• hanne (8/5): The apartment was quiet and comfortable with great privacy and great staff, but traffic noise, limited A/C placement - The apartment complex was quiet, and you could hardly hear the neighbors. If you’re traveling as a pair, you’ll each get your own bedroom and bathroom, which is really nice. Staff was really nice and responded messages quickly! Here is the full text with your added part, smoothly integrated in English: The sounds of traffic carried into the apartment; I’m not sure whether the unit is located on a busy street or if there were just more cars passing by because of the goverment shutdown. The apartment has air conditioning, but it’s in the other bedroom, which means a light sleeper can’t sleep with it on, and the other bedroom may end up getting hot. Also there could be more dishes available. For travelers coming from Europe, communication can feel a bit challenging due to the time difference and limited payment options, for example when handling the required deposit. Luckily, we were able to use PayPal — otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to pay the deposit at all.
• Abbott II (8/5): Great stay, would recommend, just read all the instructions they give you. - Clean, spacious and everything you could need in the place. Comfortable beds and good couch with nice tv. It was in a pretty convenient spot if you need to be in DTLA. Great stay. The checking in process is the first I’ve seen of this kind and felt strange. But I understood it and it went smoothly.
• Hsian (10/5): This was a quintessential LA stay! - The team are meticulous about security giving the current environment, they ask the right questions and check background to make sure you are who you say and not impersonating. At first it made me nervous but when then I realized they are not the average hotel, and take community safety very seriously. Love the area and attentive staffs. This is an amazing stay and I'll definitely be booking again next time I'm in LA. Exactly as described. I loved the convenient location, amenities, easy check-in and out, and clean! I had some questions about my stay- the communication was prompt and they were very accommodating. Very thoughtful touches throughout the space, I really enjoyed my stay and it was so easy and relaxing. So many restaurants within minutes and lots of sightseeing because of the central location. This was a quintessential la stay!! Highly recommend. Thank you! :)
• Slavik (1/5): - Every room has its own toilet and bathroom and a woman who works for him was very nice and helpful. Big thank you to her. WARNING!!! The flat is not LUX. When we checked-in the flat had not been cleaned properly. On the kitchen table we found a few white lines from cocaine the floor was so dirty!!!A double bed is just a mattress on the floor and another double just laying on the top, very uncomfortable! Pillows are cheap and solid. The landlord is very rood and gritty. Was trying to draw from as crazy money for a car park. Not far you can find just for $15 . When we checked-out he was trying to claim from us $1200 just because we didn't clean a flat and blame us for the smoking in the room!!! ALL DO NOT RENT THIS FLAT, he asks for a deposit which is $375, NEVER GET BACK!!! BIG LAYER!!!

However we have driven past and the property looks well kept and in a good location Was asked for a deposit via venmo/cashapp/PayPal to which we had no access to any of these as we are travelling, asked if there was other options to pay the large security deposit, from there on out there was poor contact, avoidance of answering our questions. Was asked to provide ID to a "link" the link never came through. Then was told that the property felt uncomfortable as we had asked valid questions regarding large sums of money being transferred via apps we have no experience with. We requested a free cancellation and have contacted booking.com as well to which we have been ghosted by the property. I wouldn't recommend staying if you like a property that has clear communication
• Emmanuel (10/5): I had a wonderful stay at this property/SoCal-Lux—the suite was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with great comm - I had a great experience at this property! The suite was airy, spacious, and very clean, with thoughtful touches that made the stay comfortable. The location was convenient, and communication with the hosts was excellent—clear instructions were provided for both check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the attention to detail and how well-prepared the space was upon arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant, relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend this property to others visiting Los Angeles. In general, staying in the inner city is noisy at night. The weather was warm during our stay so initially we kept the windows open but the noise of cars became disruptive. This was easily addressed by closing the windows and turning the air conditioner on.

• Frances (7/5): Disappointed in the management - I am not satisfied that the management have not communicated why they have not returned my deposit. Every time I have contacted them they say management will respond and nearly 2 months later still nothing
• Eric (10/5): Awesome. Highly Recommended. - Great location, clean and smooth process. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My friends and I love this place and plan to come back. The amenities are amazing and close to everything entertaining, bars and restaurants. We plan to stay here again when in the area.

• Tajma (10/5): Perfect stay - Beautiful space, decor, location is central to Hollywood and Downtown Financial District which is where we wanted to explore; and amenities are great added value. The staff are very attentive and prompt. Highly recommended and will return!
