• Adriana (10/5): Nice apartment, very big and clean, everything what you need in the kitchen and bad. - The apartment is 4 stations far away from Trastavere and very closed from more Bus stations which are bringing directly to the Rimini train station and to the city. Doesn’t exist.
• Jo (10/5): Great value in a quiet neighbourhood near the centre - Roberto met us and showed us around the spacious apartment . We enjoyed our 3 day stay here and will recommend to our friends. Perfect for 4.

• kolja (9/5): Great location, spacious apartment. - Great location, spacious apartment, air conditioning. Close to a cafe, gelateria, supermarket and restaurants. Easy communication with host. I don't really want to add toilet paper on the shopping list when on holiday. 1 roll for 4 people for 5 nights, lol. Also, some decent wine glasses and utility knives would make a big difference.

• J13579 (9/5): Superb - Location was great. We were met on time for checkin.. Host was responsuve. Nice kitchen that was well stocked, including paper towels. Washer available. I really appreciated the cleanliness. Grocery store a block away. And also near restaurants. This could be a plus or minus, depending on the individual. There was a festival during the weekend of our stay. If you joined them for the great music, this was a plus. If you wanted to sleep before midnight, this could be a challenge.

• Sokol (10/5): Beautifully - The place is in the heart of old town , walking distance from all the attractions and restaurants of the beautiful old L’Aquila. Well renovated and very particular layout. The real highlight is Daniel, the guy who runs the place. Energetic, funny and available for anything you need. He will hold the parking spot for you with his own car until your arrival. Very nice fella👍

• Susan (10/5): Lovely stay in the friendly Testaccio neighbourhood. A quiet oasis in the centre of a very busy Roma - Coffee pods, variety of teas and biscuits left for breakfast. A bottle of water in the fridge. We asked and had the possibility to drop bags off early if needed. The hosts Alessandro & Roberto were very nice. Testaccio is fantastic. It's in the centre of Rome but it's a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There's a small supermarket, cafes, pizzeria on your doorstep. Plus many neighbourhood shops, restaurants and the buzzing Testaccio market nearby. We'll be back! This wasn't really an issue, more an fyi as it was something we didn't consider when planning our short break ...we had to go to the apartment to meet the host and collect keys on arrival in Rome rather than arriving at our own convenience for lockbox keys. It wasn't a problem, rather something we didn't consider when planning our arrival day.
• Fernandez (10/5): Exceptional - The host was extremely nice and met us to personally hand the keys. There was scheduled city work in the area so they gifted us a breakfast in a local spot which was a very sweet touch. I liked being a little away from the crowds, it feels more like “a regular neighborhood”. We went to the local playground every day which was half a block away. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is not your area. But if you dont mind paying the Ubers or walking to the bus station then i totally recommend this place. Having a small washer inside made life easy too!

• Suzanne (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. It has everything you need and the treats on arrival were a lovely touch, we would definitely recommend a stay here when in Rome. The only downside was the kitchen hob, two of the hobs would not recognise the pans so would not heat up and you cannot use the hob and the cooker without tripping the electricity but it's easy to work around.

Market nearby and many restaurants. Cafe around the corner for coffee and croissants. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Washing machine, iron and other amenities. Beds very comfortable and the place was extremely clean, looks recently remodeled. Nothing.

• Clarisa (10/5): Best location - Spacious apartment for family. In the center close to supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. Very easy to explore Rome from this place.
• Pakere (9/5): Nice stay in Testatio - Comfortable flat in 3rd floor, there is an elewator. Flat is nice area (Testatio) where is more locals than tourists and it is good:) Nice calm area. Location is 15-20 min on foot from train station Trastavere so you can come from Fiumicino airport pretty easy. There is also 2 bus stops near house and anothers in 5-7 min distance. Grocery shop (open 8-21) is 50 m from house. You can reach touristic places in 15-20 min by bus. On foot it takes 45min. Flat has 3 separeate rooms, kithchen small balcony. Plenty of space. Kichen has enough belongings for making your meals. Also very nice that owner has left some teas, coffee, cookies and water. Beds, bedding& pillows are fine. There is good , not expensive places for evening meal. We go to Nuovo Mondo, but Remo is also good. At 19-19:30 there were places. Later it becomes busy. The best tiramisu, still missing it... And nice waiters! Thanks for nice home feeling in beautiful Rome! Only one key for all family is not always convinient but ok.
• Valentina (9/5): Very comfortable stay, will go back - Very comfortable and clean flat, in the heart of Testaccio, a lively and authentic area of Rome. Several buses take you to the main attractions, metro 10-min walk. Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets near by. The flat is large and spacious, beds are comfortable, TV in each bedroom and in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, biscuits, water available upon arrival. We received a Christmas cake and a complimentary bottle of wine. There are bathroom products too. Thank you very much!

• Alexandru (10/5): Great spot to recharge while discovering Rome - Great location with a lot of nearby restaurants and shops. Also it's fairly close to all the main attractions in Rome. The host was very professional and gave us a few good tips about the area and how to get to the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious with an old school balcony.
