Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect The shower is really small so it’s a little bit hard to use and there is a bad smell from the sewage I think so it smells bad all the time in the bathroom. Maybe an air freshener would help a little bit and also I would’ve loved some slippers because there is tile in every room, but besides these thing, everything was perfect, especially the location and I think the price-value raport was ok too
