• chris (2/5): should have stayed somewhere else. will not return. - bed was ok there were cockroaches in the dishwasher and bedroom, the arm chair at no legs. the carpet was stain , the dining table was stained under the glass. shower glass was stained. reception would not help with anything as this is a private apartment in a hotel.

• Mantoniius (6/5): - A lot of appliances, a nice TV. Great location next to the stores and restaurants. Walking distance from the center. Clean and tidy. The checkin process is to provide personal documents to some unknown website. It worked fine, but it's just left a bad impression. There was a weird smell at the floor and inside the room. The single-beds were pretty small for taller people. The cards did not work after pick up, had to get help from the hotel desk. A single AC control for three AC units.

• Claire (8/5): Spacious apartment close to city. Disappointed some essential items weren’t in working order for our 3 night stay - Handy location to city, several good restaurants & cafes nearby. Spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms great for a family. Appreciated supply of toiletries & kitchen/laundry condiments. Dryer door didn’t close & ironing board broken so we couldn’t use these. Though the property agent said they’d look at fixing these, this wasn’t going to happen until after our stay. So it wasn’t ideal for our 3 nights. We expect these essential items to be in working order.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Overall a good experience and we would stay again. - Beds were super comfortable. Very spacious apartment. Quick responses from the Cloud BnB group. Huge TV. Showers were average - water pressure was on the low side, & changed between hot and cold randomly.

• El (6/5): Pleasant East Perth Appartment for family - Apartment was in a good spot, included necessarily kitchen utensils to use, space was good for a family with a balcony with a bit of a view of swan river. Included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fold out bed in the lounge area that was practical and useful for a family (particularly the 2nd bathroom). Access to the common facilities of the building such as the pool were useful and the TV in the appartment was a good feature for the family. Perhaps specific to our stay: Air Conditioning within some of the rooms weren't operational, some lights weren't working in the lounge area. Was directed by the host to reset the switchboard directly which didn't resolve the issue. Host tended to be reactive to raised events and didn't effectively address them (i.e. air conditioning units not working in either bedroom, lighting issues in main area). Keys on initial entry weren't rekeyed for us and that involved contacting the host to have emailed the building facilities to have the keys rekeyed for our stay. This wasn't an overly long process, but not seemless on our arrival after many hours travel so wasn't the best start. Parking not included, however advised of paid locations to leave the car (outdoor and nearby).
