• Giovanna Piera (6/5): - La zona dove si trova l'abitazione Divano in pelle vecchio e rovinato con copridivano macchiato, lavandino del bagno otturato, mancava la carta igienica, in salotto non c'era la tenda ma solo il bastone quindi bisognava tenere sempre la serranda abbassata, appartamento non pulitissimo

• Rainer (7/5): Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.... - Die Lage an der Porta Romana ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut und es gibt gute Esslokale rundum....Die Wohnung ist ruhig. Nur ab und an ist der Nahbar in der Küche zu hören. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas kompliziert, der Anmeldeprozess ziemlich umständlich.

• Abby (3/5): Would not stay here again , only good thing was the location - Location was good. Firstly walked in to an awful smell , and a dirty tissue left on the table. Also to get into the building code did not work for at least 5 times and we were stood in the cold waiting to be let in.Air conditioning did not work and when it did made loud bangs. The couch was ripped and dirty , rip was covered with a dirty blanket which also smelt really bad. Floor seemed like it had not been mopped for a while. Shower was freezing and took about 10 minutes to get hot with bad water pressure. Every time we left and came back we were welcomed with a horrific smell and had to leave the window open other times we left.

• Eduardo (3/5): not what I was expecting - Compact rather than cosy - too stark white to be considered cosy. That said, clean and in good location - Porta Romana has lots of good bars and restaurants, and the famous QC Terme. Kitchen was tiny, but well equipped. Despite bed’s mattress being thin it was quite comfortable and a good size, but linens were poor quality. All in all it’s quite a nice place (if on the expensive side for what it is) and I think we would have been content if it weren’t for some issues. Shower drained very slowly so when you shower you are ankle deep in water, and if you’re the second in the shower you step into a soapy swamp. Water wouldn’t fully drain after showering so there was always a slightly unpleasant drain smell. They sent someone to fix it but it was worse - wouldn’t drain at all, so had a permanent stagnant swamp. Courtyard entrance fairly charmless, view from window pretty ugly, hardly any plugs, a few toiletries but virtually nothing in the kitchen, not even a tea towel - what guest stocks up on all those basics when only here for a few days - and washing machine broken. Not great for people with mobility issues or very heavy cases - 6 flights of stairs, you need the key to operate the lift and lift only arrives at half landings. On balance I would say this is badly kept and to top it all out check out was early at 10am - we wouldn’t return.

• Stefania (7/5): Nice and cosy studio, good location but not for seniors , unless they are trained to climb stairs - Location is good. One subway station from Central rail station to Porta Română, next one tram station #9. Building is located in a quiet residential area, that seems safe. Studio was cleaned and comfortable, included appliances fridge, oven, cook plate, washer and dish washer ; we have not used the washer or dish washer; we did not cook for the short interval we stayed (4 night Sept 6-10), but they might be useful for longer stays. The person from EasyLife was nice and provided support and info, offering for last day even a storage place for luggage’s in the Central rail station in case we needed —-The first pre booking on line process, asking for our personal data, including birth dates and fotos of our passports, like a police / security check up which was unusual . Yes , you present your passport at any hotel to be identified. ——We did not know the studio is located at third floor; it was difficult for us to climb the stairs with luggage first day. After finally we got the Keys from a keybox we discovered one key was for the elevator. ——The studio has no AC . This is for me the biggest problem; In September in Milano days are still hot, night cooler; we slept we open windows, but the mosquito net was damaged and we had to fight with mosquitoes. —- The door lock is a little difficult to manoeuvre. ——The keypads you have to use to access either elevator lobby , either stairs have some delays -moments when message says “ busy” and you cannot enter the code; this a building maintenance problem not apartment owner fault, but it should be addressed. (We appreciated security and safety , you have to use two keypads and a key to get elevator moving to access the apartment , but with this small issues mentioned above. — pillows were too hard for a good sleep; as I saw in many hotels or AirB&B appartments owner provided both soft and hard pillows and turist can choose . —-The TV has all channels in Italian. No channel in English , French or Spanish to get the news .

