- SAMUEL (10/5): Excelente. - Apartamento bem organizado, limpo e bem confortável! Sr Sérgio super gente boa! Tem somente uma janela com acesso pra fora, o que nos dias quentes deu uma esquentada boa. Mas o anfitrião disponibiliza um climatizador que ajuda bastante!

- Daniele (1/5): Desagradável - Cama confortável Fui cobrada por um valor de 100 pelo anfitrião após a reserva pela hospedagem do filho, sendo que no momento da reserva estava frisado que não seria cobrado. Local de difícil acesso, e um cheiro desagradável de casa fechada, que não abre para ventilação, o wifi não funciona, a Tv não tem áudio. O anfitrião super inconveniente, um dia anterior ao checkout já estava me acelerando, no dia seguinte 10h da manha fez várias ligações dizendo que já estava lá em baixo pedindo o apartamento pois precisava limpar, para o próximo hóspede sendo que meu horário era até as 11h .

Nada a reclamar sempre é tudo impecável! Recomendo a todos!

Mas estava ótimo. Com limpeza.organizacao. com responsável que nos recebeu.bem fácil de achar. Perto dos ponto de ônibus.e mercado. Farmácia enfim.estava ótimo.bem tranquilo. Ficaríamos outras veses neste local. Bom gente sempre procura por preço bom né. Então talvez alguma promoção se a pessoa ficar 1 semana por exemplo seria bom. E.um micro-ondas seria muito bom.ter no local. Para aquecer alguma coisa que comprar na rua. Mas de resto tudo blz.
