Arber (10/5): Exceptional - Quality apartment with cooking facilities, balcony located near the beach and shops. It will be very hard to find such a place in Albania for such a price, as well as such a location. As well as the kind owner assisting us outside of our accommodation as well. I personally found my stay at Ap Art a highlight of my holiday. I didn't have much items to criticise, as of course this is not a penthouse apartment how ever for what it is and how it is priced I feel like it is extremely fair in terms of quality to price.
