• Chris (3/5): Poor - I liked the view and the price is affordable but the deposit quite high RM200 per nght but the price of room only less than RM150. The original price from booking.com is less than RM100 and extra chrges is till RM134+ Escalalator issue?had been stuck almost 30 minute in the same floor until calling techinician to open it up, then we are able to go out from floor 10 with one guy from Franch. It could be very dangerous for us. Very bad experience for my first night in this hotel. Swimming pool under maintainence ? Omg such a bad time for me.

• Hamidah (7/5): Good - The room is not the same as in the picture but it's okay. Everything is good. I repeat for 2 times staying here.
• Tim (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment it self is very nice. It was very clean and the wifi was good too. Very good location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. The highlight is certainly the fantastic pool area. The apartment was small but had most things that you might need including a clothes washing/drying machine. It wasn't so easy to understand the first instructions to get the key, a second version was much better. The apartment has a shared main door to the corridor with its neighbour. Unfortunately the neighbour came and went during the middle of the night (2-3am) waking us at most nights (at various times). There is a window above the door so when the entry light goes on in the night, the apartment becomes very bright with light waking you up. The hair dryer didn't work and there was no broom or anything to clean the floor with.
• Ronald (6/5): A disappointing stay let down by a sloppy contracted host in an otherwise new but cramped apartment - The apartment is quite centrally located with Quill mall adjacent for your daily needs, which you can also find at the ground floor of the condo. A lot of vacant shops at the mall though. The suite apartment is cramped for two grown-ups, but adequate for 1-2 nights. It is still new and cleaning between guests is done very rapidly, as I have experienced, so I hope that what now looks nice and new will remain so. Already the mopping of the floor misses the corners. There is no vacuum cleaning. Furnishing by the owner is good. Bed is very comfortable, as is the sofa. I do miss a bed side table. Kitchen utensils, are insufficient/incomplete. Three forks and one spoon?? Bathroom looks clean, but very tight. The infinity pool at level 35 is large and excellent. It can get very busy. There is still construction work ongoing. The corridor floor is taped and dirty and a lot of construction labourers in the corridors. It takes ages to catch one of the 4 elevators, although one was out of service for maintenance, already. The construction built quality is low. Sound insulation is mediocre. Be prepared to be engulfed by sound from your neighbours and all sounds from bathrooms. Sound insulation from the outside is also poor. There are two mosques nearby and a soccer field, where daily matches are played until well after midnight. The contracted host, on my occasion, has performed badly. They did not respond to my calls, nor Whatsapp messages when I arrived early having asked days in advance for a possible early checkin. At that time they had responded by stating "upon availability", which is fine. At 3 pm, I was kept in the dark regarding onboarding. At 6 minutes past 3 pm, I received an automated mail message on how to self- check in. However there was no key in the mailbox. I messaged and called. This time the phone was picked up and I was asked to wait. At 15.30, the host caretaker came down and handed me the keys. Upon arrival at the suite apartment, two cleaners were hastily cleaning the apartment and floor. I entered the soaking wet apartment. This is unacceptable. At least respond to calls and messages to explain a likely delay due to unforeseen circumstances. The usual made-up excuses. Better to spend energy on doing it professionally. Regarding disposables, there is plenty of dishwashing liquid and gel, plenty garbage bags, but only hand soap on the kitchen sink that you can use for the shower. No liquids for the washing machine. A kind guest has left behind an already used toilet role paper, a it seems unprovided by the host. The US hairdryer is useless at 110V. Very dangerous! A good host and a good all round living experience is key to a return in the future. This apartment does not meet that criteria for me personally.
• Hamidah (9/5): Good in - The building is still in construction. Overall it looks good to stay. Satisfied our 3 nights stay there. Got a big refrigerator and the stove can cook. Bit cramp for the space but it is just a small matter. The view of the pool is so stunning. Walking distance to the attraction place. I can smell strongly what a neighbour cooks. They are not the same country as me. So my nose cannot accept the smell. That's the only one I don't like.
