• Mihai (10/5): I would stay there again - Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, well maintained. You got everything you need in walking distance: supermarket, bars & restaurants are right next to the building. Parking is near (but it’s not cheap). Old town is right there. It can get noisy due the proximity of Plaza Merced. We stayed there right in the week before Easter, so celebrations were going on until 4 a.m., but beside that, nothing.

• Ketan (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great, great bars and restaurants all around us. Apartment was decent but not what was expected, it looked great in the pictures but not quite so when you live in it and services were near terrible. 2 small rooms - one master and other with 2 single beds, 2 bath - one in master room and one in living room. living area was sufficient size and comfortable. 3 tvs. It was new neat clean but that’s all about it. Master room has bathroom within the room, there was no door - so odd & uncomfortable to use. Neighbours complained abt our door noise while opening & closing, we were woken up each night with upper floor ppl walking around in the house in the middle of the night. Kitchen was very basic with not enough cups & water glasses, but many wine glasses🫤. Equipment’s were old and not at par with the description of the apartment. Coffee pods very local brand, terrible in taste & quality. Entrance of building and apartment was through an online passkey, you need signal all the time to get into the building - we had to wait for minutes at times in absence of service and especially when exiting the elevator coz the service was unavailable in elevator. No cleaning or fresh towels are provided the next day. Parking was far and not convenient - was told 24 euro/n on phone but was charged 34 euro/n. They are not reachable on WhatsApp which is a must these days, had to call every time for anything and they shared any details through booking.com chat only. Staff was helpful though reachable any time on phone, came to assist with luggage & supported well with parking instructions - did their best given the constraints. Would have enjoyed the city better had they given attention to the lil details and made things more convenient.
• Charlotte (9/5): Lovely apartment, spacious and comfortable, location amazing - Location amazing. We weren't bothered by any noise despite warnings. Only complaint really was the bottom sheet on the bed didn't really fit, could do with the next size up as it kept coming off. Maybe leave some bin liners if you want guests to take out rubblish on leaving
• Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has a lot of space, it is just in front of the city center, next to a supermarket, excellent location. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and everything was nice and well equipped. The check in is very late (17h) and the check out (11am) for us a bit early, so if you stay one night you don’t have the chance to enjoy very much the apartment. The cleaning lady was also 10 minutes before 11am knocking on the door before we head out, feels a bit pressuring. Otherwise everything was very nice and very good communication with the staff

• Susan (9/5): Superb - Stunning apartment. Beautifully decorated. Ideal location. Situated just off plaza de Merced. Plenty of bars and restaurants 1 minutes walk away. A supermarket 2 minutes away. Picasso museum and calle Larios a lovely 10 minute stroll. Highly recommended. Staff a pleasure to deal with and excellent communication
• Shulamit (2/5): Very poor - Nothing Don't go there! our experience with the apartment rental was terrible aspacialy with REMs, the holdings company that runs the apartments. Allthough we worte them when we will arraive, when we made the reservation, we waited near the apartment for 45 minutes untill  the representative arrived. The keys that he gave us were not the right one. We tried to call the rental company for several times but no one answered. We sent messages at the Booking app but no response. We had to walk to their office and there, a nice lady took us back to the apartment. Finally after almost 2 hours from our arrival, we were able to  able to enter the apartment.  we came to Malaga for one night and we couldn't enjoy it because of what happened.
