Te propongo una versión más fluida y contundente, manteniendo el tono de una reseña negativa pero razonada: La habitación olía a humedad y no estaba lista a la hora de llegada que me habían pedido confirmar previamente por WhatsApp. Te hacen firmar un contrato de alquiler temporal fuera de Booking y te solicitan una hora de llegada concreta, por lo que resulta aún más sorprendente que la habitación no estuviera preparada. Un error puede ocurrirle a cualquiera, pero casi peor fue lo que vino después: no contestaron ni al teléfono ni a los mensajes de WhatsApp hasta más de una hora después. Finalmente, tardaron cerca de dos horas en ofrecerme una solución, que consistió en alojarme una sola noche en otra habitación y obligarme a trasladar todas mis pertenencias al día siguiente en una franja horaria determinada. Viajaba por trabajo y toda esta situación me hizo perder varias horas de mi tiempo. Me pidieron disculpas y comprensión, eso sí, siempre por WhatsApp. En ningún momento nadie tuvo la deferencia de llamar para dar explicaciones o intentar ofrecer una atención más personal. El colmo llegó cuando, el día antes de la salida, me pidieron que sacara yo mismo la basura y me preguntaron si pensaba marcharme antes de tiempo. Sin embargo, cuando pregunté si podía dejar las maletas durante unas horas el día del check-out, me remitieron a unas consignas de la ciudad. En resumen, me hicieron perder tiempo, recibí un servicio deficiente y, aunque me pidieron comprensión, no mostraron la misma consideración hacia mí. No suelo dejar reseñas negativas, pero esta experiencia me pareció una auténtica tomadura de pelo.
• Jamie D. Cooper (10/5): Disfrutar de Andalucía - L'alloggio è molto carino e si trova in un'ottima posizione! Non è grande, c'è una camera da letto e un bagno, ma per quanto mi riguarda, in viaggio, torno in camera solo a fine giornata :) Málaga è una città molto bella, amo la Spagna e sopratutto l'Andalusia! C'ero stata già anni fa, come tappa di un viaggio on the road, ma l'avevo vista di sfuggita e non l'avevo apprezzata come le altre, invece, posso dire che mi piace molto e ci tornerei perché si sta proprio bene! La posizione dell'alloggio ha aiutato perché ci veniva tutto comodo e facile. Consiglio Málaga anche come base per visitare posti vicino, io volevo fare il camino del rey e vedere Ronda, che non avevo visto all'epoca! Grazie ai proprietari di "Casa de Alma" per la disponibilità e gentilezza!

• Mellado (2/5): Decepcionante, sin baño funcional y personal que no ayudó - Tenía buena ubicación y el potencial de ser un buen lugar para alojar, pero le falta mucha experiencia a los host e invertir en infraestructura. La pieza no tenía un baño en funcionamiento. Al contactarnos con los encargados nos dijeron que podíamos utilizar baños de las cafeterías cercanas al alojamiento mientras lo reparaban, ya que no contaban con otra pieza que nos pudieran cambiar o un baño de uso “público”. Finalmente no lo repararon, estuvimos casi 24 hrs. sin poder usar el WC. El administrador no nos ayudó en nada, nos mintió todo el rato en los tiempos que se demoraría en arreglar el baño y finalmente nos canceló la reserva para poder buscar otro alojamiento. Por otro lado, el hostal estaba con arreglos en la planta baja, cosa que tampoco se informó al momento de hacer la reserva, por lo que no se podían usar las instalaciones y espacios comunes. Fue una muy mala experiencia, sobre todo porque fuimos a Málaga un par de días y la mitad lo pasamos incómodos o peleando. No lo recomiendo
• Nikola (5/5): Not worth the price. - The location was great There was a smell of mold and disinfection. You couldn't spend more time in the room than sleeping, and even then I was afraid that it might be harmful during my pregnancy. The window only faced the courtyard, where it was colder than outside, so it was almost impossible to ventilate.

