• Andrew (10/5): Very good - recommended - A really nice place to stay in Florence. It is exceptionally quiet for the centre of Florence (with one exception below). Everything was quite good. Key collection is fine, the information website for the apartment is quite useful. I would stay again at a similar price (165euro/night). It's not necessarily a "negative", but guests should be aware that the Duomo (which is very close, visible from the bedroom) first bell rings at 07:00, and will certainly wake you up. On Sunday it's quite regular. Whether you see that as a negative or positive is up to you. As of 17 November 2025 there is construction in a building across the alley, but the noise was minimal during our stay, it doesn't seem like major construction work. I am a light sleeper and quite particular when it comes to noise, and I would still stay here again, definitely, it is very quiet otherwise. There were some other small things (some more shampoo/soap/toilet paper would have been welcome), but nothing at all major, I would stay again, definitely.
• PETER (9/5): Lovely apartment in a perfect location - Lovely apartment in a great location Bit complicated figuring out how to get in when we first arrived. The instructions were fine, just 3 doors and keys took some working out. Did not detract from our stay - lovely apartment would recommend.
• WILLIAM (9/5): We're quite regular visitors to Florence and this accommodation was an excellent base for the week. - The location was excellent - just a few steps from the Duomo and very handy for everything in the historic centre. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The accommodation was comfortable, secure and very quiet (Duomo morning bells served as a good alarm clock). We made good use of the small lift as it was quite a climb to the apartment with luggage. Key collection and drop off was very easy and the hosts were very quick to respond and extremely helpful when any assistance or advice was required. Some of the electrical sockets were just a bit unreliable but this was a minor inconvenience and was easy to work around.

• Lorelei (9/5): Perfect Location in Firenze! - The location was amazing. We were close to so many of the main attractions. The place is cute, well appointed, quiet and clean. The washer/dryer was much appreciated though there were no pods left for the coffee maker. Getting the keys to the place was a difficult and frustrating process (from a key nest). The apartment is located on the third floor so quite a walk but there is a small elevator. The loft is hot to sleep in but we figured out that opening the window would keep it cool. More sheets and blankets would have been appreciated.

• Claudia (8/5): Apartamento acogedor en corazón de Florencia. - Lo mejor que tiene sin lugar a dudas es su ubicación, todo un lujazo salir de la calle y encontrarnos en la piazza del Duomo Más céntrico imposible. La presión del agua era floja, lío con los interruptores de la luz, el microondas tuvimos que cambiarlo de sitio ya que no se podía enchufar. Los productos de acogida o amenities del baño nos parecieron escasos, solo dos botecitos pequeñitos y un pequeño jabón, y dos rollos de papel, al igual que un solo juego de toallas para una semana. El check in , pusimos una hora estimada de llegada, y tuvimos que esperar hasta las tres de la tarde. La mosquitera de la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, habiendo cucarachas en el portón de entrada al edificio.
• Sharon (10/5): - I would highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Florence. Having Marco meet me, show me through & give me tips on restaurants etc was unexpected but very welcome 🙏. The location is superb so close to the Duomo ,dining, walking & to have a view of the Bell Tower from the bedroom window was unsurpassed 🧡. I loved how well equipped the Apartment was from the unique furnishings to the comfort of the bed. The Staff that I dealt with were extremely kind & very helpful. As a solo traveller I felt very safe & comfortable. That I had to leave 😪

• Marqueza Katrina (10/5): Perfect location and amazing hosts! - Marco met us at the door of the apartment building not only to hand over the keys, but also to give us a really thorough introduction to our accommodation—including emergency procedures and amazing restaurant recommendations. The building has a lift so it was really convenient! The apartment is clean and very spacious—it had everything we needed! We didn’t use the kitchen that much but it had cooking equipment, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, and etc. Some nights we had food delivered and the dining table was big enough for me and my partner. We had a beautiful view of the cathedral tower outside our bedroom window and the apartment is located in the heart of Florence—just a few metres away from the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The hosts were all lovely and communication was excellent! They messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we are not having issues and that we are enjoying our stay. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Florence, and we would gladly stay here again if we go back for a visit :) There was a small leak in the bathroom but it was just a very minor inconvenience. We immediately informed the hosts about it and they made sure it didn’t bother us too much during our stay.

