- Rebecca (8/5): - Great location and an incredibly comfy bed
- Carole (9/5): - Very good value for 2 nights stay. The place is an older place but it was cozy. The location was convenient, only about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was like a small apartment with a stove (which I didn't use), but I loved having a refrigerator and freezer to store food, especially from 7-11. The electric kettle was nice for morning coffee and nighttime tea. There were some dishes, plates, cups and cutlery. I didn't use the washing machine because I didn't think my clothes would dry outside on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The glass plate in the microwave was dirty so I washed it. I would clean the ceiling of the microwave, maybe get a new doormat and a small shelf to place toiletries on in the bathroom. The main lighting was very white and too bright.
- Arsen Andre Cloe (9/5): The staff was good. They were able to stay our luggages for how many hours after we check out. And the room was very cle - Location, accessible to all stations
- 博幸 (6/5): -
- Yu Ling (5/5): - 離車站進!附近買東西也方便 地板不乾淨,踩起來不舒服,自己在擦拭一遍,很髒!
- Tomer (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Shinjuku. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the station, restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet considering how central it is.
Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the host was responsive and helpful. Wi-Fi was fast, and all the amenities (washing machine, kitchen, air conditioning) worked perfectly.
Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples who looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again!
- Jungmi (8/5): Very good -
- Caleb (3/5): highly unsatisfied with the living conditions of our room - just the location its dirty and given wrong info about entrance location
the towels smell like a rug
the walls were filthy and bathroom and tub walls had soap scum and mold
couldn’t hang laundry because balcony is so dirty
Staff would not answer call to find the location properly, had to ask a nearby citizen
- Ashish (8/5): Very good -
- Ying (7/5): Good - The place is very convenient. A mini supermarket is just nearby. And the price is reasonable. Not so clean on some small places, like you can find some dirts on the sofa, and we would rather not to use the towel.
- Jaylen (7/5): Good -
- Minjung (2/5): Mediocre stay. Recommended for a single person not family. - The location is close to Shinjuku station. The pictures look better than reality. The facilities are old. It's not as clean as the pictures. The apartment has a draft which makes it very cold.
- Zheng (8/5): A nice place for short trip - Location is excellent, many convince shop are around the place, walking distance to the train station. Full set of facilities available in the house, good for family stay. A bit difficult to get to this place from the station for the first time. The washing machine did not work on the first day but ok for the rest days.
- Viviana (9/5): Superb -
- Yeo (9/5): Superb - clean and comfortable. good location. host is responsive and helpful.
- Chilin (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good. The owner is very considerate of travelers' needs.
- Amy (7/5): Good location in Tokyo - Close to train stations. Easy check in process with key left in mailbox. Very small apartment and bathroom
- Lucy (2/5): Dirty, disgusting & dissappointing. - Other than the location this property was awful. I have taken photos to show the smudge marks of dirt and dust up the walls. The plugs full of hair and it is the dirtiest property I’ve stayed in. I hate complaining but it was truly awful. Do not stay here. During our entire Japan trip it was our most expensive stay. Save your money and go into a hotel. It is so bad I can’t believe how dirty it was. It was embarrassingly bad.
- Jainish (8/5): Good location and excellent communication - Very convenient location with good facilities
- Sahan (10/5): It was perfect, would definitely come again! - The location was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice. Nothing really. The only thing that I can think of is there is no bath rug in the bathroom, so it can get slippery after a shower.
- Penny (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great The pictures must have been taken a long time ago
- Manishkumar (8/5): Overall small but practical place. - Location was good. For us apartment was very small but it may be okay for TOKYO. The Location.
- Sintia (10/5): Highly recommend!!! - Everything was supplied and the place was clean :) close to the main area in shinjuku
- Luxon (4/5): Do not recommend - Location was good. The host advertises that there's one bed, and a sofa bed. We booked it for this reason, so the baby could sleep on the sofa bed and not in the bed with us. Well, the sofa bed was completely broken, impossibile to sleep on.
Moreover, we asked for sheets and towels, and probably because of the language barrier, it took the host 3 days to tell exactly where to find them. Lots of comforters/pillows available but very dirty . Overall cleanish, but very dirty under the bed. There's no space for much, super tiny.
- Scarlett (10/5): Great location, very clean and convenient! - Great location, everything is nearby and the check in was fairly simple to work out! Has all the facilities needed including a hairdryer and liquids for washing your hair and body! You can hear some of the outside noise but it wasn’t too bad.

- Mason (8/5): Amazing and convenient! - The hotel boasted an ideal location, conveniently situated a short stroll from the train station, which afforded us effortless access to public transportation. Our concerns about the adequacy of space for three gentlemen were swiftly allayed upon arrival; the accommodation was quite spacious and comfortable. Additionally, we were delighted to find a variety of dining establishments located just below the hotel, all offering an array of culinary delights at exceptionally reasonable prices. While the sounds of the city's nightlife can sometimes permeate the evening air, it is generally not a significant disturbance and often becomes part of the unique backdrop of the locale. The hotel's proximity to such a dynamic area means that guests are truly immersed in the local culture pulsating with energy and excitement, providing an authentic urban experience. For example, the much-enjoyed Golden Gai boasts an amazing array of private bars. Nestled in the vibrant vicinity of Kabukicho, the hotel sits at the heart of a lively district. Guests who are light sleepers or those who prefer to retire early may occasionally notice the exuberance of spirited individuals returning from their nocturnal adventures, particularly if they are awake during the late hours.

- Reginal (10/5): Highly recommended - The owner responded to my messages very quickly. Easy check in & check out process, the owner provided clear instructions. The apartment was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Internet connection was great. Free body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Complete kitchen appliances and utensils + washing machine. The building has an elevator - appreciated since we have heavy luggages. The area was generally quiet at night considering it’s beside the main road. It’s walking distance to train station and main Shinkuju area. Heater in the room is not enough to heat the whole apartment. The aisle from door entrance towards kitchen, toilet & shower area were cold althoughout our stay but we didn’t mind since the temp in the room was good as long as the door is closed. Would’ve been better if there’s also a foot rag provided/ placed below the shower area door.
- Gur (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, lots of space, very comfortable, all amenities available, easy check in

- Samantha (8/5): Very good - - Near to train station and city center
- Host was responsive
- Place was actually bigger than expected, a rare find in Japan - Would be nice if there was a bathroom rug on the floor so it won’t be too wet and slippery
