• Grace (7/5): The outdoor area need to be cleaned - the outdoor area so dirty , the barbeque machine is fulll ouf dust. The plants no. looking good , full of dead leaves. The bathsoap ran out.

• Vinay K (1/5): Extremely disappointing stay – completely unacceptable for approx. $400 per night - Location We stayed for 3 nights and the experience was nowhere near what was advertised or expected at this price point. There was no internet for the entire stay, and despite calling the support number, no assistance was provided. The host later tried to hide behind the T&Cs by calling the internet a “complimentary service.” At $400 per night, this excuse is unacceptable. The lack of internet caused me to miss an important work meeting and disrupted my entire weekend. The villa was not clean on arrival, which immediately set the wrong tone. I found expired coffee sachets, which is a basic hygiene failure and shows that the property is not being properly checked between guests. Coffee pod machine was very dirty. Linens and bath towels were not included unless you pay extra, which is absurd for a property charging this much. Because of these added costs, guests might simply choose to sleep on the beds without sheets, which is a serious health and wellbeing concern. The property advertises a spa, yet no towels were provided, making it effectively unusable.

• Kylie (6/5): Enjoyed but no wifi and disgusting bbq - First of all, the interior was lovely and renovated. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the spa. It was in a great location not far from the main strip. But….they claimed they had free Wifi so when we wanted to relax in the room we could utilise Netflix etc. My partner is an electrician and when I contacted them about having no internet connection they said a service technician had been there recently and said it was a bit “glitchy”. He checked the modem/router which was useless. When he contacted them they said it was “no big deal”. When it’s included in the price it should be available. Also, the BBQ was disgusting, hence the reason it’s not included in their photos. Luckily for us we had no intention of using it anyway. Photos are included.

• Roseann (8/5): Was very comfortable had everything we needed enjoyed our stay close to everything - Had everything you wanted Sofa bed was only a couch thought it was going to be a fold out bed in it
• Jane (7/5): Quiet location away from the hustle, comfortable cottage and inside maintained well. - Quiet location and short walk to shopping area. Cute little cottage. Inside in good Condition, gardens clean. We were ok with the property but on looking at previous reviews noticed another review mentioned e7 error on air conditioner. That is still current. Lucky we had cool weather. Extra $30 for linen a bit of a rip off considering payment of accommodation.

• Stojan (3/5): Average - On day 1. We noticed Air con not working. Did call them they ask for fault number which was E7. So they can search on internet to see what it means. Means Major problem with it, they should have tolled us it was not working, it was to hot night times to have pleasant sleep, any way they ever called me after that just ignored everything.

• Colin (5/5): Passable - Bathroom light not working and unable to watch tv as there was no antenna cord So being by myself had nothing to do when I was there so I had to go elsewhere these things should be checked when keys are dropped off rang on Friday but nothing was done to fix it
