- Erwan Guiomar (8/5): - Très bon emplacement, proche du métro et des trains pour Gatwick, le centre de la city n'est pas loin à pied non plus. Beaucoup de bus à proximité. Chambre spacieuse et très fonctionnelle, avec petite cuisine bien équipée. Rue et quartier très calme. Personne a l'accueil H24 pour arriver a n'importe quelle heure et possibilité de laisser des valises avant / après avoir la chambre. Léger bruit de ventilation. Pas de supermarché à proximité (15min pied au plus proche).

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung für den Preis mittelmäßig. Der Balkon war abgeschlossen, aber wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Blick. Das Bett war ein Klappbett- da hätten wir für den Preis ein vernünftigeres, gemütlicheres erwartet

- Gerri Aut4 (4/5): Für diesen Preis war die Unterkunft unter jeder Kritik - Die Rezeption war zwar besetzt aber wir mussten lange warten bis jemand gekommen ist und dann hat es auch noch eine Zeit lang gedauert bis wir die Zutrittskarten ausgehändigt bekommen haben. Das Appartement war nicht das wie es sich auf Booking.com in den Beschreibungen und auf Bildern darstellt. Der Boden war beschädigt, das Bett bog sich durch, das Küchenabteil war nicht sauber da lagen überall Brotreste rum, das Besteck war nicht sauber! Ich war das erste mal in London und weiß nicht was so Unterkünfte kosten aber ich denke für 510-GBP= 620 Euro nach den damals geltenden Kurs war das für diese Leistung voll überzogen, obwohl London nicht billig ist.

Aunque procuramos ensuciar lo mínimo posible no había nada más que una esponja y fairy para limpiar vajilla,. Ni un simple rollo de papel de cocina .Toallas 2 grandes y una pequeña la cual usamos de alfombrilla. Se podría pedir que incluyan maquina de café .

- Catherine (5/5): Student accommodation - Wi-Fi was good. Location good. It should be clear in the listing that this is student accommodation. And that ID is required on check in for some reason. It’s not particularly clean and the sofa bed was very spongy and worn. No tv. No coffee provided but there was towels and shampoo. Shower was powerful and hot but mouldy. No toilet paper provided so had to use kitchen roll. Very hot room as well but fan provided. Window blinds didn’t work and the curtains were thin and didn’t close properly so neighbours got a good view! The flooring was coming up around the desk area.
- Hannah (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great and Ismael on the front desk was really helpful. Lovely man, showed us to our room and how everything worked etc. He really was great. The room really wasn’t anything like the pictures. It was really run down and the bed was really uncomfortable.
