• Imre Geza (10/5): - The location is very good, the staff was very helpful and the facility is decent as well. The breakfast ends too early and room cleaning start early as well for my prefernces but it isn't really an issue.

• Baiilz27 (7/5): - Location is fantastic, close to the station and yet not very noisy at night Two things. The pillows are not comfortable, way too soft. I had to buy my own pillow. The room is also very small, if theres 1 person staying in the room it is fine. But two people with 2 big suitcases made it very cramped. We managed to make it work but it wasnt ideal

• Posthumus (8/5): top locatie, top hotel, top deal - Erg fijn hotel, relaxed en super dicht het het station wat handig is voor de Yamanote line. Ook het personeel was erg behulpzaam. De kamer is ruim genoeg en heeft een fijne sfeer

• Su Sung Ling (6/5): 我還是回去住上野好了 - JR大塚站出來走路3分鐘, 位置很好. 離大塚的商店街很近, 房間不大但乾淨整潔, 附近就有便利店, 可快速轉換荒川線. 櫃台在2F, 對拉大行李的人要自行走樓梯扛上去. 空調不能自行調整, 又悶又熱, 打開窗戶調節, 窗外街上噪音超級大, 幾乎每隔半個小時就有救護車警鈴響過 (應該是附近有醫院), 即使半夜也是, 吵得無法睡覺. 附早餐, 但實在是太過陽春了. 到JR上野或新宿都需要約20分鐘. 沒有想像的方便.

• Kana (8/5): Great place to stay except for the location - Good amenities, very comfortable bed and pillow. The staff will change the sheets when requested. They also had a humidifier and a comfortable chair and desk to work on. The hotel is truly right beside the station. The hotel is right beside the station which has an open air platform so you can hear the sounds that play every time a train leaves the station. Emergency vehicles also frequently pass through, which you can also hear. The noise was driving me nuts. The room was also extremely dry at less than 30% humidity, so I had to run the humidifier 24/7 to counteract against it. My chest hurt when I didn't have the humidifier on. It may have been due to the dry weather at the time.

• Thomas (10/5): - Free breakfast was nice and the staff were accommodating. I'm a big ass American, so the bathrooms were a h o o t being so small, but that's more of a me problem than a them problem. Being a short walk away from the station was a big plus. Vending machines were meh
• KAYAMA (5/5): - 24時間出入りできる。 7階での宿泊だったがシャワーの出が（水圧が低い）悪く体を温めるには湯を溜めないとダメだった。 チェックインの時EV横のアメニティを持って上がるようにアナウンスがなかったのは残念。

• Ella (10/5): Great hotel, so clean and close to the train station - This was the second time I had stayed at this hotel and I love it, the area is nice and not very busy. The rooms always very clean, the beds are super comfy and the train station is so close. For the price you really can’t go wrong! Nothing it was great.

• niwaniwa (10/5): 狭くても、使いやすい客室 - コンパクトながらも使いやすく設計された部屋でした。デスクが広く、使いやすかった。ベッド脇のコンセントの下にスマホ置き場があるのも良かった。 アメニティにエプソムソルトの入浴剤があったのも良かった。立地も駅前すぐで、便利。朝食のコーヒーやスープが美味しかった。 また、泊まりたいと思います。 シャワーヘッドの接続部が壊れていて、お湯が漏れて使いにくかった
• saw-ae (10/5): - 大塚駅を出たら目の前の立地で疲れてても迷わず行けました！内装がアーバンすぎず、安心する雰囲気で良かったです。 寝間着が上下セパレートのパジャマだったので冷えにくくて助かりました。 部屋のテレビでコインランドリーの空きが確認できるシステムが便利そうだったので、次の機会があれば使ってみたいです。 朝食のパンが美味しかったし、紙袋に入れて部屋に持っていけるサービスはありがたいですね。 バスルームのリンスの効き目が弱かったので、近くのドラッグストアでトライアルサイズを買いました。 一方でボディソープの使用感は良かったです。
• Sumie (8/5): - 駅に近い。清潔感があった。朝食ブッフェ内容がシンプルな分値段も安く、コンセプト通りちょこっと食べて出かけたい 自分にはぴったりだった。歯ブラシ持参するとエコポイントをもらえ5ポイントでQUOカード500円もらえるのもちょっとお得な感じ（そういう時に限って歯ブラシを忘れたが）

• Ivanna (10/5): Excellent hotel, good location, and very friendly staff. - The single rooms in this hotel are very small, so keep that in mind when making reservations. However, the hotel staff gave us the option of changing rooms during our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The facilities are clean and offer a variety of pillow options. But what we enjoyed most was the healing music you hear on TV at the beginning. I really liked everything in general.
