• WLuiz (8/5): Boa opção em Sultanahmet - O hotel tem ótima localização. O café da manhã é simples mas bem servido e muito gostoso. Possui um terraço com vista de Sultamahmet. O quarto não era grande, mas era confortável. Bom chuveiro. Equipe muito atenciosa. O hotel fica em nível rebaixado em relação à rua, e tem escadas, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem locomoção limitada. O box do banheiro deixava muita água vazar, após o banho o banheiro ficava ensopado.

Haben ein Flughafenhotel gebucht und das Hotel hat uns einen Transfer organisiert. Leider war das gebuchte Hotel bei der Ankunft geschlossen. Der Fahrer hat mit dem Hotel Rücksprache genommen und dieses hat uns ein anderes Hotel organisiert

• Beatrix Ingeborg (8/5): Nettes freundliches Hotel in guter Altstadtlage - Das Hotel liegt nur 2 Minuten entfernt von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Um das Hotel herum gibt es unzählige Restaurants. Man ist in 5 Minuten an der blauen Moschee. Wir hatten ein Drei Bettzimmer, das sehr geräumig war. Auch das Bad war groß. Nur die Aussicht gegen eine Hausmauer war nicht schön. Taxis können nicht direkt zum Hotel hinfahren, weil es liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigte Zone Jedoch der Shuttleservice vom Hotel kann einen vom Flughafen abholen und auch hinbringen. Frühstücksraum liegt in der siebten Etage mit Ausblick auf die Hausdächer. Frühstück selbst ist klein gehalten, aber reicht völlig aus. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit Wir hatten ein Drei Bettzimmer. Das war sehr schön und geräumig aber leider schaut man nur gegen die andere Hauswand. Wir waren im Souterrain. Die Lobby liegt 15 Stufen unter der Straße. Leider hat man es in der Beschreibung nicht erkennen können. Für einen gehbehinderten Menschen war das natürlich nicht gut. Im Hotel selbst gab’s natürlich einen Aufzug

The stairs at the entrance down to the desk. The railing needs to be extended further toward the top of the stairs - it isn't useful for the top few steps.
• John (9/5): A comfortable stay in an excellent location with friendly staff and a good breakfast. - A small room/bathroom but nevertheless a comfortable stay for 3 nights, with regular cleaning and mineral water left for us. The hotel is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk from all the must-see sights in Sultanahmet. Also a few minutes from the tram for access to other areas. An excellent buffet breakfast taken in a room with lovely views over the rooftops. All the hotel staff we came into contact with were very welcoming, friendly and efficient with a special mention to Burca behind reception who was always very approachable and answered my many questions. Particularly appreciated the hot tea + sweets on our arrival, a nice touch after a long tiring flight and taxi. I like to sleep with the window open as opposed to air conditioning but a constant hum outside of a air conditioning unit or similar made this difficult.

• Laure (10/5): Je recommande chaleureusement ! - Les chambres étaient bien équipées et très propres. Le personnel était très agréable. La situation était super ! On nous a aidé à chaque étape, notamment pour le transfert vers l’aéroport ! Le sèche cheveux est très vite entré en surchauffe mais le secrétariat m’en a prêté un autre rapidement. Au petit déjeuner, le « chaud » était souvent froid. Mais c’était tout de même très bien !

• Ueli (9/5): Perfektes Hotel mit super Lage. - Alles war sehr ruhig, sauber, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist mit den 5, 6 Minuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten perfekt. Ich werde das nächste mal wieder dort übernachten. Es ist extrem wenig auszusetzen. Einzig wäre ich froh gewesen, wenn ich das Passwort fürs Internet auch gleich erhalten hätte, zusammen mit den QR-Code für das Smartphone.

Estávamos a poucos minutos a pé da principal avenida de Sultanamed, do metro, mercados e principais atrações como a Haga Sofia, Mesquita Azul, Palacio Topkapi e Grande Bazar. Os funcionários receberam-nos muito bem e foram sempre prestáveis durante toda a estadia. Pequeno almoço variado e num terraço agradável, recebendo os primeiros raios de sol pela manhã. O quarto pequeno mas suficiente para duas pessoas, muito calmo (não ouvíamos barulho da rua nem rezas das mesquitas), com ar condicionado e camas muito confortáveis. Eram sempre repostos chás e cafés na limpeza diária. Nada a apontar.

• BELEN SONIA (9/5): Ubicación excelente. - Al llegar ves un tramo de escaleras hacia abajo y te sorprende, pero nada más llegar te ofrecen un té y suben tus maletas a la habitación, lo cual se agradece. La habitación no es muy amplia pero la cama es muy cómoda y tiene lo que necesitas para estar muy a gusto. Nuestro baño estaba muy bien y el agua con presión. El desayuno es muy variado y el personal muy atento. La ubicación es excelente ya que tiene la parada de Sultanahmed muy cerca y sin cuestas, lo que se agradece mucho. Nada, todo fue bastante bien.
• Joanna (10/5): Great hotel with great location - I couln’t imagine a better place to stay. We were traveling as a family of 3 with a 4-year old and it was great. One should know that there is no wheelchair access to the lobby, so if you have mobility issues or a stroller, this place might not be for you. One thing that spoilt it a bit is that we requested transfer to the hotel and we requested a car seat for our daughter. The staff ensured the car seat would be provided. Unfortunately the car seat was not installed (and there was no time for the installation), it was way too small and it was 15 years old (which is usually to be expected in rentals). All in all our daughter traveled strapped with a normal car seat around her waist, which I would never do in other circumstances. Otherwise I am beyond grateful for all the hard work all the staff put into making this hotel unfrogettable stay.

