• henk (6/5): Koude kille sfeer in het appartement. - Het vinden van het appartement in de straat was slecht duidelijk gemaakt. Er wordt aangegeven dat het appartement op no. 8 is. Maar de ingang is op no. 12 dit wordt slecht duidelijk gemaakt. De afstand tussen no 8 en 12 is zo groot dat je daar geen ingang verwacht. Vervolgens zijn er 2 huizen met 8 op de gevel.

There was damp around the electrics of the aircon unit and broken or unsafe electrics. There was only basic kitchen equipment and no tea towels for washing up. The cooker and dishwasher in one of them could not be used as there was nowhere to plug them in. One other did not have wifi for the entire duration of our stay. We advised the company of the main issues at the time but they were not resolved. We sent the photos and a complaint to them on our return but were advised that they would not address the issues as we hadn’t advised them whilst we were there, even though we have email evidence that we did. It was very expensive and none of the apartments were up to the standard we would expect at that price. Getting into the properties was difficult as we couldn’t access the portal to get the key code and when we phoned we were sent the codes by email . Being from the uk we didn’t have roaming on arrival and so had to find somewhere to get access to wifi. None of the apartments are numbered so it’s difficult to find each one as there are several entrances and lots of apartments with no identifying numbers.

• Raphaela (9/5): Great choice for a trip in Milan - Very clean and spacious with all the amenities needed. Check-in and accessing the property was easy. About 10mins from Milan Central station with metro stations close by to get to attraction sites. Metro line M3 gets you to Duomo in about 10-15mins. Food options available around the area. Really enjoyed the stay at this property.

• Uvika (7/5): - The area was close to lots of main points. Secure system to get in and a safe and secure complex. The check in process was easy. The apartment I actually booked was a lot bigger and it’s not what I got, the kitchen was way smaller than the one I actually booked not enough pans and pots. The toilet was constantly overflowing and the noise did not stop, even though I did ask for it to be sorted only the flusher was glued back but the overflow was not fixed. The bed was very creaky. The day we were leaving we were 10 minutes late to checking out, the lady that came to take the key was rude.

• Anna_Krk (8/5): Big flat with necessary amenities. Fast communication. Pleasant stay. - It was clean, spacious place. The biggest advantages were two air conditioners. It was a calm and quiet area. It was difficult to enter the place, we had some problems with getting the keys form the box. The wifi didn't work for 2 days but after communicating our concerns it was fixed.

• Oana (7/5): Expérience au final très décevante - Bon emplacement entre la gare centrale et la gare Garibaldi, proche du quartier Isola et Nuova Porta, très sympa les deux, à 2 min du metro. Logement propre, au calme, spatieux, moderne, climatisé, ce qui est un vrai bonus en été quand il fait très chaud. Pour faire le check-in online on nous fait signer un contrat dans lequel sont prévus les pris (prohibitifs) des différentes objets et installations à payer en cas de "dommages". Mais il n'y a personne pour faire l'état de lieu à l'entree et au depart, car entrée autonome. Du coup, en cas de "problème" c'est parole contre parole...ce qui est très stressant et a gaché un peu notre séjour. Logement assez impersonel, sans aucun produit pour cuisiner, même a minima (pas d'huile ni de sel ou de poivre)...plus adapté pour de longs sejours que pour quelques jours de vacances. De même , 2 dosettes de gel / shampooing (pour deux, pour 5 jours) n'est pas suffisant. Literie incomode. Au final tous ces dèsagrements rendent l'experience voyage particulierement inconfortable.

• Guest (8/5): 旧市街の喧騒から離れた隠れ空間 - ミラノの中央駅、地下鉄駅に近くどこに行くのも便利だった。また近くにスーパー、レストランが多数あり便利。 部屋内にあるWIFI通知が全く違ったものであった。最終的にルーター裏の表示を確認してWIFI使用できたが。尚この件についてはJoivyよりサポート得られなかった。その他事項についてはレスポンス早く非常に良かった。

• Hubert (4/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko stacji metra. W apartamencie jest smród, którego w żaden sposób nie da się wywietrzyć. Najprawdopodobniej to odór kociego moczu. W łazience przydałoby się użyć środka odgrzybiającego. Brak jakiejkolwiek ścierki/gąbki do naczyń a także płynu i tabletek do zmywarki - ktoś przyjeżdżający na kilka dni nie zabiera takich rzeczy ze sobą. Apartament nie jest wyposażony w klimatyzację. Otwarcie okna to narażenie się na głośne otoczenie na zewnątrz (ruchliwa ulica nieopodal).

