- Melodie (8/5): Lovely property in good neighbourhood. - Gorgeous, interesting property in a great neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds. HEATED FLOORS! I was fine, but this property would not suit people who don’t like/can’t use stairs.
- LI JUNG (9/5): Though small, it has all the essential organs. - A comfortable and quiet detached house There is no heating in the bathroom.
- Ping (9/5): -
- Chantelle (9/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): Huge space - Very spacious and great facilities on a quiet street, Hep 5 walkable in about 15 minutes but handy for stations
- Melanie (7/5): - Comfortable beds, easy check in/out, quiet location (yet close to centre of Osaka) clean, lovely coffee shops/restaurants etc nearby. Very little natural light and lots of notices forbidding you to open windows/doors etc.
Incessant messages with instructions over and over again about what was forbidden/allowed.
No knives for eating/buttering toast etc. (I know this is a Western requirement, but you need to cater for everyone who might be staying there.)
- Brisida (10/5): Enjoyed staying two nights there and i enjoyed the calm of the neighborhood as well 😊 - I loved the house and the way it was build and it was a very good value for the money we paid for!
- Zoltán (9/5): - The neighbourhood had some great locations to eat and drink. Osaka main railway station was in a (long) walking distance, and there was a closer underground station, too. The style of the house is unique. Great value vs. cost ratio, we were travelling as 7 people and could fit in the property nicely. There were a lot of warnings and regulations. Some of them are ok (like don't be noisy), but some are a bit more rigid (like about water consumption and so). Some of the furniture was in a bad shape, too.
- Zyad (10/5): The owner let me check in a little early and I accidentally left my pants and they let me know almost immediately. Insan -
- Joan (10/5): Great location, clean home. - Clean, practical, great location.
- Tony (8/5): Great location, plenty of room - The location and size of the house was awesome, plenty of room, washing machine. Basic condiments was lacking, no coffee, sugar, milk, and beds are a little tired and could use an upgrade. Overall was a great stay.
- Sheridan (8/5): Great little house in a fantastic location. -
- H (9/5): Superb -
- Jacob (9/5): Superb - Location was great, house had plenty of space. Wifi was not great
- Lenka (7/5): Good - We liked the big comfortable beds in both bedrooms and the standard-height kitchen table in the kitchen with chairs. It was also very clean everywhere. There is a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen, incl. a big refrigerator with a freezer. Several underground stations are within a walking distance, as well as the town centre incl. the huge underground shopping malls. There was only one wash basin for the entire house and it was located in a very narrow corridor on the upper floor. So it was quite challenging for all family members to use it when they needed - the small corridor was a bit overcrowded even with 2 people in there. The house is overall very dark and gloomy inside and we were instructed not to open any windows because of respect towards neighbors (you can't see anything through the windows either). The house is made entirely of concrete so it gives you a feeling of a "bunker" (which might be a big plus in case of an earthquake though).
- Cynthia (8/5): Metro had also no lifts nor escalators 3 flights up. Again not conducive for Seniors . As it is my first time in Osaka i - Quiet neighbourhood and near a metro station Steep stairs that is not conducive for seniors. Once we went upstairs we don’t come down till the next morning. No signage to identify property.. a kind lady we met on the street helped us to find the property.
