• Freddy Alejandro (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole, ottima posizione e appartamento completo di tutti i comfort. Tornerei volentieri. - Ottima posizione, perfetta per visitare Roma e spostarsi facilmente verso il Vaticano, il centro e i mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento era spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari: lavatrice, cucina attrezzata con pentole e piatti, frigorifero, Internet e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e pratico. Ho apprezzato anche la vicinanza di un deposito bagagli molto utile dopo il check-out. Gli arredamenti non erano particolarmente moderni, ma comunque funzionali e ben tenuti. Unico piccolo limite la presenza di un solo bagno per tre camere, anche se tutto sommato gestibile.
• Tibor (4/5): - Pri objednaní bola podmienka platba len v hotovosti ( forms of payment: Cash only ) a check in na mieste v apartmáne pri príchode, čo som bez problémov akceptoval. V skutočnosti po objednaní ubytovateľ požadoval platbu vopred bankovým prevodom a self check in cez https://guest.vikey.it/checkin/LHKPDLTI. Požiadal som na mieste ubytovania Borgo Vittorio 91 políciu o asistenciu pri ubytovaní, policajt komunikoval s ubytovateľom ( Consuelo ) situáciu s check in a vyhľadala môj apartmán a odovzdala kľúč od izby. Bola to pre mňa nová a stresujúca situácia a veľmi negatívna skúsenosť.

• Ivan (7/5): Odporúčam zainvestovať do nových okien - Apartman je veľký, čistý, priestranný, pre nás piatich fajn. Výborna poloha ako východzí bod. Káva, uteráky, čistiace prostriedky k dispozícii. Tradičný taliansky obytný dom s átriom, ale ... Ak rado spíte určite nie. Staré okná, ktoré nič neizolujú (máte pocit,že ste v stane, z ulice počuť všetko, aj to čo nechcete😀). Vo vedľajšom vchode je reštauracia. Ak by boli okná OK nebol by problém. Keby som mal náradie a blízko remeselný obchod opravil by som ich, tak ako anténny kábel k TV a tesnenie v sprche. Tiež viem ako by som zmenil systém ohrevu vody. Na okolitych bytoch som videl, že majú okná vymenené, takže treba čo najskôr zainvestovať a zlé hodnotenia zmiznú. Pre nás 5 boli 2 hrnce málo. Madrace pre mňa mäkké, ale iní majú radi (neberiem ako mínus).

• Ylli (8/5): - The location is really good! Public transportation is near the apartment, there are lots of stores near, and the vatican is just a few minutes walk. The apartment had a nice vintage vibe. The host is quite polite and very responsive. I feel like it deserved a bit more love. The kitchen might need upgrading, and more facilities in the bathroom such as a bigger bin, shampoos and stuff. But these are just small details, for us, since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, it was good.
• Tomáš (8/5): - Veľmi dobrá lokalita v blízkosti Vatikánu. Veľký apartmán vhodný aj pre dva samostatné páry. Môže Vás prekvapiť hluk z ulice. Je to celkom typické pre staršie stavenia v Taliansku kde je veľmi slabá akustická izolácia.

• Hivuk (8/5): - Расположение прекрасное, до Ватикана 10 минут пешком. Вокруг много разных кафе. Шумоизоляция плохая, в окно вставлена труба от вентилятора, слышно все, что на улице происходит. Это большой минус с маленьким ребенком.

La proprietaria non ha avuto dei modi gentili ed ha creato situazioni di confusione sulla prenotazione in quanto non visualizza i messaggi su whatsapp, inoltre chiede anche il pagamento tramite bonifico, informazione non scritta durante la prenotazione.
• Mikhail (8/5): - Квартира соответствует фото. По квартире нет претензий. В квартире стояла нерабочая, сломанная стиральная машина. Так же в ванной забита система канализации от раковины. Менеджер, которая с нами общалась была груба. Из-за ее действий мы переплатили 20евро. Она указала вид оплаты за жилье банковским переводом. И заставила оплатить комиссию ее банка нам. Хотя могла уменьшить наши расходы (что и сделала потом) выставив расчет по системе быстрых платежей. Так же оказалось, что окна не позволяют защититься от шума с улицы.
• Aleksandra (7/5): Bardzo blisko bazyliki, uwaga na dodatkowe opłaty - Lokalizacja obiektu jest rewelacyjna. 300m do bazyliki sw Piotra Booking w cenie ujął podatek miejski. W dzień zameldowania otrzymałam od gospodyni informację o konieczności opłaty podatku turystycznego. Zorientowałam się, że to dokładnie ta sama kwota, która była już ujęta w cenie mieszkania i którą już opłaciłam. To nie była mała kwota, bo 96€ (8 osób x 2 noclegi x 6€). Na moją wiadomość, że wydaje mi się, że już opłaciłam tą opłatę w cenie mieszkania otrzymałam jedynie odpowiedź „ok”. Poczułam się, jakbym miała zostać oszukana. Dodatkowo pierwszy raz spotkałam się z koniecznością zapłaty za pobyt przelewem, ale dzwoniłam do booking i potwierdzono, że jest to możliwe.