El departamento era muy amplio y contaba con varias cosas útiles (lavadora, plancha, secador, etc). Solo nos entregaron toallas y confort el primer día, el resto de días nada, tampoco había paños o toallas de cocina. Nos hicieron bajar la basura y el reciclaje a un cuarto del -1 antes de irnos, lo encontré raro
• smith (1/5): Scammers! Check out the reviews on Google! - - The worst booking in my life! This is a scam - that's all you need to know about this accommodation. We were thrown out for money and haven't been refunded for 3 months. First they charged the same cleaning fee as the accommodation fee. And then they didn't answer our questions when we couldn't find the door code. Then they asked us to follow a link to another site and upload screenshots of our passports, take a selfie and pay extra. This is the first time I've encountered this! Be careful!
• Chandan (8/5): - Spacious property, clean and ease of access to train station and nearby metro, within 7-10 min walk. Very good for use by family. Overall a good experience. Received the details on a link, which needed to be opened each time to refer to. Difficult to understand the address, taxi driver found it difficult to locate property as its in a one way zone. At night time, the lights were off so had to use phone torches to guide ourselves to the property and guessed which flat to open ( instructions didnt mention name of flat and 2 of them opp each other). Also no emergency number to contact on watsapp, need to rely on messaging on booking website. The QR code on wall didnt work for us, which had instructions to property.

• Enea (1/5): Pessima esperienza - Abbiamo avuto dei problemi fin dal nostro ingresso nell'appartamento: wi-fi non funzionante, luce bagno non funzionante, maniglia porta che ci è rimasta in mano in quanto mancava una parte, cattivo odore nell'appartamento. Inoltre i vetri della finestra della camera erano molto sporchi così come la piccola scrivania sempre in camera. Abbiamo chiamato il servizio clienti che ci ha chiesto di inviare delle foto che prontamente abbiamo inviato e ci è stato detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno per sistemare quando invece non hanno fatto proprio un bel niente.

Понятные инструкции по заселению. Мебель все как на фотографиях. 1.Номер был не готов к 15.00. Не могли войти. Оказалось что уборка ещё не закончена. Ждали 30 минут. Дверь открыла заспанная уборщица. 2. Мало шампуня. 1 маленькая бутылочка на человека на 3 ночи. 3. Комары в квартире. 4. Неровный матрас в спальне. 5. Слабый напор душа. 6. Нет крышки на сковородке.

We got only one big and one small towel per person, and only one paper; for 5 nigts. We expected more because we paid 100 € for cleaning. There were ants also, mostly at the kitchen.

• Xosé Daniel (1/5): Falta de higiene, incomodidad y pésima atención al cliente - Ubicación El somier estaba roto, había moho y suciedad en la ducha, el aire acondicionado funcionaba irregularmente... Todos estos problemas fueron comunicados desde el primer día a la empresa gestora: se enviaron mensajes, correos electrónicos, se hicieron llamadas, se enviaron fotografías que los distintos operadores con los que nos comunicamos (al menos cuatro) se empeñaban en solicitar sin comprobar que ya las tenían. En una semana de estancia, a pesar de sus buenas palabras, la empresa no se digno a solucionar nada. En resumen, una semana durmiendo en una cama rota y duchándose en unas condiciones higiénicas deplorables.
• Miklós (10/5): Ha újra Milánóba megyünk, biztos, hogy ugyanezt a szállás választjuk! - Rendkívül jó helyen van, közel a központi pályaudvarhoz. De 2 perc a metró állomás is, mégis nagyon csendes a környék. Még az ott lakók is nagyon kedvesek voltak, segítőkészek, és barátságosak, ugyanígy a társasház gondnokai is. Nem volt ilyen.

No funcionaban algunos aparatos del apartamento: tv por antena, la cafetera de cápsulas y en ventanas en techo no se podía cerrar la cortina que ocultase la luz natural. Habría obras cerca con el consiguiente ruido desde temprano los tres primeros días. El apartamento que había reservado inicialmente me lo cambiaron antes del viaje, dándome la posibilidad de anulación, lógicamente. Nunca me había pasado en todos los viajes que he hecho vía booking.

• Guest (8/5): Very good value for money with opportunity to enhance - Clean, near to main train stations, very good finishing, and nice equipped I rented two apartments, the smaller one have damaged mattress and the bigger apartment have a fridge creating a very high noice and sudden explosive sound, which wakes up us in the middle of the night.

• AQNZ1423 (9/5): Excellent - The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. We liked the large balcony like windows. Location is wonderful in the center of Milan's Porta nova district. Metro stop and local trains station was few meters away. Apartment needs some more equipment in kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom and toiletry supplies were limited and there were no extra pillows, bed linen and duvet.

• Ewa (8/5): Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Immer wieder gerne würde ich dort wohnen. - Die Räumlichkeiten und die Lage. Der große Vorteil war, dass es zwei Schlafzimmer gab. Eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Der Backofen war nicht gereinigt, voller Fett und man konnte den nicht benutzen. Das war schlecht, weil wir Selbstversorger waren. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine.

• Przemysław (8/5): Pojechałem zwiedzić i poznać Mediolan - się udało. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra, blisko centrum, w pobliżu sporo sklepów i kawiarni. Względnie cicho. W łazience nie da się wyłączyć wentylatora - przynajmniej nigdzie nie znalazłem wyłącznika.