• Sławomir (7/5): - Na przedstawionych zdjęciach pokoje były z oknami - otrzymaliśmy bez . Pokój był wyziębiony co przy podłodze i ścianach z kafelek potęgowało odczuwalny chłód.
• Robin (2/5): Onhygiënisch en teleurstellend - De locatie en het zag er leuk ingericht uit. Er zat schimmel in de badkamer. In zo’n mate dat de hele ruimte, inclusief slaapkamer, stonk en je niet fatsoenlijk kon ademen. De onfrisse drukkende lucht zorgde voor kortademigheid, keelklachten en hoofdpijn. Er was een raam, maar dat zat aan de binnenplaats en omdat het een kamer was op de begane grond kon je het dus onmogelijk openzetten om te luchten. Ik ben na 1 nacht weggegaan omdat langer blijven vanwege gezondheidsredenen onmogelijk was.

• Chakameh (3/5): Pas terrible - Localisation est top Très petit chambre. La machine à café ne fonctionne pas. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionne pas. La fenêtre donne sur l’endroit où se trouvent les machines à laver et le stock : aucune aération et beaucoup de bruit (chauffage, machines, etc.). Pas de lumier du jour Pas de serviettes de bain. J’ai demandé plusieurs fois qu’on nous en apporte. Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. La couverture est petite. Aucun personnel sur place, toute la communication se fait via WhatsApp.

• MAURO (9/5): Andalusia favolosa !!! - 4 notti a Malaga davvero belle !! Personale sempre presente su Whatsapp per ogni esigenza. Camera comoda, pulita, silenziosa. Posizione ottima appena sopra il centro ma lontana dal kaos. Bagno comodo, doccia perfetta (anche se io non amo molto il telone). Purtroppo c'è stato un piccolo disguido che sarebbe stato di poca cosa ma che alle 2 di notte poteva essere un enorme problema...... Istruzioni dettagliatissime per arrivare/entrare nel portone/entrare in camera con anche video (servizio super top !!!!!!!!!!!) ma cassettina con dentro chiave della camera non si apriva, rimaneva bloccata. Dopo un pò per fortuna si è sbloccata e sono entrato (di giorno avrei scritto ai proprietari ma di notte...)

• Elisa Maria (5/5): - La doccia aveva un'ottima pressione. Condizionatore, televisione e frigorifero funzionano benissimo. La posizione è molto centrale. Il proprietario ha risposto subito in caso di necessità ed è stato disponibile e il check in è stato molto semplice. Odore di umidità pessimo, si sente tantissimo e non si possono aprire finestre perché danno su spazi comuni interni quindi sempre al chiuso. Gli asciugamani erano macchiati e non si sa se puliti e non c'era un tappetino per la doccia. Abbiamo trovato una blatta la seconda mattina, non molto piacevole. La stanza è piccola, però per pochi giorni ci si può adattare. Davanti la porta di ingresso tutte le sere/notti ci sono dei tossici, non importunano, ma comunque non dà idea di sicurezza; a volte si mettono a urlare tra di loro.
• Rebeca (4/5): Decepcionante y en malas condiciones - La ubicación. Se encontraba cerca del centro histórico de Málaga y a 15-20 min de la playa Malagueta. Escribo esto a día 5 de septiembre de 2025, para dejar constancia de que esto es actual. El alojamiento se encontraba en pésimas condiciones. Lo podría llamar zulo ya que se encontraba sin ventilación porque las ventanas daban a un patio interior cerrado y al resto de habitaciones del edificio por lo que al abrir las ventanas no había privacidad, pero sino abríamos no se podía ventilar y no había luz natural. Digo lo de ventilar porque la habitación se encontraba llena de humedades con un olor desagradable al entrar incluso impregnado en la ropa de cama. Por las noches era horrible porque como no podíamos abrir la ventana por seguridad, dormíamos encerradas y teníamos problemas respiratorios y dolor de huesos al día siguiente debido al exceso de humedades (todo se puede ver en las fotos que adjunto). Además, las toallas asignadas raspaban cual lija y el secador de pelo se apagaba a los minutos de usarlo. Se nos facilitó un adaptador con 3 clavijas para distintos dispositivos. Cuando fui a retirarlo, me dio un chispazo que se quedó sin luz y electricidad la habitación, además del peligro a mi salud que podría haber supuesto ese chispazo debido a que el adaptador estaba roto y en malas condiciones. Pedimos un cambio de habitación porque teníamos constancia que ese día había gente que se iba (por un mensaje de difusión que recibimos), se nos denegó y se nos dijo que no había disponibilidad, a pesar de indicar que venía de una recuperación de una sinositis (infección nasal y de oídos)de la cual la humedad de allí no me permitía mejorar. Las sábanas de las almohadas y cama olían a polvo en exceso. Por último, la cama estaba tan pegada al armario que no se podía abrir bien.

