- Afnan (6/5): Pretty alright place for the price - good location - - The host allowed us to check in early, which really helped us save time and avoid extra costs for luggage storage.
- The flat was suitable for 3 people for a short stay (though probably ideal for 1-2).
- Excellent location, with easy access to public transportation, shops, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Useful amenities like a washing machine and hairdryer - The flat got very hot, and opening the windows wasn’t really an option because they face a very busy, noisy street. Installing air conditioning or at least providing electric fans would improve this a lot.
- While the apartment was clean overall when we arrived, the bathroom was not, it was quite dirty when we checked in later that day and we had to clean it ourselves.
- Basic supplies like shampoo and toilet paper were missing, so we had to buy them ourselves.

Ring up as code wasn’t working and they say they’ve cancelled from double booking not telling me this

- Don (1/5): We plan to report this property to UK authorities for its state of disrepair & risk of fire. - The location was as advertised The property is damaged & in a serious state of disrepair.
-The Smoke detector is smashed/broken
-Bare electrical wiring hangs from the ceiling in the toilet (There is no light in the toilet) & in the main living area
-Cupboards doors are falling from their hinges
-The toilet is stained & filthy
- Šimić (1/5): ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! - The apartment was filthy, freezing, and lacked basic functionality—no heating, no electricity, and a flooded bathroom made it impossible to stay. We could not stay there and had to find another property in the middle of the night in unfamiliar city. Despite requesting a refund, the host refused to take responsibility, and even Booking.com failed to help. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and support throughout this ordeal was unacceptable. It’s shocking that such inhumane conditions are tolerated, and we will not stop pursuing the refund we rightfully deserve.
- Vandany (3/5): It was okay. - Convenient location. The host was responsive and helpful. When I arrived the property was not cleaned. Called the host and a cleaner was sent to tidy up the place. I was already tired from my flight but had for a couple more hours more for it to be cleaned. It was such a hassle. The host should inspect the property or at least clean the place before new guests check in.
There was another error from booking.com with double booking as well. After i paid for my stay, i was suddenly informed by the host that there was an error and i could only stay for 2 nights when i already paid for 4 nights. I asked the host to find a solution but I was told that another guest already booked before us so we could only stay for 2 and get refunded for the remaining 2. I ended up staying at 2 places during my stay. It was too much work.

Worst: horrible noisy road
- Kevin (6/5): Nice place near a very busy road! - Flat is cosy, bed comfy, towels fluffy etc The only real criticism is the road is VERY busy all night. Blues & twos waking me until 4am. Nothing the owner can do about this and entirely not their fault or in their control but if you are someone used to sleeping well in a quiet area this is going to be a challenge.
