• Isidora (6/5): - There is no old furniture in the apartment, everything is brand new Not everything is the cleanest, for example the toaster and oven were dirty. Water is leaking from under the toilet bowl. There is mold on the ceiling and in the shower, there is even mold inside the candle. The owner persistently writes to me in Italian, even though I don't know it, so I had to translate. The bed is uncomfortable, the sockets are falling apart, the blinds on the terrace cannot be opened all the way, so we went out onto the terrace by bending over. We had no soap.

• Miro (9/5): - Smjestaj je na idealnoj lokaciji! Metro na 2 minuta pjeske Radnim danima je bas mirno! Petak vece i subota su malo problematicni sa obzirom da je odmah ispod restoran pa ljudi se malo deru ali u sustini je bilo sve ok Stan je prostran i bez problema smo se smjestili nas 4 odrasla i 2 djeteta Nije mi se dopalo kupatilo Vrata od tus kabine pokvarena i bilo je dosta budji u coskove kabine I jedna velika zamjerka koju se nadam da ce vlasnik prihvatit i promijenit je to da je mali krevet bas bio uzasan i iskrivljen pa ne moze fino da se spava i strana nije pri zidu pa padaju jastuci u toku noci I BEZ OBZIRA STO IMAM NEKOLIKO ZAMJERKI SLEDECI PUT KAD BUDEM DOLAZIO U RIM PRVO CU KOD NJIH DA TRAZIM SMJESTAJ

• MARIALUCIA (2/5): Non lo consiglio. Preferirei dormire in macchina. - L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è la posizione. La pulizia, lo stato del bagno. Era tutto molto sporco e trascurato.
• Carballo Carnero (6/5): - La ubicación, está bien conectado con el Centro por el Metro, los negocios altededor están muy bien. Desayunamos en Pasticceria Artigiana Cortellino. Estaba sucio, mucho polvo en los muebles, el inodoro manchado, solo un rollo de papel sanitario y empezado (no era nuevo). Habían 2 secadoras de pelo y ninguna funcionaba bien, y estaban muy sucias. Siento que no debería ser una vivienda para más de 3 personas

• MD Shamim (10/5): For a group of friends its a good value for money. - Modern interior with spacious room. Accommodated 5 person easily I expected some soap and toothpaste in the bathroom but was missing
• Manuel (5/5): Solo dormir - Tiene comercios cerca y el metro de Teano a pocos metros El horno sucio, el grill lleno de pan sin limpiar, una cama tenía una pata rota, el agua caliente funciona, pero solo sale muy caliente, si intentas regularla, el termo deja de funcionar y sale el agua helada. Nadie se puso en contacto conmigo para darme las instrucciones de recogida de llaves, tuve que llamar yo para saber cómo hacerlo.

• Natalia (2/5): Disappointed - Only the location was good and the fact that we had supermarket and the metro 5 minutes from the house. We didn’t have hot water at all and the owner was telling us all the time to read the instructions and there was nothing in them just an image with the switch which was in the right side. The internet wasn’t working very good and the house wasn’t very clean.
• Andrea (8/5): - Ottima posizione, struttura molto accogliente e ben fornita di tutto anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Molto comodo il bar sotto casa per fare colazione Tutta la rubinetteria era un po’ piena di calcare e questo faceva sì che l’acqua uscisse male

Lit pied cassé donc nous avons contacté madame qui devait envoyer une personne pour réparer le lit n on n a vue personne .Pas de micro onde ,lave vaisselle non fonctionnel pas de bol pour déjeuner pas de produit d entretien nous lui avons demandé (un balai que nous avons jamais vu (une honte de passer 4 nuit avec les même serviette et pas de produit d entretien salle de.bain moisi (pour la taxe c est la première fois qu on nous demande pas les carte d identité

• Pablo (10/5): Agradecido - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el precio, que siempre pude comunicarme ante cualquier duda o problema tuve respuestas prácticamente inmediatas. Era cómodo, espacioso. No pondré nada negativo ya que la verdad era todo muy bueno solamente como consejo a futuros huéspedes les recomendaría dejar todas las ventanas cerradas al salir ya que al lado hay un restaurante de pescado por lo que el olor entra.

• julien (4/5): Non recommandé - Nathan à su être disponible dans les échanges. Quartier calme. Suffisant pour 2 nuits. Plutôt déçu de cet hébergement. Pas vraiment fait pour 6( manque de chaises, lit petit). Logement sale: cuisine grasse, vaiselles sales, sols non lavés, lave-vaisselle non opérationnel et dégoûtant. Robinetterie défectueuse sdb, Lits incorfortables, nécessité d'intervenir sur la climatisation quotidiennement. Avis perso: aménagement à revoir. Quartier clame mais non securisant: voiture cassée dès la première nuit ( récurrent d'après la police). Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.

• Teodora (9/5): Superb - We never met the staff, but they were available to chat all the time and were really nice and helpful. The appartment is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and it was well cleaned. Even though it was connected with metros and buses, it’s located far from all Rome sightings. Another thing that bothered us (we were 5 girls), there are only mirrors in the bathroom.
• Esmaeil (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was dirty. Even toilet has not been cleaned and there was sh*t in it. There was dog's hair everywhere and kitchen equipment was very dirty.

• Holcombe (10/5): Exceptional - Location was a little distant from attractions, but the metra was 10 mins walk, so that was good.
• Mateo (8/5): Very good - The house was very clean and modern, there was a fully equipped kitchen with some basic necessities. The house was close to a metro station and was able to accommodate 5 of us comfortably. The hosts were lovely and very friendly. There was a large TV to watch football or music when at home. The fixtures in the house were not installed very well; the shower moved off the wall when we turned it on and the plugs fell apart. The extractor in the bathroom wasn't fantastic either. The beds were quite hard and the cushions very uncomfortable.
