This sub-penthouse apartment on the 7th floor is classy, comfortable, beautifully presented, safe and secure. The Lotte shopping centre is easy walking distance, there are lots of mini marts for daily necessities and a wide variety of restaurants for great food with a colourful and charming Walking Street in between and Police station around the corner. The expressway is very close for easy sightseeing travel and there are lots of taxis nearby, yet there is no road or building noise heard in the apartment. There are two air conditioners to chill the space, a gorgeous view of the Hanoi skyline and river from the bedroom, modern refrigerator and washing machine, large comfortable bed and sofa, TV with streaming, excellent WIFI reception, an elevator and ground level garaging for scooters. And all this for a fantastic price! It is particularly well suited to solo travellers, couples and female tourists wanting to be sure of personal security. My host worked hard to make sure everything was as I needed for my first time in Hanoi. There was nothing I did not like. I did fly in at night and so was a bit confused to understand that there is a keypad on the front door to access the building which only lights up when you touch it, but my driver and my host were very helpful to make sure I gained access safely.
