The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price Electricity, heating, gas and water are not included in the price of the stay and will be charged upon departure based on consumption. Cleaning is not included in the price. A deposit must be transferred in advance via bank account.
