• Ross (10/5): Comfortable stay, lovely hosts and would stay again! - Really clean, tidy and well equipped as well as a nice location. The hosts were also very kind and welcoming. Was a little bit difficult to find but other than that, can’t complain.

I bet this place is even better in the summer because the location is ⭐️ The bed was a bit soft for our old-person backs, but that won’t be a concern for many. Otherwise we were really happy with everything.

• Toni (10/5): Beautiful elk and a relaxing stay! - Loved how peaceful it was and the host was very friendly. I loved seeing the elk in the mornings, the BBQ was nice to have on the private patio, and I didn't mind not having a kitchen at all with the dishwashing setup. Good desk space to work. The baked goods were also delicious! I would happily stay here again. I really can't complain. This was one of my favorite places to stay. I guess cell service was spotty (Rogers), but that's just how this particular area is.
• Angela (9/5): Loved our stay at Cottonwood! - We just loved our stay!  Youbou and the surrounding area are very serene and beautiful, and the elk sightings were a highlight ( We counted over 50!). The suite was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We appreciated having the fridge, coffee maker, and air fryer. The baked goods were such a thoughtful surprise and very delicious! Our hosts were friendly and responsive. We had a fantastic weekend and can’t wait to return! Nothing!

Hosts definitely put in a lot of extra thought for their guests experience. A nice tray of baked goods were left for us as well as a huge selection of hot drinks :) We liked everything!

• Carmen (10/5): Elk City - Such a beautiful place to rest and relax. Their space was exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed with soft sheets. Deep Tub for a nice Bath. Lots of information about the town and suggestions of places to visit. Cathy is such a lovely person and was happy to support anything we needed to make our stay special. I will be visiting again for Christmas. Thanks for everything. This isn't a dislike more like a comment. No kitchen but it wasn't necessary as I like supporting the local restaurants in town. And we had a fridge and microwave to heat up left overs. She was gracious to lend us an air fryer and welcomed us to use the BBQ.
• Gordienko (10/5): I highly recommend this place for vacation and will definitely come back again! - It was a perfect vacation! Cathy and Terry are incredibly affectionate and friendly! The home is incredibly beautiful and in a convenient location. The lake is about 10-15 minutes walk. The store is also available. The bus stop is a three-minute walk away. In the home you will find everything you need, dishes, towels, hygiene products, washing machine and drying, TV. The view from the balcony is incredible, it's very quiet and calm here