Le stanze ai piani inferiori sono seminterrate e affacciano su un piccolo spazio esterno delimitato da un muro, quindi non si ha praticamente vista né molta luce naturale. Per dormirci una notte va bene, ma per soggiorni in cui si passa tempo in camera consiglierei decisamente i piani alti. Il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile, tanto che, se ci fosse stata disponibilità, ci avrebbero cambiato stanza senza problemi. Colazione non degna di nota ma nel complesso esperienza buona.

Немного грязно - персонал не отмывает остатки кофе на кофемашине и пятна сока на столах.

A személyzet nagyon kedves - mi tőlük rendeltük meg a retéri transzfert és a boszporuszos hajózást. Minde flottul ment. A reggeli változatos volt., az almatea isteni. Csak ajánlani tudom!

• Stephanie (8/5): Friendly, well-located stay - We were welcomed by the very friendly and attentive staff with some tea and Turkish delight despite arriving relatively late at night, kicking off a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable - no fancy frills, not massive in size, but well kept and clean, comfortable bed and enough space for two. The highlight is the breakfast view from the rooftop (and the food spread is pretty solid, too!) - walking distance to many sights plus well connected with public transport. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing, really - we enjoyed our stay at Efendi due to it's beautiful rooftop, central location and friendly staff. I guess rooms are slightly dated and a bit tight if you have luggage, but that didn't really deter us enjoying our stay

• Michael (7/5): Excellent location - Incredibly friendly staff couldn't do enough for you at reception. Excellent location with awesome views from the breakfast room patio. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia close by as well as numerous shops and restaurants, while being on a quiet side street. Bed was rather hard but that's a personal preference. Shower quite erratic with temperature. Breakfast rather basic but probably standard in Turkey for 3 star. However the location and super friendly staff make it a worthwhile hotel to stay at.

I did ask to be moved the evening I arrived but was told they were full but that he would leave a note for the morning and to ask again, which I did and was transferred to a better room , although tbh not that much bigger and definitely smaller than the photos that are used on the website when you select your room choice representing a standard double ! Room 301 and then 401 for reference

Śniadania monotonne I nikt nie poinformował nas ze jest możliwość zamówienia np omletu.szkoda ze nikt nie pomyślał aby to napisać. Automat do kawy też słaby. Mam też zastrzeżenia do niepełnej informacji do pokoju .miałyśmy opcje dwóch łączonych pokoi i okazało sie ze w jednym z nich nie bylo wogole okna .na szczęście obsługa pomogła nam I zmienili nam pokoje po trzech dniach.Uważam zę booking powinien zamieścić taką informację.
• Olaf (7/5): Hotel mit sehr guter Lage in der Altstadt - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Hagia Sophia sind es ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß . Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist ausreichend. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und das vorhandene Mobiliar etwas abgewohnt. Blick aus dem Fenster auf einen unattraktiven Innenhof, Hauswand direkt gegenüber. Fernseher "No Signal" aber wir hatten eh keine Zeit zum Fernsehen.

• Justyna (6/5): - The hotel is in a very good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Booking.com rating of 9.1 is unfortunately overstated. I've stayed in many hotels with lower Booking.com ratings, and this one is definitely one of the worst. The biggest disappointment was the basement room. VERY dark and cold. We couldn't even tell how the weather was outside. Such rooms should be priced differently. A night at the hotel for a triple room is listed at 5900 TL (approximately 112 Euro) at the reception.. For 4 nights, I paid 520 euros, which, even with a very unfavorable exchange rate, is more than the listed price. The room is not worth the price. For this price you do not expect to be located in a basement next to the room with cleaning stuff. We were given one complimentary bottle of water for three people. The rest was charged. Even the ashtray with cigarettes on the terrace (the exit overlooking the wall) wasn't cleaned. And we had to be careful not to get slop from the upstairs floor on our heads. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. A basement room isn't our cup of tea.
• Ajla (10/5): - I really loved this hotel — it was even better than expected. Perfect central location, beautiful and very clean rooms, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everything felt neat and well taken care of. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend it for a stay in Istanbul.

Desayuno muy bueno. Terraza con vistas a la Mezquita Santa Sofía. En general hemos tenido una estancia fantástica para repetir Nada

Minden tetszett, esetleg a reggeli kicsit lehetne bőségesebb kínálatu, de ami volt az finom volt.
