• Agata (5/5): - Podobało mi się,że była suszarka do włosów,łazienka +osobne wc i wiatraki ,które w upalne dni łagodziły gorąc Mieszkanie bardzo ciemne w ciągu dnia wydawało się,że jest noc. Nie otrzymałam faktury za opłacenie podatku miejskiego o którą poprosiłam, obiekt przestał odpisywać na moje kolejne ponaglenia

• Helge (6/5): Fin beliggenhet - Finbeliggenheit, midt mellom alt me ønker å se. Burde hatt aircondition,var veldig varmt de dagene vi var der. Kjøkkenet kunne vert litt bedre utrustet, f.eks. oppvaskkost.
• Michael (5/5): Gute Lage, aber zu feucht und auch zu laute Nachbarschaft. - Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Direkt daneben ist ein gutes Restaurant, welches auch frühstück anbietet und einige Eingänge zu anderen Seite ein kleiner Supermarkt, in welchem man Snacks und Erfrischungen kaufen kann. 500 Meter vom Kolosseum weg, wirklich sehr zentral gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr feucht. Die Wände haben an mehreren Stellen entsprechende Flecken, an einigen Stellen ist schwarzer Schimmel. Jedes Mal wenn man die Wohnung betrat roch es sehr muffig. Die Kommunikation des Anbieters, die Person die die Schlüssel übergab, war sehr unhöflich. Der gesamte Ton sehr fordernd, wenig höflich. Schließlich waren die Nachbarn deutlich zu laut. An die lt. Hausordnung vorgegeben Nachtruhe von 22 Uhr hielt sich kaum jemand, ständiges Hundegebell, laute Musik.

• Kelsey (1/5): Terrible. Black mold made us all sick. The property owner needs to hire a new management company as well as take the tub - Location is the only thing this property has going for it. And it’s a pretty good size. There is BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. The tub leaks. momo who helped us check in was extremely sketchy and they wanted us to pay for towels. I let them know that we had to use the three towels (only towels they gave us for 5 people) to clean up the floor. They told us it was condensation. The floor was a pool. Not condensation. They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for four nights. Not enough and we had to buy our own. Three of us got sick from the black mold in the bathroom. On the sofa bed you can hear everything outside. Terrible place. Would have rather stayed further away and walked to the attractions than stay at that place
• Pratheepkumar (7/5): 10/10 for location , okish for other aspects. - Big apartment, Very central location and nearby a lot of supermarkets and shops , bars and restaurants etc. Some electrical appliances / products like bulbs switches didn’t work , slightly unclean.
• Veronica (8/5): Very good - The location. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had many utensils. the bathtub leaked water, and there was not internet in one of the rooms.

• Lynsey (7/5): Rome is amazing and this was a great location to explore the city. - Excellent location. Shabby chic. Had everything we needed. Needs some upgrading - shower attachment was broken so had to hold shower by hand. Leak under bath so bathroom floor perpetually wet. One plug socket came out of the wall. Having to wait to meet someone outside the apartment to get the key is not very convenient (perhaps need a key safe?). Need to remove some of the ornaments and unnecessary furniture to declutter.

• Tsvetelina (10/5): It was a great time in this place! - The place is on a great place in the city center! It was a little bit cold weather in Rome and in the apartment and maybe it will be good to have some local heating appliance
• Juris (10/5): family verdict on this trip- excellent - everything was excellent! to be able to regulate the heat and have washing machine
• Jim (8/5): Loved it except for the furniture - Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location in central Roma. Very easy and helpful host organization. Though the apartment was first rate, the Furniture was far from it. The Beds were hard and uncomfortable and the couches were possibly the most uncomfortable ones I've ever experienced. Would have been perfect if they hadn't gone cheap on furniture.
