• Davide (9/5): - L'appartamento è molto carino e comodo. In zona centralissima. Mi sarei aspettato di trovare un Sapone in più (per tre persone era troppo poco) e magari una/due bottiglie d'acqua di benvenuto.
• Gábor (10/5): - Rendkívül jó helyen van a történelmi belvárosban, gyalog minden elérhető távolságban. Pepe a házigazda, nagyon segítőkész volt, akivel WhatsAppon kommunikáltunk. Esetleg lehetne több polc a fürdőszobában, de ez csak minimális kritika.

Comfortable beds The host Pepe communicated well offering help though we didn’t need any as initial access to the property was well explained and achieved (at 1am in the morning due to our late flight) Bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh

• Sabrina (8/5): - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Trotz der lebhaften Umgebung ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, aber es wäre schön, wenn im Badezimmer ein kleines Regal als Ablage vorhanden wäre, da es derzeit keine Möglichkeit gibt, persönliche Gegenstände abzustellen. Außerdem sind in einem der Schlafzimmer die Deckenschalusien defekt und lassen sich nicht schließen. Für lichtempfindliche Personen kann das etwas problematisch sein.

• Andrea (9/5): Casa accogliente, pulita e in un'ottima posizione - Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita. La posizione è ottima, nel pieno centro di Malaga. I letti erano comodi, la cucina e il bagno forniti dell'essenziale. La casa si presenta come da foto. Le indicazioni date da Pepe erano chiare e si è reso disponibile per ogni dubbio o problema, anche se non è stato necessario. Se tornassi a Malaga valuterei sicuramente di alloggiare ancora qui. L'unico difetto è che, essendo all'ultimo piano le finestre sono sul soffitto e abbastanza piccole e scomode. Per il resto alloggio eccellente.

• Liviu (9/5): - Amplasarea super centrală a apartamentului, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie, de terase, de catedrală, de port. Comunicarea foarte bună cu gazda (reprezentată de Pepe) a fost ok ( apartamentul este închiriat de o firmă). Mi-a plăcut faptul că nu solicită o sumă de bani atunci când efectuezi un late check-in ( față de multe gazde din Malaga, care solicită după părerea mea, nejustificat, între 20 și 50 euro, în funcție de ora la care faci check-in, pentru a-ți aduce personal cheia de intrare in apartament). De asemenea, un lucru bun, nu solicită garanție la închirierea apartamentului ( unele cazări solicită în avans, 150-250 euro garanție). Totul a decurs exact cum trebuie, au furnizat un cod pe telefon, cu ajutorul căruia am intrat în scara blocului, și alt cod pentru keybox, de unde am preluat cheile pentru intrarea în apartament. Apă caldă în permanență. Bucătărie utilată, frigider de dimensiuni mari, cuptor cu microunde. Aveau în bucătărie un coș cu plicuri de sare, piper, câteva cutiuțe cu ulei de măsline și câteva brioșe mici. Au pus la dispoziție un borcan de cafea și o cană fierbător, saci de gunoi. Are plită electrică. Per total, cazarea ok. Punctul forte al apartamentului este poziționarea. Aș fi vrut să pună la dispoziție mai multe articole de toaletă ( gel de duș, săpun, hârtie igienică). Noi am fost 4 persoane și am avut doar două săpunuri mici tipic pentru hoteluri, 3 pliculețe mici cu gel de duș și două sau trei de șampon, precum și 3 bucăți de hârtie igienică de calitate slabă la un sejur de 6 nopți ( insuficient pentru 4 persoane), fapt pentru care am cumpărat de la supermarket pentru a ne fi de ajuns. Prosoapele, de culoare albă, un pic pătate, probabil de la folosirea de către cei care au închiriat anterior apartamentul a uleiurilor de plajă, pete care nu s-au curățat la spălat ( după părerea mea ar trebui înlocuite). Un lucru care nu mi-a plăcut este că ești obligat să duci gunoiul la una din ghenele de gunoi din oraș, nefiind îndrumați de gazdă unde să depozităm gunoiul. În apropiere există doar coșuri mici de gunoi puse la dispoziție de primărie și unde nu poți arunca gunoiul menajer. La locație ( în scara blocului de apartamente, sau în apropiere) nu există nici o pubelă dedicată colectării gunoiului menajer de cei ce închiriază apartamentul, și nici publică. Un plus de confort l-ar reprezenta punerea la dispoziție a unei pubele de gunoi dedicată clienților în scara comună de apartamente.
• Annika (7/5): Günstige zentrale Unterkunft mit einfacher Ausstattung - Super Lage mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir die Schlüsselbox zunächst nicht, da wir sie unten im Eingang/draußen suchten. Man findet sie allerdings im oberen Stockwerk an der Eingangstür zum Apartment. Das Apartment ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was bei dem Preis aber ok ist. Die Schlafzimmer befanden sich im Dachgeschoss ohne Fenster, sodass es leider recht stickig war. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein.

