• Luboš (6/5): The location is excellent, close to the metro, restaurants, shops and major historical sites, and the building is in a q - The location is excellent. The apartment is very close to the metro, restaurants, shops and all major historical sites, so it is easy to reach most places on foot or by public transport. The building is also located in a quiet dead-end street, which makes the area relatively calm despite being in the center. The apartment cannot be locked or secured from the inside, which is a serious safety issue, especially when travelling with children. The main entrance door to the building was damaged and could not be properly closed or locked. There was also visible mould in the apartment, the equipment is worn, and the mattresses are heavily used and uncomfortable. Before arrival, I specifically asked about these issues because they were mentioned in previous reviews. I was assured that everything had been fixed. Unfortunately, this was not the case, which makes the accommodation difficult to trust.

• Fabiola (3/5): Las apariencias engañan - Estaba bien ubicado. Primero que todo la cerradura de la puerta que daba a la calle estaba rota, lo que significaba que cualquier persona podía acceder al edificio. Se le notificó al personal pero en las 2 noches que estuvimos, nunca fue arreglado. Segundo, el apartamento tiene un grave problema de malos olores. Los baños desprenden un olor a tuberías/cloacas, que evitaba hasta poder dormir. Era insoportable. La ducha de un baño tenia MUY poca presión de agua, asi que ducharse era muy incomodo. El inodoro daba ASCO solo de verlo. No estaba sucio, pero tenia manchas viejas verdes y marrones. Faltaban sabanas en el edredon de la habitación de arriba y las camas eran bastante viejas. La cafetera tampoco servía. A pesar de estar reformado (suelos y cocina) lo importante, camas y baños, dejan mucho que desear. No volveriamos. No vale el precio.

• Dan (9/5): Comfy, clean friendly apartment in central Rome! - Roomy, central in Rome, comfortable. The lock on the front door wasn’t working. Two workmen came out on a couple of different days, but it still wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The customer service lady was responsive though, but maybe the doors need replacing!!

• Juan (8/5): Ideal for base for exploring Rome - We were sent codes for lockbox through the host, who was on whatsup if there was any problems, we were able to drop our bags of early in apartment. location was in walking distance to all main attractions, or bus stop to vatican, (we walked), for our visit it was perfect, breakfast in the morning, well equiped kitchen, then we were out all day till late, showers were hot, the apartment was heated, so when we came back late the apt was warm, and the beds were very comfortable and there was no street noise, so we had a good nights sleep to recharge ready to explore the next day. The apartment was below street level so not very much natural light, couldnt lock door from the inside with key.

• Raeleen (10/5): Great apartment! We loved everything about it and the location! - Amazing location, air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and living room worked great, kitchen with big windows. Short walk to Rialto bridge, restaurants, and sight seeing. There’s a coffee shop right under the apartment which was perfect for morning coffee and croissants. Stairs up to the apartment were super steep but still manageable. We loved everything about the apartment.