• Ashleigh (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a beautiful city - The hosts were incredible and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The apartment was perfect and in a fantastic location. I would definitely book again! Nothing to fault, it was great!
• Carole (7/5): Séjour agréable dans un lieu confortable - La localisation, l'ascenseur, la machine à laver qui était aussi sécheuse, torchon, essuie-tout, dépannage lessive, dépannage gel douche, poivre, ustensiles et matériels pour cuisiner, grande plaque induction, four classique et four micro-ondes, meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires de toilette. Nous avons pu avoir deux trousseaux de clés. Grande réactivité et amabilité du personnel via whatsapp. La salle de bain est dans la chambre donc l'autre personne est dérangée quand on se lève la nuit, chaque fois qu'on utilisait de l'eau (robinet, chasse d'eau) il y avait un bruit assez fort (ballon d'eau dans un placard de la mezzanine dans la chambre), pas de sel, ni café pour dépanner, pas de couverture (mais chauffage d'appoint ou chauffage par la climatisation), ménage approximatif des sols mais parfait pour les sanitaires et la cuisine, pas de support pour poser gel douche et shampooing dans la douche. Il faut aller chercher les clés dans un bar (7 minutes à pied). Pas de balai avec pelle, ni aspirateur (nous n'avons pas pu nettoyer quand nous avons cassé notre poivrier en verre).

• Sanjay (6/5): Good stay but could have been made better - I liked everything about the property and thats what i will talk about in this section. What i dint like will be in the next section. And it will be more of a suggestion to the owner and also the visitors to be aware of things which if I were made aware of I would have discussed with the owner and travelled accordingly. Some experiences were disappointing and I hope one should discuss with the owners and get it sorted before traveling. Now let’s come to the good part. The facility is super beautiful, equipped with all facilities including a washing machine required for long stays. The view of the duomo from the room is worth it in the morning. It has a loft so you can come with family and two people can sleep in the loft. It involves climbing a steel ladder n not stairs. Do mind that. The bathroom is well equipped and big. The kitchen and dining is spacious for cooking. It has a very cosy drawing room also. Overall a cosy comfortable apartment. It 1 min walk away from duomo, supermarket, restaurant, museums,10 mins walk to ponte vechio and all shopping stores are 5 mins aways. Perfect location to stay Now lets come to the tough part which all visitors should be aware off. The key to the apartment is to be collected from a different location. Since the same is not in the same place you have two options. Drag all your luggage through the city and get your key which is quite cumbersome or leave all the luggage with your loved one to guard on the open street and walk all the way to get it. I did the later and it was really worrisome on the first day when u land in florence. To be honest I was super super irritated and really felt that it should have been mentioned that key collection was so far away. Approx ten mins walk one way and 10 mins coming. However they acknowledged their mistake and said they should have mentioned it clearly and also should arrange for a closer key pick up. I suggest when any one of u are coming just call them and tell them to deliver the keys to save any harassment. Secondly some of the equipments were spoiled and when I complained they said it cant be changed. Imagine cant boil water in winter times. It was very difficult to manage. However it is what it is. Since the same is on third floor sometimes the lift doesn’t work. So if you are elderly do plan accordingly to walk or carry things up and down the stairs. The owner of the apartment doesn’t take any responsibility for that also. Other than that it’s a perfect place to stay. Wish I could have got s review like this before coming.
• Frank Desmond (10/5): Quieto,comodo y central: una combinación inmejorable. - La ubicación es inmejorable dentro de una finca muy local y muy quieta con luz. El piso esta en buen estado y da la sensación de vivir en Florencia. <3 Solo una vez durante 3 días oimos a un vecino y solo un par de segundos. Es solo pocos pasos de la piazza del duomo y con muchos osterias y traterias encantandos muy muy cerca. Elijo este lugar en el futuro seguro! Nada.
• Irina (9/5): Не смотря на некоторые недостатки, квартиру можем рекомендовать для проживания. - Отличное расположение, в самом центре, до вокзала-10 минут, Дуомо в одной минуте ходьбы, все достопримечательности рядом. Ночью очень тихо, т.к окна выходят во внутренний двор. Утром в 7.00 будит приятный перезвон колоколов на башне собора. В квартире все есть для комфортного проживания. Хотя в квартире есть хорошая кофемашина, капсулы для гостей не предусмотрены. Будьте готовы с дороги идти в магазин за капсулами, чаем и сахаром! Хозяева видимо экономные люди, на 4 ночи предоставили по одному комплекту полотенец- банное и для рук.

