Michal (1/5): Worst staff in Kuala Lumpur - Pool I stayed at Maxhome in Kuala Lumpur, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. From the moment I arrived, I encountered issues – the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, which is essential in this heat. On top of that, there was no hot water, making the stay even more uncomfortable. And smell from bathroom? There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom... The communication with the provider was unprofessional, and they didn’t address any of my concerns. Instead, they treated me like an idiot, which was incredibly frustrating. The service here does not match the price or any reasonable expectations. I would definitely not stay here again and recommend others to look elsewhere.