• Shanice (1/5): Horrible Stay and dirty room at arrival - Just the location because it was near City Center We asked for an earlier check in and we were told like a day before arrival that we can check in at 12pm! When we arrived and wanted to check in the room was still dirty and there was stuff from the guests before everywhere. It was really unprofessional! When I told them the issue and asked for another room or any kind of compensation they didn’t help at all! Our room was clean and ready at around 2pm … Furthermore the room smelled moldy, didn’t have a real window, the window was leading to a maintenance room where the ventilation from all ACs were hence that it was really hot and there was no fresh air at all! Also my boyfriend got sick and we asked them if they could clean the room, they didn’t and I had to ask for clean sheets and towels so I could change them myself. After the dirty room I felt like cleaning the room as some sort of compensation was coming from them but it wasn’t. Luckily we only stayed 2 Nights, never again and not worth the money! It’s trashy as hell!

• Marc (1/5): Mouldy room, hazardous for health. Avoid it! - Only good thing about this place was the location. There was mold in the room, and the whole place smelled pretty bad; it was unbearable to stay. I reached out to the owners, and they said I could leave if I want because they wouldn’t do anything to address the issue. I arrived late at night, so I had no choice but to stay for one night. However, I left the apartment first thing in the morning. You read some reviews and think, It can’t be that bad, but it’s even worse. My clothes had a moldy smell after just one night, and the whole experience was so horrendous that it’s difficult to describe.

• Karina (5/5): Good for this price ,but at the same time a lot of minuses - Excellent location, with everything you need close by. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The room was warm and cozy. -The wardrobe was unnecessarily large and took up a lot of space in the room. -Before arrival, we requested an iron and an extra blanket, but they were only provided after we contacted the administration multiple times. They didn’t respond initially, and we had to find the owner’s number to resolve the issue. -There were no slippers provided in the room, which is a basic amenity. -Housekeeping was non-existent; the room was not cleaned during our stay. -The bathroom sink faucet was leaking, and water flooded the cabinet underneath. -The walls were thin, and we could hear all the noise from our neighbors. There was absolutely no soundproofing. -The bathroom window opened into the hallway, so if you were taking a shower, anyone walking by could see inside.

• Aléz (9/5): Budget-friendly spot next to everything you want to see - Location was excellent. Close to everything but in a quiet street. The room and the property in general were beautiful. Check-in was easy with WhatsApp instructions. Hosts were very communicative and let me store my bags ahead of leaving on the last day. Very good value for money. I didn’t think I’d miss windows as much as I did. There aren’t any external-facing windows and opening any other ones up can get awkward as people pass by your room. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me and I didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. If you tend to rest at the hotel for longer periods between exploring it might be better to get a place with a balcony or some sunny windows. Again, not a deal breaker for me.

• Jenni (1/5): Rip off. - Great location, authentic interior. Extremely mouldy and damp room was given to us first. It was difficult to breath and there were no windows. On request we were given another room. The cleaner never came over, there wasn’t a coffee maker nor kettle although other rooms had them. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The sink was blocked.