• Andrew (8/5): Large apartment easily accommodated 7. - Very large apartment located in a quiet area but close to St Peter’s Basillica. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions and the check in process was easy. There were AC units in the two bedrooms. The room with the pull out couch did not have AC but did have two small fans. Additionally, the glass shower door was difficult to open and close and the shower drained slowly. I contacted the property manager to let her know.

• Donna (7/5): We had a lovely stay expect we feel cold during the night and ealy morning. - It’s clean and big and very close to St Peter square. The temperature inside the house is quite cold during the night and early morning specially we have elderly. We ask the owner to do something about it and she explain that the timing of heater is between 1:30-3:30pm and 6:30pm-9:30pm.I was saying the timing is not suitable for tourist like us coz obviously we’re out the whole day and back late.
• Ann (9/5): Superb - Location is superb very walkable to Vatican which is very convenient and place is very spacious. Kitchen well-equipped with kettle, oven, coffee maker, and ref, also stove. There is hairblower and heater. Host is accommodating. Instruction to accommodation could have been provided before 4pm atleast 30mins to 10mins before the time. It seemed very scammy for the little delay. Floorings are too cold. Slippers would be much appreciated. Heater in one room is not working. Everything else is great.
• Paul (9/5): Fantastic Location and Spacious Apartment - Location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican museums. Also convenient for the airport shuttle - about 8-10 minutes walk and local buses. Taxi rank is also handy. Plenty of restaurants and shops around, lots going on. Apartment is really spacious, beds are very comfortable - must have been upgraded since previous reviews, also there were toiletries provided. First floor with elevator. Only suggestion would be the addition of a toaster and tissues would be handy. Nothing, all good - we enjoyed our stay in Rome
• Łukasz (9/5): Overall very good apartment and location is fantastic. - Fantastic location. Practically in Vatican. Many restaurants around, good for walks to other parts of the city. Metro is also quite near. Place was nice and had all that was needed. Staff was responsive and quick to help (although we never saw them in person). Place is very clean and tidy, had all the toiletries, towels and sheets. Kitchen was fully equipped (although quite basic). Very good location (very close to Vatican) All the street noises and people's conversations on the street below are very audible in the apartment. For me it was fine but my mom had some trouble sleeping. On the other hand that's an issue with every single place in Italy I've been to (and I've been all over Italy many many times), so it's something you need to accept. Unless you choose the hotel. Coffe pot needs replacing as the rubber seal is old & broken.

• Grace (2/5): Most horrible host in Rome - Cleanliness, apartment size , and location. PLENTY! WiFi is horribly slow, tv had no working channels, The Shower was not warm, it flickered from too hot to ice cold. We have never in our life been treated with this amount of bad customer service. We literally had to cancel a Vatican tour because the pathetic host did not allow us in 15 minutes early to drop our bags off, even though the house keeper said that the unit was ready. He even had the audacity to reprimand us for inconveniencing him by not having cash ready on check in, when a simple warning beforehand so we could be prepared would have been fine. He treated my wife with utter disrespect and I would ask for a refund if I even thought the host cared. Rather stay away from this listing -Mark Venter (husband)
• Leslie (10/5): Exceptional - Can't beat the location! A quick 5-minute walk, and you're standing in St. Peter's Basillica. A two-minute walk puts you in front of very quaint neighborhood restaurants where they're eager to serve you homemade food at a slower pace. The unit itself is beautiful! Two bedrooms with queen beds + room AC and storage. One even has a portable crib! The living room has a sleeper sofa, which, according to our son, was very comfy. A full kitchen with all you need to cook a meal, except the food, plus a nice bathroom with a bidet. Bring your toiletries for a relaxing shower! Quiet neighborhood and condo tower with observed quiet hours from 11-8 AM. We fell in love with Rome and this cute little place 😍 Nothing! We liked it all!
• Alexander_skorobogatko (5/5): acceptable location and property but non-client friendly host. - WFI was extremely slow, the bed creaked. The freezer was full of ice so I had to defrost it. The host was very unfriendly and not helpful in resolving our additional needs but bombarding me with explanations why not. no extra pillows, nor bedsheets, nor blankets. the apartment was clod, no heater available.
• Juanmfernandes (7/5): Large apartment in good location, uncomfortable beds - Overall, the apartment was nice, large and well-located. Consuelo, the host, was very nice and allowed us to drop our luggage before check in on the first day and also on the last day, after check-out, which was very nice from her. The beds were really very uncomforable. We all woke up to back and neck pain after sleeping in them. The sofa-bed was extremely uncomfortable, we had to remove the mattress and put it on the floor, which wasn't at all comfortable. One of the queen-sized beds was also uncomfortable because it was sunken in the center. Also, the apartment was located on the first floor of the building and facing the street, so the noises from the street were quite disturbing from an early hour.

