• Abigail (9/5): Great space to spend a weekend in the city. - Great space for what we needed. Had all amenities on offer for it and when we needed them and windows that open fully to allow fresh air through the property over a hot weekend Sometimes the radiators came on after being turned off.
• Boris (9/5): - La localisation ne pouvait pas être mieux, en plein centre juste à côté de piccadilli. Literie confortable pour le lit principal. bien équipé. L'accès était compliqué car nous étions avec un bébé, donc pour accéder à l'appartement avec une poussette (3 étages), donc nous déconseillons pour les familles avec poussette ou pour personne à mobilité réduite, mais pour les autres aucun soucis. L'insonorisation était bonne côté salle à coucher, mais moins côté salon (mais en soit pas très grave).

• Tiger (6/5): Good location, very little privacy. - Central location Loud, there was scaffolding and construction going on in the morning that woke me up. Also made awkward eye contact several times with the workers lol. On the day of checkout, maintenance guy came in an hour earlier than the checkout time, left 1 hour earlier than I planned to. Windows, walls, and ceilings have minimal soundproofing so you can hear the street and your neighbors in pretty grisly detail.

• Alejandro (8/5): Céntrico y cómodo para visitar Londres - La ubicación es muy céntrica. Cercana a zona de Trafalgar Square y Leicester Square. Supermercados muy cercanos y paradas de metro y bus al lado. La atención de Anthony fue muy buena en todo momento. Las instalaciones buenas y cuidadas. Wifi funciona perfectamente. Adecuado para una estancia corta en Londres. El apartamento es cómodo para dos personas. Para cuatro se hace demasiado pequeño. No hay ascensor. La zona es cercana a muchos pubs y zona de marcha. Se nota algo el ruido por la noche aunque no es molesto en general. Baño pequeño.

Apunto de subir y llamar la atencion a ficha vecina, - La cocina y el apartamento en general, ubicacion Lo ruidoso que se eacuchaba la fiesta en el exterior y la vecina del piso de ariiba que no dejaba de dar pasos y mover cosas dursnte toda la noche, supongo que sera debido a algun problema de dicha persona

• Yann (9/5): Parfait en plein milieu du folklore local. - L’emplacement incroyable, nous adorons le quartier de Soho et nous étions en plein dedans.

• Raquel (8/5): Muy bien situados, un poco ruidoso el sábado noche pero muy bien. - Ubicación y el personal. Los colchones un poco incómodos, pero bien. El señor que nos entregaba las llaves no quiso darnos las llaves veinte minutos antes, nos dijo a que volviéramos a la hora de la entrega de llaves.
• Léa (8/5): Très bon emplacement! - L’emplacement, le « grand» salon, la cuisine équipée. L’appartement a répondu à nos exigences de parents d’un bébé de 4 mois :) La communication avec Anthony. Le lit qui grince beaucoup, le chauffe serviettes qui ne marche pas ainsi que les 3 étages sans ascenseur et étroit, pas facile avec une poussette!

• Angelika (9/5): Top Lage und ein sauberes Apartment machen den Aufenthalt in London angenehm. - Die Lage ist top. Das Apartment hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Der Blick in den Hinterhof ist reizend. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Dadurch, dass einige Pubs in der Nähe sind, ist es abends recht lang laut.

• Emilce (10/5): - Moderna, a una cuadra de Piccadilly, colchones cómodos y tenían linda cocina. Anthony muy atento. No es amplio, éramos 4 y entramos justo, igual volvería

Nära till teatrar, shoppinggator och Chinatown. Förvånansvärt tyst trots mycket rörelse/pub på gatan nedanför. Bra sängar och fräscht badrum. Anthony (uthyrare) svarade snabbt på meddelanden/frågor utom just vid incheckningen och var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam Hade lite problem med att hämta ut nycklarna i en affär intill då koden var ogiltig. De i affären var inte alls hjälpsamma och vi fick inte tag i uthyraren förrän efter en timme. Hade önskat att uthyraren var tillgänglig i samband med incheckningstiden. Det blev onödig irritation men när det löst sig var allt perfekt.

• Eleni (6/5): Beautiful apartment in a good location. A lot of things need to improve for a pleasant stay. - The location is central in a very nice area. Close to underground, bus, restaurants and bars. The keys are not outside the property but in a shop 5' away. That could be easily avoided with a lock box. Not very pleasant when one is carriying luggages. Check in was delayed. The appartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift. That should not come as a suprise. It should be communicated clearly in the property description. I was travelling alone with a kid and had to take 2 suitcases up 3 floors by my self. Communication with the property manager was not easy. It took a lot of time to have help for matters like how to make the locked cooktop to work or where is the location of the shop i had to drop off the keys when leaving.

• Manal (4/5): This was disappointing to say the least. - The location is close to many tourist locations and in the theatre district. The name luxury is misleading. This is a standard ikea flat. The apartment appeared clean on first entering but we later found it to be dirty. The sofa bed had so much hair on it and dust particles that I had to vacuum the mattress to apply the bedsheet for my kids to sleep on. There were stains on the bedroom carpet. The smell of weed from the lower floor wafts into the room. We had to open the windows many times to get fresh air. As for the noise from the pub (bar) across the street, that alone should make us give a score of zero. The only way we could sleep was to turn on YouTube videos of white noise and play this for 8 hrs throughout the night to attempt to drown out the noise. I would not stay here again.