• Francisca (4/5): DESCEPCIONANTE - Ubicación Hicimos el checkin 4 personas pero solo teníamos 3 juegos de toallas . Y una de las camas solo tenía sábanas ( dentro de lo malo menos mal que las tenía) . Llegamos a las 22:30h del viernes .Mandamos un msn a la agencia y la respuesta fue un msn automatizado , facilitándonos los tlf. de lunes a sábado. El sábado solo había una persona encargada por la tarde . Así que nos apañamos como pudimos . Además solo nos facilitaron 3 sobrecitos de gel , rollo y medio de papel higiénico y 3 cápsulas de café ( todo ello para 4 personas y 2 noches de estancia . Bastante " cutre " la verdad ) 6 días después nadie se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros

• María Luisa (7/5): Poco profesionales, aunque la ubicación es muy buena - Ubicación perfecta. Bastante limpio. El baño tenía un armario de pared roto, sin puerta dentro de la ducha que daba aspecto de sucio. El Wifi no funcionaba. Lo notifiqué, pero nadie se puso en contacto conmigo. Me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que me pusiera yo en contacto con otras personas. No me parece profesional. Finalmente, te exigen en el checkout que saques la basura del apartamento bajo amenaza de recargo de 50€, indicando que lo dejes en los contenedores de la calle. En la calle solo hay papeleras por lo que al estar llenas no cabe y tienes que dejarla al lado. Me parece una vergüenza.
• Bera (8/5): Locatie in casa istorica, frumos amenajata - Locatie amplasata in centrul istoric, pe o strada cu multe restaurante, foarte aproape de principalele obiective: Catedrala 1 minut, Alcazaba 3-4 minute, Plaza de Constitution 1 minut. Nu este departe de plaja Malaqueta. Apartament curat, foarte bine izolat de zgomotele strazii. Foarte multe restaurante in jur. Supermarket in apropiere. Ne-au fost foarte utile umbrelele pentru plaja. Am apreciat : pastilele de cafea, pliculetele de zahar, buretele de vase nou, nefolosit. Foarte usor de ajuns de la aeroport cu autobuzul A + 5 minute de mers pe jos. Ar fi fost binevenit un sapun lichid la baie. Internetul nu a functionat cu parola de pe router si nu am putut lua legatura cu niciun nr de telefon din rezervare. Am folosit datele mobile proprii. In dormitorul mic nu exista niciun suport/raft pentru a depozita hainele.
• Eriksson (8/5): Bra läge, bra lägenhet, men varm. - Väldigt bra läge, fint och bra sängar Det stod i beskrivningen luftkonditionera men det kunde inte riktigt kännas. Vi svettades jämt när vi var i och utanför lägenheten. Hissen up till lägenheten var också väldigt lite och kändes inte som den säkraste.

• Beverley (3/5): Beautiful location. Different agents working at different times/different days. 2 indoor cameras. - The location is extremely good. The double balcony doors were wonderful providing access to viewing the street - very lovely indeed. The living area is as the photos - very nice. It would have been even better to have been informed that there is a camera in the living room. There needs to be pre notification that bluetooth is needed to access the street door. We could not get in - no one responded to our phone calls or texts. Lack of communication between agents throughout our stay. No handbook to explain anything whatsoever. So no info on the flat itself, fire exits, Drs. emergency services etc, local area. We could not work the hob nor did anyone answer our query. Wifi did not work - 2nd day we had to locate the fuse box. No natural light in either bedroom - total darkness upstairs- sky light with blind - closed/no remote control. Totally concerned when 2 camera's were discovered on living room wall and top of the stairs [indoors]. 2 dining room chairs have a broken leg each. This has been indicated in a previous older post. No cloth to dry dishes so we couldn't put them away. Dirty skylight blind in the bathroom.

• Sheraz (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice and clean apartment. The location was right in the heart of the action tucked away in a small alleyway, with restaurants and bars at your doorstep. Great if that's where you want to be. But if you don't want to walk a few mins at the end of your night from the main road, then maybe a problem. We enjoyed the location as it had great lights in the evening to enjoy the walk. Kitchen facilities were awesome even though we didn't cook and had great appliances. Bed was comfy. Only downside was we were unable to get Internet even thought we connected. They very kindly offered to send out an engineer but as we were only staying for 2 nights we made due. Overall a great apartment and I would recommend.