• Tomasz (3/5): - I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was frustrating enough to deserve one. First of all, the air conditioning was a joke. There were two units – one didn’t cool at all, and the other made such a loud, rattling noise that it was impossible to sleep. In the middle of a Milan summer, this is completely unacceptable. Then there was the shower – the drain was so clogged I had to pull out someone else’s disgusting hair just to keep it from overflowing. That’s not just poor maintenance, that’s basic hygiene being ignored. The furniture? Falling apart. The strip under the fridge kept falling off every time we walked by. It felt like no one had cared to fix anything in years. On top of that, they provided exactly one tiny sachet of dish soap – for a 4-day stay. Seriously? The whole apartment felt neglected, outdated, and poorly maintained. It badly needs repairs, a deep clean, and some basic attention to guest comfort. For the price, this was a complete rip-off. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
• Soret (9/5): Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. - La tranquillité et la situation géographique proche du centre. La clim ne fonctionnait pas, dommage ça aurait été plus agréable avec et la propreté en arrivant sur les lieux laissait à désirer (des cheveux au sol).
• Ludovica (3/5): - Il Kit per la pulizia delle stoviglie Non ho potuto apprezzare nulla della struttura perché c’erano 40 gradi dentro e l’aria condizionata non funzionava. Inoltre appena arrivata mi è rimasta in mano la maniglia della porta di ingresso. Considerando il costo mi sembra che vada rivisto un po’ tutto.

Nefungovala klíma, snažila som sa to riešiť s personálom ( ktorý nam radil nastaviť ohrievanie na klíme…) ale opravu naplánovali na den kedy sme odchádzali… 4 noci som sa nevyspala lebo v tom teple sa to nedalo. Neboli žiadne sieťky na oknách cize sa nedalo ani vyvetrať bez toho aby nas komáre nezničili. Pred príchodom sa uistite ze je klíma opravená lebo aj ľudia co si prenajali toto ubytovanie predomnou písali rovnaký problém a teda neverím ze sa to dorieši. Voda v sprche bola buď horúca alebo studena a nedala sa nastaviť, umývačka sa nedala zatvoriť a ked sa mi to podarilo nieco spod linky odpadlo .
• Jacopo (3/5): State alla larga - Aria condizionata vecchia che non funziona e molto rumorosa. Cattivo odore nell'appartamento. Acqua calda che va e viene. Muri segnati che andrebbero ritinteggiati. In generale l'appartamento sembra carino in foto ma nella realtà è scadente.
• Elliebachelor (7/5): Lovely apartment for a short stay in Milan - The apartment is perfect for a few nights stay for 2 people. Location is great if you don’t mind a fair walk to get to the city centre- however Porta Romana itself has a lot of great restaurants! The host was easily reachable and replied quickly which was great. Kitchen was great and was stocked with everything you’d need. The aircon is not very strong so the apartment can get very warm, especially as we went during a heatwave. A fan is provided which helps, but definitely something to be aware of. Also to note, the boiler has periods of time where it has to recharge, meaning you may have half an hour or so without hot water- not an issue but again something to be aware of. We also noted when we arrived, the washing machine lid wouldn’t close, therefore wasn’t usable during our stay, but the host were made aware of this so likely won’t be a future issue.

• Radovan (7/5): Good - The apartment is very cozy, exactly for 2 people. It is close to a market and about 30mins from Duomo. There are several details that we didn’t like and that got in our attention: - the wifi connection was lost a few times, so we were restarting the router - there was no soap in toilet - we could see the dust particles on the furniture - there are like 5 doors until you reach the apartment, none of the keys were labeled which door they unlock. Each time we had troubles finding the right key to the door. I friendly suggest that you label the keys with numbers or colors or something. - TV had no youtube, netflix etc. (idk how relevant this is, but it bothered us😂) Besides this, the apartment really is cozy and location is pretty good.

• Anna (4/5): Awful hosting - Near metro and Carrefour express. Cleaning team whom we met did a good job. Awful water pressure. No hot water - they had switched off the boiler before we arrived. No wi-fi (or no info about it). The contact person never answered his phone. Blackmailing that we wouldn't get entrance instructions until we paid same city tax and filled some huge online form (like for a visa application). At that point they had already charged us for the apartment stay. When we booked on the booking.com it said that all taxes were paid. The entrance instructions were totally wrong. We also got lots of keys on a ring, probably from all the properties they rented out. They didn't tell us which keys were ours (figure it out yourself for your money). We got an impression that this renting company was a scam which disappeared as soon as they got paid.
