• Eleonora (1/5): - Basierend auf der Anzeige wirkte die Unterkunft auf den erste Blick überzeugend. Nicht empfehlenswert Die Unterkunft konnte ich überhaupt nicht nutzen. Bei meiner Ankunft war die angegebene Schlüsselbox nicht funktionsfähig, und es befand sich kein Schlüssel darin. Ich habe dies fotografisch dokumentiert und dem zentralen Kontakt zugesendet. Das Codesystem für den Zugang war demontiert – laut deren Aussage, weil es angeblich nicht mehr nutzbar war. Ich habe insgesamt fünf Stunden lang versucht, eine Lösung zu finden – ohne Ergebnis. Die Kommunikation war inhaltsleer, statt einer konkreten Lösung erhielt ich ausweichende und unverbindliche Antworten. Die WhatsApp-Kommunikation endete schließlich von deren Seite mit einer Blockierung. Roberto, der als Geschäftsführer bekannt ist und dessen Telefonnummer ich aus früheren Buchungen anderer Objekte bereits kannte, reagierte nicht auf meine Nachricht und ignorierte meine Anfrage vollständig. Bis heute erfolgte keinerlei Rückmeldung. Da ich keinen Zugang zur Unterkunft erhielt, musste ich kurzfristig und auf eigene Kosten eine alternative Unterkunft buchen. Der bereits bezahlte Betrag wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Ich hatte zuvor mehrfach andere Objekte derselben Anbieter gebucht, die mir nun erneut als Ersatz angeboten wurden. Aufgrund meiner bisherigen Erfahrungen habe ich dies jedoch abgelehnt. Die Unterkünfte waren im Minimalstandard ausgestattet, mit sehr einfacher Küchenausstattung und teilweise defekter Waschmaschine. Eine Unterkunft mit Whirlpool war aufgrund mangelhafter Hygiene sowie fehlender Privatsphäre praktisch nicht nutzbar. Ein Parkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung. Es gab ausschließlich öffentliche Straßenparkplätze – nachts kostenlos, tagsüber jedoch vollständig ausgelastet und faktisch keine realistische Parkmöglichkeit. Im Nachhinein habe ich auch die Bewertungen der anderen Objekte (z. B. Bachstraße 39, Löwenstraße 2) gelesen, wo ähnliche Probleme geschildert werden. Angesichts der niedrigen Bewertungen (3,8 und 2,5) überrascht mich der Vorfall letztlich nicht mehr.
• Sonja (7/5): Great place beautiful apartment very close to Train Station ,downtown …Hospital…restaurants ! Walk - Location is excellent very close to town … train station… hospital ! The Appartement is nice clean cute place ! Very quiet and nice neighborhood! If the sleeping sofa is more comfortable and most importantly if it’s not brocken ! I saw in The previous guests reviews unfortunately someone complained over this sofa in June 2025 , with the same issue. I stayed there in November 2025 and in December 2025 and this sofa is still brocken . I’m not sure if the host know about this issue?! Someone needs to look at that sofa or buy new one :) that’s not rocken since to fix or buy new sofa if you want happy guests and good feedbacks ! Sorry to say that! I booked again in March , i hope bei then this problem is fixed . Thank you!
• Sonja (10/5): Awesome please ,will book anytime in the future ! Walking distance to Town … Hospital.. Restaurant… - The location is excellent! Very close to Train station , down town Winterthur, Hospital! That’s what We need it at most ! The host Roberto is very helpful anytime we need it help he will respond immediately! Thank you for that Roberto! Also the cleaning crew excellent service! Looking forward to book again in March , hopefully will be available! Please someone need to check that sleeping sofa:/ in living room I think something is wrong , the extending part disconnected Over and over again difficult to sleep on it ! Sorry I must share this with you :/ Im sure it’s easy to fix .
• Fabrizio (1/5): Deludente! - Quando siamo entrati abbiamo trovato la struttura a dir poco sporca: peli tra le coperte, bagno sporco e polvere ovunque (tanto da non poter respirare). Il riscaldamento era rotto e, inoltre, al momento della prenotazione è stata specificata la presenza di parcheggio gratuito INESISTENTE. Il parcheggio era gratuito dalle 19 alle 9 del mattino, per il resto delle ore abbiamo dovuto pagare.

• Bettina (1/5): Trotz guter Lage, sicher nicht mehr. - Der Eigentümer hat sich, als ich nicht hineingekommen bin, auf meine Rückfragen gemeldet. Zum Glück konnte der freundliche Nachbar helfen, die Notfallschlüsselbox zu öffnen. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Der Tür Code hat nicht funktioniert- Batterie austauschen? Bei meiner Ankunft war es dunkel, kein Eingangslicht, dafür Stufen in einer dunklen Ecke. Der Notfallschlüsselkasten / Zahlenschloss war so schlecht erkennbar, bzw. ohne Anleitung zum öffnen; Danke an den Nachbarn, der das Problem scheinbar kennt. Die Bettwäsche war entweder nicht gewechselt oder schlecht gewaschen. Die Kaffeemaschine verkalkt und dreckig. Ein TV war vorhanden, aber es waren keine Programme installiert bzw. keine nutzbare Wlan Verbindung zum Gerät, so das ein ausweichen auf Netflix und Co nicht möglich war. Die Fernbedienung war nur eingeschränkt einsetzbar.

• Susanne (7/5): Good apartment if you don't need a car park during the day. - Close to town and train station. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable with easy access and instructions. Although it was advertised, this apartment does NOT have a parking spot. The "parking card" supplied is a standard time indicator for the dashboard as parking through the day is 2 hours max. After contacting Booking the owner allowed my car to be parked in his private space about 900m drive away.
• William (9/5): Nice stay in Winterthur - The apartment was very clean and plenty of utensils for cooking in and avoiding another night at a restaurant. Primarily stayed for the usage of the washer and dryer and was not disappointed. The bed was very comfortable. It was a bit dark when I arrived and a bit difficult to locate the apartment and the keypad. Was unable to get the swiss power adapter to work so was unable to charge the phone - maybe consider adding a device that would provide direct USB power?