• Christiane (7/5): Good - Apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is excellent. You are right in the middle of everything and can walk everywhere. Staff was trying to be as helpful as they could When you first arrive you need to open the front door via a link you are being sent. Since the wifi of the house was down when we arrived we could not get in the house and were left outside on the street at night. Took about an hour and convincing some neighbors to let us in in the end. Would not have booked the apartment if I had known about the wifi-dependent procedure beforehand for this particular trip since I was traveling with a baby and had a late flight. Once you are in you have keys, so no issues then.

• Vojta (1/5): Neglected appartment with outdated photos where my kid was badly injured. - I was afraid for my daughter's life. Pictures on booking.com weren't up to date; in reality, the whole flat was dated, used, and somehow neglected. I chose this flat because of the elevator. However, the elevator was hardly 0.5m^2 and couldn't accommodate our (airplane hand luggage certified, so very tiny) children's stroller. Also, the elevator made a lot of strange noises, and I was afraid for safety of my family. In the master bedroom and bathroom, the only windows there were half-broken and couldn't be open at all. 2/4 chairs were wiggly and on their way to be broken completely (missing screws, accident waiting to happen). Bathroom doors couldn't be adequately closed (stuck lock). A/C was full of dust, probably not maintained for some time. My daughter was severely injured when walking down the stairs. She has 5 stitches in her finger atm, and I'm happy she can move it at all, The whole emergency cost 300+ EUR and kinda ruined my stay. The reason was badly "welded" glass-iron rails next to the stairs. In the kitchen, some cutlery was missing, and the corkscrew was broken (I needed a glass of wine after this and couldn't get even that). After all of this, I decided not to push our luck further and decided to move away because I was emotionally exhausted and kinda afraid for my life and the lives of my family. In that moment management team stopped their communication completely in fear for me pressing claims but collected the keys nevertheless so they can rent this death trap to someone else.

• Megan (8/5): Great location - The location of the apartment was amazing, just off the main shopping street, close to the cathedral, and within a very short distance of multiple places to eat. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, as was the settee, and it was fully equipped. The lift is very small, and makes alarming scrapy/grindy noises. Two of the dining chairs were rickety and couldn't be used, which wasn't a problem as there were only two of us, but a booking of four people would have a problem.

• Mhairi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a great location. It was ideal for our week in Malaga. The kitchen was well equipped and the clothes washing facilities great. It was clean and lots of natural light. Although very central It was quiet.
• Sheila (8/5): Loved being in the heart of a beautiful city. - Location in the pedestrianised heart of the historic centre was great for restaurants and interesting parts of the city. Beach was a 20min walk away. Despite being on a buzzy little street full of restaurants, once the windows were closed it was peaceful and we had no problems sleeping. The MAS supermarket, 10mins away provided all we needed. Although there was a 2nd twin bedded room we felt it would be tight on living space for 4 adults. We only had breakfasts in the apartment but the kitchen was pretty well equipped though sadly lacking in glassware. Towels (worn and small) and glassware (no wine glasses & only 2 tumblers).

Even the weather considering February😀 Parking place recommend by host was 2-3 minutes by walk. Beach was rly close. The apartment is right by the Malaga Cathedral and Malaga shoppingu street. All the recommendations sent by host was in point! Great stay and highly recommended! Maybe a few coffee capsules for the start🤔😀

Close to everything including cathedral, main shopping streets and plenty of great restaurants. Located on a quiet street no outside noise impact. Basic apartment but has a full kitchen and everything you need for a city break.
• Vivienne (8/5): Lovely city location and overall really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. - Fantastic location in the old town . Very easy to move around the city from there . Lots of lovely tapas bars and cafes very close by but this didn’t disturb sound wise at all . Great little balcony to overlooking the street to stand see life below. Facilities ideal for a city break with comfy beds , well equipped kitchen area if you need it and a sofa to rest tired legs. Lift helpful for those not as mobile as it’s a top floor apartment . We were sent some great handy tips for where to eat etc which was really helpful . Would’ve liked to give the property a 10 but Like lots of original apartment properties in old towns there is a drains smell inside which was often present . There was a duvet missing which we felt management should’ve provided when notified. We found things around to use instead but didnt really find a proper blanket until after the first night. Should be mattress protectors on beds.

It is also located in a very pleasant street full of liveliness. The beds are hard, which we love. We slept very well on it. The apartment also looked very clean.

The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The proprietors were very quick to reply to my questions. The lift, it was only just large enough for 2 people without luggage.

The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with as well. Has a cute balcony, and very quiet at night don’t hear people outside. 10/10 ⭐️ only one thing was the there was no water pressure in the shower