• William (7/5): Great location. Some More Attention to Detail Required - Location of apartment was excellent and it was very central and even though, there was little noise from outside. Managing company were very responsive to questions/problems. The property is an old building and we experienced some issues which require a bit more attention to detail. Not all appliances fit into the electrical sockets - numerous adapters were provided but did not work. Minor issues such as no batteries in TV remote and dud batteries in air con remote on arrival were resolved. Experienced an issue with ants and we were provided with an aerosol fly killer.

Within short walking distance of so many amazing restaurants, bars and shopping options. The apartment is super cool and has everything you need for your stay. Our host was wonderful in communicating at all times and was so friendly - thank you.

• Ranyue (2/5): Terrible - excellent location and exquisite decoration Most are good. But!!! The sanitary conditions worry me!!! I paid a cleaning fee of 100 euros, which obviously deserves a clean and tidy living environment. In fact, before I left, I accidentally found a fitted sheet with menstrual blood under the clean white sheets. It was so infuriating that I slept unknowingly in a bloody bed for two nights. This is not only far from worth the cleaning fee of 100 euros, but also has a high security risk. This is irresponsible to the guests. And now I'm waiting for the results of the investigation. I hope to receive the reply as soon as the survey results are available, no matter what the survey results are. I hope the apartment can show the level of management it should have, including efficiency and quality.
• önder (10/5): muhteşem konum - ev tarihi bir binada. konumu muhteşem. odanın penceresinden duomo'nun çan kulesini görebiliyorsunuz. yüksek tavanlı ve ferah bir ev. binanın hemen yanında eataly ve carrefour var. çok merkezi olmasına rağmen çok sessiz bir ev. ev sahibi çok ilgili. mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. ev çok temiz. banyo malzemeleri yeterli. floransaya bir daha gidersem tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir ev. asansör biraz küçük. 2 kişi 2 kabin boy valiz ile ancak sığabiliyor. ama böyle tarihi bir binaya mecburen asansör sonradan eklendiğinden bu gayet normal :)
• Pablo (10/5): La mejor localización de Florencia - La decoración y las instalaciones a usar ( tenía todo lo necesario). Servicio de atención al cliente y la localización es perfecta. Nos gustó todo. Aún así, puede ser un dato a tener en cuenta que las campanas de la catedral tocan varias veces entre las 7 y 8 de la mañana. Es normal que se oigan tanto dada la magnífica localización, pero algo en lo que pensar si viajas con niños, por ejemplo.

The host, Marco, was very friendly and helpful, and had good tips for local food and gelato. The apartment was super clean and well decorated. Highly recommended! The elevator in the building is very small and not suitable for claustrophobics.

Super central in Firenze, close to shops like Carrefour and Eataly , and 50 yards from park to go. Its a beautiful quiet design apartment on the top-floor with airco and lift/elevator and with a complete kitchen. Thank you Michael for the extensive instructions. -

• christie (10/5): Wonderful stay, excellent location and warm staff - Excellent location and super staff who really take the clients to the heart. Was greeted by Marco upon check in and he shared a lot of local insights and restaurants. Room is spacious and stylish , good amenity too , can’t recommend more If I have to be picky , the AC is directly blowing at the beds on it low beam on top. It can be slightly uncomfortable for some .
