• Mary (8/5): Very clean, large room in a great location. - Super great location, very clear instructions on how to get in and easy to check in any time of day. Large room and very clean. Lots of hot water and good shower pressure. The elevator is pretty small and awkward to get into from the first floor but good once you get to the second floor! The pillows were pretty thin and the room was a bit hot but we had a large room so I think that’s why it didn’t cool down as much.
• Johnklar (9/5): Perfekte Lage, tagsüber etwas lebhaft - Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage – alles war gut erreichbar. Der Self-Check-in war unkompliziert und hat problemlos funktioniert, was die Anreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass ich sogar früher einchecken durfte. Das Bett war sehr bequem und ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Schallisolierung ist verbesserungswürdig, da es tagsüber teilweise deutlich hörbar war und entsprechend lauter wurde. Nachts war es jedoch ruhiger und insgesamt besser auszuhalten.
• Pui Ching (5/5): Good point is the location is strategic and easy to get food - Location is superb. Has smart tv with Netflix subscribed. However it is purely self service apartment and don't get to speak more with the operator for more touristy advice. I am not able to communicate well with the Operator because she does not speak English unfortunately. No breakfast too, another drawback. Common area is lowly maintained and not cozy. Not really clean as I see strands of hair on the desk and toilet when I check in. Entering the unit is tru a small alley and it's kinda dark.

• Suarez (6/5): - Localización céntrica. Muchísimo ruido. Se escucha la gente hablar a cualquier hora, los pasos en las escalares. Ni tiene ventana por lo tanto la ventilación es muy pobre con olores a humedad.

• Skadi (2/5): Die Lage lohnt sich, wenn man nicht so viel Wert auf Komfort oder Sauberkeit legt. - Die Lage ist mitten in der Altstadt gut, man kann die Waschmaschine im „Gemeinschaftsraum“ kostenlos benutzen. Kommunikation via Whatsapp war sehr einfach und es wurde einem gut erklärt, wie man die Gasse findet. Die Fotos entsprechen leider gar nicht (mehr) dem Zustand der Räume. Eine Lobby gibt es nicht, der Gemeinschaftsraum ist extrem abgewohnt und von Pflanzen ist nichts zu sehen. Auch die Zimmer wurden in einem schönen Zustand fotografiert, von dem leider nicht mehr so viel übrig ist. Personal haben wir nicht gesehen. Als das Zimmer bezahlt werden sollte, haben wir dies im Untergeschoss bei der Dame von dem Booking Office gemacht. Ob sie dazu gehört ist schwer zu sagen, weil sie beim ersten Mal leider nicht wusste, was wir und warum bezahlen wollten. Beim zweiten Mal hat sie uns das Geld dann abgenommen. Die Lift- und Treppensituation ist sehr beengt. Mit großem Gepäck (auch Backpack) muss man in jedem Fall erstmal bis in den zweiten Stock die Treppe nehmen. Als wir eincheckten war die Keybox bereits geöffnet, weshalb jeder vor uns das Zimmer einfach hätte betreten können. Wir sind nach 21 Uhr angekommen. Den Code dafür hatten wir eigentlich vorher per Whatsapp bekommen.

• Karla (10/5): Well worth money spent. Ideal for our first typical Hanoi homestay experience. - I loved the big balcony, we had a view of the lake. Had the biggest shower I’ve ever seen and they let us check in early ☺️

• Roly (3/5): The location and the balcony was the only thing going for this place. - The location and the balcony was the only thing going for this place. I stayed at three different places in Hanoi and this was definitely the worst. So to start the AC took forever to cool. When you leave the room the ac will turn off. It takes forever for the room to cool after you come back into the room. They only supplied 2 towels and when we asked for more they did not supply the towels till the next day. The bed is as hard as a rock. The vinyl tiles on the balcony are coming off. It really seems like the owner needs to put a little more love and care in this property. This property could be so much more if the room did not look so run down and the service was better.

Have not met any staff of the homestay but they were accommodating thru message. The bedroom itself was very big and spacious. Overall, money well spent. The bathroom was dated and felt like it needed more cleaning. No hot shower in the morning. Can hear the noises from upstairs. But for the price you paid, it was expected.

• Nguyễn (10/5): Exceptional - I really like your room because it is clean, comfortable, very lovely and especially has a lovely balcony overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake to see the lives of the people here. The apartment's location is very convenient to have. You can watch water puppet shows, experience tours to famous places in the capital Hanoi. And it is also very convenient to discover delicious dishes in the restaurants around your residence. I thank you very much for your dedication and always providing me with the information I need