• Elena (9/5): Отличная квартира для тех, кто планирует путешествовать по Италии из Милана - Большая, красивая, чистая квартира с идеальным расположением для тех, кто планирует осматривать север Италии - пешком до обоих вокзалов 5-7 минут. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате, большая ванная комната со стиральной машинкой, полноценная кухня с посудой и даже духовкой. Нет микроволновки - большой минус для нас, была бы - поставила бы 10* И т.к квартира сдается агентством - нет ни соли, ни сахара, ни масла - все надо покупать даже для короткой поездки.
• Nowaczyk (10/5): - Mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko metra i stacji Milano Centrale. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone i z bardzo wygonym łóżkiem. Drugi raz korzystam z JOIVY Charming Flats i jestem zadowolona. Polecam!
• MARGARITA (3/5): Очень плохой сервис с плохим персоналом. Не рекомендую - Было чисто. Мы бронировали 2 квартиры. Это просто квартиры в жилом доме. В одной квартире не было чайника, не работал интернет, было 2, а не 4 полотенца. Мы 5 раз просили владельцев решить проблемы, но каждый раз получали отказ. Мы - это 2 семьи - мамы и сыновья. Мы просили дополнительные простыни, чтобы не спать с мальчиками под одной простыню . Отказ.

• Elena (10/5): - Мы останавливаемся у этих хозяев второй год подряд. Нам нравятся их квартиры, которые находятся в 15 минутах ходьбы от центрального вокзала с чемоданами. Станции метро Джойя и Республика в 5-10 минутах. В этом году квартира была с одной спальней, большим залом с кухней, большой ванной с современным ремонтом и всей необходимой новой техникой, мебелью и посудой. В квартире чисто. Есть лифт. Регистрация и получение/сдача кодов и ключей очень удобные. Нет микроволновой печи, но подогреть еду можно в духовке. Нет полотенец для рук, но большое и среднее полотенца на каждого человека есть, полотенце для ног общее для всех. В ванной вода в раковине плохо сливалась и не работала кнопка экономного слива воды в туалете - это нужно исправить, хотя нам это не мешало, так как мы много гуляли. Входная дверь захлопывается сразу и не открывается без ключа, так что лучше ключи не забывать.
• Sindy (8/5): Great location, very close to public transport, taxis, restaurants, convenience stores. Safe area - Easy to go anywhere in Milan in less then 20 minutes I stayed a month so I had to buy everything to clean the place (there is a vacuum and a pack of soap available).

• Ludals (10/5): - Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine au cœur de ce quartier vivant. L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Seul bémol, l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas (pb de chargeur).
• Dirk (9/5): - Mooie ruimte, schoon. En op prima loopafstand van supermarkt, restaurantjes, en openbaar vervoer. Let goed op de mails,... Het verkrijgen van de code was niet heel gemakkelijk. UIteindelijk heeft een local ons geholpen. De code die we hadden gekregen via de mail van booking, was niet de code van het huisje. Dit maakte het allemaal erg verwarrend.
• Figureau (9/5): Vaste appartement moderne tout proche de la gare - Appartement spacieux, très propre, globalement très bien équipé. Climatisation, lave-vaisselle ( pastilles fournies), lave linge. Un pb d'équipement au début de notre séjour mais l'équipe a réagi très vite. L'emplacement est pratique car proche du métro, de la gare et cela permet de découvrir Porta Nuova, quartier intéressant.

• Maryna (10/5): - Everything was great! The apartment is in a beautiful area, near the train station and metro. Clear conditions for contactless check-in. Clean, cozy. There is everything you need, even a set for washing dishes. There is a smart TV. We did not connect to the Internet, so the owner responded quickly, thanks for that. The only negative is that there was no spare toilet paper, and one is not enough for three days. We had a one bedroom apartment.
• Ocean (6/5): Clean apartment situated near the train station. However certain basic supplies were missing. - The property was very clean and the location was good. In the description for the property, it said free toiletries were included with the apartment. However, there were no toiletries when we arrived: there wasn't even any soap. I notified the host - they never arrived with the toiletries, even after they said they would. Furthermore, basic kitchen items were missing. For example there was a kitchen knife but no cutting board.
• Egy (5/5): Neither Good nor Bad - The location is near Gioia station — not much going on right around it, but it’s a 10-minute walk to Milano Centrale and about 20+ minutes to the Duomo, which is definitely convenient Unfortunately, the apartment itself didn’t deliver on the basics. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor, and there was no mop provided, so I had to improvise every time I used it. Not ideal. More frustratingly, I stayed for almost two weeks and was given two towels total and no toilet paper at all. Despite the listing clearly stating it was included, I had to send several messages just trying to get a straight answer. Eventually, I was told the cleaning crew “confirmed” it had been stocked — which somehow became a reason to dismiss my repeated messages. I ended up buying my own and left it behind for the next guest, just to spare someone else the same pointless back-and-forth. For the price and the stay length, I expected at least basic supplies and a bit more professionalism in communication. If you don’t mind bringing your own essentials and negotiating over towels, the location might make it worth it. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.
• Bartosz (10/5): - The property was very clean and comfortable. It is very close to the Porta Nuova district and to the city centre. Great place to stay!
