• Anna Chiara (8/5): Breve visita a Firenze di un gruppo di 6 amici. - La silenziosità è la collocazione in posizione centrale Il fatto che ci fosse un solo bagno esterno alle camere
• Attilio Maria Alexander (10/5): Struttura fantastica per gruppi numerosi - Posizione fantastica, ottima per gruppi ampi, fino a 6 persone. Due camere matrimoniali più due letti singoli su soppalco, due bagni e molti servizi con possibilità di cucinare ed altro.
• Patrizia (9/5): Centralissimo!!! - L'appartamento è veramente in posizione centrale, in dieci minuti a piedi, camminando in modalità passeggiata, si arriva a tutte le attrazioni più importanti: Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio. Inoltre l'appartamento è proprio davanti all'entrata della Galleria dell'Accademia! E' al primo piano, forse per chi fatica a fare gli scalini può essere un problema. Consiglierei di mettere degli appendini nel bagno al piano superiore, per mettere gli asciugamani, per il resto, tutto bene, anche i letti sono comodi. Niente, non abbiamo avuto problemi.

• Rachel (1/5): - Good location Room facilities misrepresented. Sold as 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a twin) with 2 lounges (both with sofa beds). The third bedroom.is actually the open platform room you have to walk through to access the second double room. There is no second lounge there is an open plan kitchen with a dining table and sofa bed. The main double bedroom has wardrobes but even my husband who is 6'3" could not reach the ridiculously high hanging rail. The sofa bed in the lounge is in a very bad state. Our boys that slept in the kitchen and platform room suffered lots of insect bites. None of us were bitten the 4 days in Florence except the boys sleeping in those areas. No grill, oven or toaster in the kitchen just a hob and microwave. The pans were all dirty. The kettle was filthy. If you do book make sure to ask for extra keys as only 1 set were supplied to us initially and it is not ideal to use your phone to access the external door every time on a very busy street.

• Alessia (8/5): Buon appartamento in ottima posizione, host disponibile. - La posizione dell'appartamento molto comoda in centro. L'appartamento bello e silenzioso. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento già la mattina prima del checkin del pomeriggio. Bagni che permettono a tutti e 7 gli ospiti di fare la doccia calda. Il divano letto in salotto va bene solo per bambini piccoli, il materasso è molto sottile e scomodo le reti un po' sfondate. La pulizia può essere migliorata soprattutto in cucina: tovaglie e tovagliette, bicchieri e stoviglie. Sarebbe untile almeno un canovaccio.

As tolhas da casa de banho muito pequenas Pouca água quente, para um grupo de 7, 5 tomaram banho em água fria A limpeza deixava bastante a desejar

Floransa Katedrali’ne 5 dk dan az yürüme mesafesi. Ünlü dondurmacılara 5 dk ve 13 dk yürüme mesafesi. Evin içi gayet güzel, şık ve konforluydu. Klimalar çalışır durumdaydı ve evi çok güzel soğutuyordu. Tüm imkanlar yeterliydi. Çarşaflar, havlular, yataklar tertemizdi. Bir kadının elinin değdiği çok belliydi. Küçücük detaylara dahi dikkat edilmişti. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha gitsek yine aynı evde kalırız kesinlikle. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Çok ince düşünceli ve nazik biriydi. Her türlü sorunumuzla yakından ilgilendi. Mesajlarımıza hemen geri dönüş yaptı. Evin konumuna yönlendirmeleri de güzeldi. Güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Her şey için çok müteşekkiriz. • Nelson (7/5): Herausforderungen bei der Unterkunft und Mängel in der Ausstattung - Sehr zentral gelegen und geräumig. Wir hatten genug Platz zu siebt. Wir hatten einen gemischten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Leider gab es einige erhebliche Probleme, die unsere Erfahrung beeinträchtigt haben. Erstens war die Klospülung defekt, was dazu führte, dass es an der Toilette spritzte und sich unter unseren Füßen Pfützen bildeten. Wir haben dieses Problem gleich am nächsten Morgen gemeldet, und der Ansprechpartner hat uns versichert, sich darum zu kümmern, aber es wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben, was sehr unangenehm war. Wir waren allerdings auch nur eine Nacht im Haus. Unter der Spüle lag ein ganzer Sack nasser Wäsche von der Reinigungs-equipe. Zudem gab es kein Spülmittel oder Waschmittel vor Ort, was es schwierig machte, Geschirr abzuwaschen oder schnell Wäsche zu waschen. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn solche grundlegenden Utensilien bereitgestellt würden. Für die Anzahl von sieben Personen war auch die Küchenausstattung nicht ausreichend, da Töpfe und Geschirr nicht für so viele Gäste ausgelegt sind. Wir mussten improvisieren, was nicht ideal war, wenn man plant, zu kochen. Insgesamt gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit und die Küchenausstattung. Wir hoffen, dass diese Punkte in Zukunft angegangen werden, um den Aufenthalt für kommende Gäste angenehmer zu gestalten.

• Dimitris (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the accommodation is amazing, right in the center of Florence. The apartment was spacious for the party of eight people. The level of cleaning didn't meet up to my standards. Details like already used toilet paper that was dirty on one side and things spilled inside the fridge never cleaned seem not professional. There was also a huge problem with mosquitos. The apartment was full of them upon arrival and had to use 2 space anti mosquito devices and kill nearly a dozen of them before going to sleep. Something should be done about it.

The apartment was not properly ventilated, air was a bit smelly, toilet on first floor has problem to gain water or to stop filling with water.

• Nathan (8/5): Great location. spacious appartment that needs some maintence - It was right in the heart of the tourist spots and bitterly across the road from the museum. And it has a nice court yard that I’m sure during summer would be nice to sit outside. It was winter when we’re there so we didn’t get to use it. The washing machine kept stopping and having an error code so our clothes got stuck inside. The air con units were temperamental and only worked when they wanted too. The one upstairs in the loft room didn’t seem to work at all until we left it on during the night and it kicked in at 2 am making the room freezing cold. The loft bed was not comfortable and seemed to sag one side. And the ceiling height made the room feel very small. And the ensuite bathroom upstairs was very small.

During the cold season, the heating in the rooms works well, but it’s difficult to heat the living room. Hot water runs out after two people shower, and it takes one to two hours for it to heat up again. The Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, even the QR code on the modem had the wrong password.
