• Tamera (10/5): Everything we needed. - Tony was very responsive and gave good restaurant recommendations. It was walking distance to grocery store and gelato. Only 6 minutes walk to bus line to get us to main area of the city and 15 minute walk from the bus. Would highly recommend. Its a bit small but worked perfectly for us.
• Alexandros (9/5): - Ο χώρος Ότι δεν είχε φως η κουζίνα και έπρεπε να ανάψουμε μια λάμπα στην άλλη πλευρά του δωματίου, είχε μόνο ένα μικρό σαπούνι για ντους για 2 άτομα για 5 βράδια και επίσης υπήρχε μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας σε όλο το σπίτι για 2 άτομα για 5 βράδια.
• Gabriele (10/5): Appartamento perfetto nella zona di Coverciano con grande rapporto prezzo/qualità - Appartamento accogliente, pulito, con tutto ciò che serve per passare qualche giorno a Firenze. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile nel fornire tutte le informazioni e le attenzioni che mi hanno permesso di sentirmi a casa. Nulla.
• Lisa (6/5): - Rolige omgivelser. God kommunikation med værten👍🏻😊 God offentlig transport i nærheden. Lidt slidt, køkkenet var fedtet nogen steder og der var ikke ret meget udstyr. Myggenet sluttede ikke tæt. Vi var lidt overrasket over, at vi selv skulle have medbragt viskestykker, karklude og skraldeposer, når værten havde sørget for håndklæder og sengelinned.

• Baker (10/5): Exceptional - IT WAS SOOOOO NICE AND CUTE! I'm traveling with my sister and it was our favorite place we've stayed so far and the owner was SO KIND and helpful(He kindly explained what an italian bidet was to us). Just the cutest little apartment with everything you could need! Even a small washing machine and a clothesline on the cute deck! 100% would recommend staying at Tony's place.

• Inna (9/5): Superb - The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a long stay—an awesome bonus! The staff was great and very helpful (thank you, Adriano!). Free parking was a wonderful perk! We stayed in January-February, so it was sometimes a bit cold and dark due to the rain, but everything else was excellent.
• Ankita (9/5): Value for money stay - The apartment was nice. Spacious, well kept. Host was great and helped us when we were not able to find keys for self check in. Everything is great. Except that the property is situated 30-40mins away from centre.

• Sebastian (10/5): Tony's place offers the best value for money you can get anywhere in Florence! - We stayed for a full month, and it was a fantastic experience! The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning was a blessing given the hot summer. There is also a good air flow between the balcony and the dorm window, which helps cool the place as well without the need for air conditioning during the night. The kitchen was well-equipped, we even found salt and some spices to use, and the electric oven is fantastic for cooking meat, it roasts it perfectly evenly and thoroughly. The place was well cleaned, with plenty of cleaning supplies as well, and the bathroom had enough shampoo and soap to last us for weeks. Good water pressure, warm water, even a bidet, just as described. Wonderful! The bed was comfortable for us, so we I don't understand why some people complain about it: there was no squeaking, it was fully stable, and the mattress was just soft enough for perfect sleep. All in all, the location was ok, with a green park nearby, a supermarket ten minutes' walk distance (and ice cream two minutes away ;)), bus stations five minutes' walk, and quiet most of the time: one of its greatest advantages compared to a flat in the city center. While the washing machine wasn't usable, the costs of using the laundry just a street away was deducted from the city tax, so we still had that facility for free as advertised. Overall, I don't think you can get better value for money in all of Florence. Totally satisfied we chose Tony's Place! :) Thank you, Tony! The garbage containers are located on the same street close by, and the garbage machine stops a few meters from the window to load them in, and is very loud, a wake-up alarm every morning at six (sometimes eight). The solution would be to close the window, but that would cut the air flow, making it too hot to sleep without air conditioning. But there is indeed very good air conditioning, so if you can sleep with its background hum, you're set. ;) Still, we have to mention it's overall very quiet compared to a flat in the city center: with all the bars and restaurants and traffic there, you can't get a wink of sleep, and the garbage machine goes everywhere anyway (and good thing it does!). So if sleep is a concern for you, do still choose Tony's Place, it's still as quiet as it gets in Florence,

• Tania (9/5): A great place to stay - The place was spacious, well taken care of, and clean! Everything we wanted and only a half hour away from the center of Florence. That it sometimes took 6 to 10 min to walk from a bus stop to the hotel and vice-versa. But once knowing that, it was fine.
• Christelle (8/5): Practical and spacious. Recommended - The Location, free parking, bus services just near (count 20 to 30 min to join Firenze), the place was spacious. The kitchenware were not quite clean.
• Nguyen (9/5): Easy, clean, and a great place to relax after a long day. - We liked that there was a cafe close by to go to each morning and the staff was friendly (overall friendly neighborhood). Like that there was a smart today that we could use to relax after a long day of travel and sightseeing. That it was a quiet location, clean, spacious. Transport was nice as well. Nothing comes in mind.

• Joanne (10/5): Great out of the way place to stay. - This apartment was in a nice neighborhood on the fringe of town, a good, safe neighborhood, where we felt safe walking, even off the beaten path. The property manager went above and beyond, giving us hiking suggestions and booking the cab that took us to the train station for our departure. We had no complaints.
