Valeria (5/5): Local confortável mas com vários perrengues - O apartamento é enorme, amplo, ventilado, confortável, limpo, cozinha equipada. Localização excelente. Camas boas, lençóis e toalhas excelentes, tem shampoo, sabonetes, TV grande, banheiros bons. A comunicação com o anfitrião é péssima. A senha para entrada no imóvel estava errada, não conseguíamos entrar às 19hs do dia 23/12. O Wi-Fi não funcionava pois o aparelho estava desligado da tomada, não tem ar condicionado e Curitiba está extremamente quente, tem ventilador. Geladeira estava vazando água, não tinha saco de lixo para colocar. Mas o pior é a garagem, carro um pouco maior não cabe, o estacionamento em frente é super caro, perguntei assim que aluguei avisando sobre o carro do meu marido, disseram que iam remanejar. Tivemos que estacionar em outro local. Era pra ser uma noite de natal tranquila, mas foi um pouco complicado. O que salva é o conforto do apartamento. O local também te bastante ruído da rua, pois com o calor dormimos com a janela aberta. Fora isso o local é muito bom! Só deveriam melhor a comunicação com os hóspedes.

oliveira (8/5): Apartamento muito lindo e enorme - Apartamento muito espaçoso e bonito, daqueles antigões reformados, tudo novo, aquecimento da água a gás, boas camas e travesseiros, boa localização, wi-fi, lavanderia com máquina de lavar e secar. Amenities como mini sabonete e shampoo igual de hotel. Toalhas boas (grandes e que enxugam). Mandem todos dados com antecedência de duas horas do check in para evitar dificuldades. Recomendo muito para adultos. As instruções de entrada só foram passadas quando já estávamos no local, ficamos esperando na rua no frio de Curitiba com crianças. Por ser tudo eletrônico não foi fácil de entrar (são muitas portas, senhas, controles). Chegamos anoitecendo então não tinha mais porteiro. A sala é toda envidraçada porém o vidro é super fino, qualquer tropeço ali é um perigo. Para quem tem criança pequena não recomendo pois não há tela de proteção nas janelas, apenas nas sacadas que não abrimos.