• Kan (7/5): Good - Good location. Newly decorated. The apartment is newly decorated, but several electrical appliances requires consideration for ease use for customers. The ventilation fan is non-functional due to unfinished installation, the oven lacks clear button instructions, and operating the bath boiler is complex, making hot baths unpredictable (the owner instructed me via WhatsApp When I had only cold water available for bathing). Additionally, heating is only available twice a day (timed from 11:30 to 14:30, and 18:30 to 20:30) during winter, this limitation should be previously provided (even though it's due to the war in Ukraine).

• Kumar (7/5): Good...can be better. - 1. The apartment is really big and spacious - very comfortable for a family of 4 people or two couples. 2. The whole apartment was clean. 3. The location was good because it was walking distance to shuttle bus from the airport, supermarket, restaurants, and Vatican City! 1. Check-in 4:00pm and check-out 10:30am; times are inconvenient. 2. Unfriendly experience with property owner: we arrived at 3:45 pm just outside the apartment, the main entrance to the property was open and it was raining heavily outside, we were with our luggage so we stepped in the lobby for shelter (not inside apartment). The property owner asked us to step out saying it is private property, and we are not allowed to go in. Only at 4:00 pm we can go in. This was insane. 3. No amenities provided in the washroom: no bodywash, no shampoo. Just handwash.
• Abraham (1/5): Do not rent this place specially, in the summer if you don’t want to get baked up over the heat - The sheet were dirty in one of the bedroom.  Air-conditioning barely walking. You have to leave the window open. Very minimal appliances or there is not enough kitchen supply. The host is very rude unprofessional when I tried to talk to him about the air conditioning instead of addressing the issue he attacks to me plus I ask for a refund And he denied everything. I asked for an extra key he didn’t want to give it to me.  I will not stay in this place I’ll suggest everybody to stay there. The electricity went off in the middle of the night because they switch bugs keep shutting off.  I will give it one star. Nothing
• Yana (8/5): Great location - The property is super spacious, great location (all you need is near: several shops, metro station, Vatican, restaurants etc.). Kitchen is equipped and communication with owner is on top level. It’s very noisy, so do not forget earplugs. As well shower needs a renovation a bit.
• Emilia (10/5): PERFECT - It was the perfect stay, we booked this apartment at the last minute and it was better than we imagined. We went to Rome to celebrate my grandmother's birthday, so we looked for a comfortable and pleasant place. The apartment is super big, the beds super comfortable and big, we like having the dining room, the television and the kitchen that is super big and has all the utensils. Another important thing is that the apartment was super clean and there were many supermarkets around if you needed anything. Definitely the next time we go to Rome we will stay there again. We already recommend this flat to our friends and family who go next month. Everything was perfect 100/10

• Lisa (9/5): Great location, clean & safe area. - Amazing location walking distance to the Vatican, a castle & tons of great restaurants & gelato shops everywhere! We loved staying where the locals are vs. a hotel. The apartment doesn’t supply soap, shampoo or conditioner as an Air B&B does, so be sure to pack your own. Cold water to drink upon arrival would also have been nice after an international flight. But, the apartment was very nice & comfortable.

• Emil (8/5): Very good - Very big apartment. Enough space for 5-6 people. Very good location- walking distance from Vatican and Saint Angel castle. Close to the bus stops. Nice restaurants nearby. Close to the grocery shop. Windows do not isolate from the noise and cold therefore it was quite noisy in the night and cold iduring Easter time heating was already off however nights and mornings were still very cool). Chairs at the table are very uncomfortable. More kitchen equipment would be nice ( we need to use dishwasher after each meal although it was almost empty). No mugs in the kitchen.

• Mārtiņš (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, Vatican attractions right at your fingertips. Area of living space, lots of room. Communication with the representative was very good. Always available. Everything you need in the kitchen. A large refrigerator. Good WiFi. The cleanliness in the apartment could have been better. The outer door of the building was left open several times, people do not check to see if the door closes completely when going in/out. If people have a deep sleep, then it is good, because soundproofing is weak.
