The staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The food is excellent and the facilities include a first rate wellness centre. We could not fault our stay at Hotel Charlotte.

Welness Bereich des Hotels lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Personal sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett! Essen war jeden Tag super lecker! Alles nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder. Zwar konnte man im Ruheraum entspannen, jedoch wurde die Sauna nur nachmittags angemacht.

Zum Abendessen drei Gerichte zur Auswahl, inkl. Vor- und Nachspeise und einem frischen Salatbuffet - jeden Abend sehr lecker! Sehr saubere Zimmer, super Wellnessbereich aus Pool, verschiedenen Saunen und Salzhüttl. Viele nette Kleinigkeiten: handgeschriebene Namensschilder auf dem Tisch, jeden Morgen eine "Tageszeitung" vom Hotel (mit Wetterbericht, Ausflugszielen, Wanderrouten und der Menü Auswahl für das Abendessen), etc. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende und Inhaber. Tolle Atmosphäre, auch abends an der Theke! --

Der Fußboden in unserer Duschkabine wird extrem rutschig, wenn er nass wird. Der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer war für mich als Allergiker weniger gut.

Der Fitnessbereich ist mit allem ausgestattet von Laufband, Fitnessgeräte für Kraftsport, Hanteln, Kettleballs bis Yogamatten und Fitnessbänder. Der Saunabereich umfasst verschiedene Saunen und einen Ruheraum mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Unser Apartment hatte einen Küchenbereich mit guter und vielfältiger Ausstattung sowie große Balkone.

• Anja (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt super ruhig aber dennoch sehr zentral. Wir wurden superlieb empfangen und haben ein mega Zimmer Upgrade erhalten. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der Kellner wusste bereits nach einem Tag was wir morgens trinken. Das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen, insgesamt 4 Gänge auf hohem Niveau. Auch hier war der Service wirklich bemerkenswert. Man muss dazu sagen, wir waren in einem 3 Sterne Superior Hotel, aber Service war besser als in manch anderem 5 Sterne hotel. Wellnessbereich und und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder waren super. Die angebotene Alpaka Tour kann man nur empfehlen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Auch der Fitnessraum, der Spieleraum und der Pool waren super. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Angeboten des Hotels, die zusätzlich, teilweise gegen Entgelt, genutzt werden können. Man spürt das Herzblut der Familie für ihr Hotel. Alles waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gingen auch auf spezielle Wünsche ein. Wir fanden es zauberhaft und kommen gern wieder. Da fällt mir nichts ein.

• Susan (9/5): Highly recommended - Family run hotel and apartments. Very friendly staff. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Lovely views (first floor). One family member stayed half board at the hotel for a week and said the food and service was excellent. There is attention to detail like providing bath robes and extra towels for the wellness area, a bread roll service, and a room to keep skis/bikes/e-bike batteries. The location is quiet but within walking distance of the village centre and the ski slopes. We enjoyed using the swimming pool (open until 19.30) and the games room.
• Erik (10/5): Exceptional - We had a half-board booking which we highly recommend as the food was exquisite and varied over the week we stayed there. You don't really have much energy left to prepare your own meals after a whole day of skiing. So, the dinner offering of salad bar, warming soups, refined main course and those famed Austrian desserts were an absolute treat. Based on the quality of the food (including a great selection for breakfast), I would say that the overall value for money of the food is outstanding. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and we built a lovely report with everyone over the week. Our superior double room was spacious and in excellent condition. The bathroom was very modern, clean and had a great shower. The hotel is situated a short walk (albeit uphill) to the bottom of the Rosshutte bergbahnen talstation in a quiet area of Seefeld. The games room, conveniently in the basement where our loud teens could be as loud as they wanted to be without disturbing anyone (!) was a great way for our family to spend further quality time together in the evenings; playing tournaments of ping pong, billiards, table football, etc. As if this was not enough, the hotel's spa is an excellent serene space to unwind and heal the body and mind after a long day on the slopes.

• Elica (10/5): A lovely family winter & ski vacation - The hotel, the amenities and especially the cuisine corresponds to a 4 star standard. Built in the typical Tyrolean wooden style, the atmosphere is quite charming and welcoming. The staff is really polite and helpful. Our 2 year old son was roaming around the whole time at dining times, peeking here and there where he should not be, and everyone from the staff has been very patient and kind to him and us. Highly recommend to dine at the restaurant of the hotel - the food is amazing! I loved the mini "newspaper/leaflet" left every morning on each table which had obviously been prepared and printed especially for each day. It contained the weather forecast, the menu for the evening and ideas what to do and see in the area on this specific day, events you could attend which were happening on the day. It was really lovely and informative, I have never seen anything like this before. The SPA is nice and cozy, however we did not use it as we were with children and the lounge/sauna area is forbidden for under 15 years of age. The hotel has an entertainment area in the basement with pool table, table tennis, darts, baby foot and a room with toys for the smaller kids, which we used every evening before dinner. We signed up our 11 old son (medium advanced at ski) at Alpinpower Seefeld ski school which has a gathering point in a walking distance from the hotel. He really loved it. He enjoyed every single day of the school and all the teachers and is now begging us to go there again. We stayed at the hotel around and on Christmas and received as a compliment a large tray of tasty Christmas cookies and a couple of goodie baggies for our kids, which was very kind. On Christmas eve there was also live Christmas music in the reception area, which we enjoyed. The water of the pool was a bit cold, especially for a small child, so we could not really benefit from this feature if the hotel. The flooring in the studio/rooms is carpet which is not very hygienic in my view and a bit outdated.

• Charlotte (6/5): Comfortable and good location - The area is beautiful and the hotel is a nice traditional style. I really liked the studio layout of the room, it was quiet at night, all clean and comfortable, nice little play area outside. It didn't compare so favourably with other similar places we stayed in Austria. It was not so friendly as others, on check in they didn't automatically give us the welcome card or point out where the children's facilities were. You have to pay for the games room facilities and the swimming pool was chillier than others. Breakfast was buffet only and food was just fine. I expected more for 700 euros really. What upset me was that we had to leave early because of a family emergency and they were only willing to move the dates by 14 days which seemed very insensitive given that there is only one way a brain tumour is resolved in 14 days and it's not one where you'd be going on holiday.

In addition, the wellness and spa area were fabulous. we were there every afternoon. The hotel manager was also friendly and we received home made biscuits on Christmas Day. just wonderful.

The rooms are very comfortable, so was the bed, and you will find everything you would need (hairdryer, sewing kit, little fridge). The house is in a typical Tirol style decorated with lots of colour full, warm rugs and flowers and selected furniture, which might have been in the family for centuries. Everyone is very professional but also warm and friendly always willing to help. Starting the day with a good selection of continental food at the breakfast buffet, a walk with the Alpakas 👏🙂you then can spend time at the inside pool or sauna for relaxation and finish the day at the lovely, little bar sharing your experience with co travelers. You can walk into the centre within a few minutes. Car park is opposite the hotel and entry to a little, save playground and to the hotel garden. The hotel offers the service of a washing mashine and tumble dryer (coins for payment needed) and inside play areas.
• Roei (5/5): good price, but can be better - the staff was fairly nice, the location was very good and close to town but outside of it. the apartment is very old and not clean, there is almost no parking available which is a big issue. no in apartment washing machine which makes life very hard for long term stay.
