• Poutiainen (1/5): - Location, views Our questions were not answered, and we were not provided with the necessary check-in information to access the apartment in a timely manner. The internet did not work properly. The host explained the situation by saying they were not working that day and claimed the check-in details were not delivered because I did not have a local phone number. This is not an acceptable explanation. We were forced to wait for a long time in complete uncertainty, with a 7-year-old child, in a completely new country and on a different continent, not knowing whether we would be able to access the apartment at all. Eventually, a helpful neighbor happened to arrive and knew how to let us into the apartment. The dishes were extremely dirty. There were cockroaches in the apartment and a large number of ants. The apartment guide required us to mop the floors, vacuum, wash the dishes, and perform extensive cleaning. However, upon arrival there was approximately 1 cm of dust, toys, and other debris under the bed, indicating that the apartment had not been properly cleaned beforehand. There were visible signs of water damage on the ceilings, walls, and floors, along with a noticeable mold-like odor. We were also pressured to accept and sign additional rules and conditions after payment, despite the booking being fully paid and non-refundable and these terms not being clearly disclosed at the time of reservation.

• John (8/5): Great relaxing holiday home. Would definitely stay again. Amazing views and a very comfy apartment - Ocean views, double shower. Bed was very small in main room but was very comfortable still. Lots of ants everywhere
