- Pamela (8/5): Great value for money and good facilities. We’d stay again. - Walking distance to the city. Spacious. Good facilities, including kitchen, pool, gym and restaurant for breakfast. Easy access to uber and uber eats. Lack of restaurants and eateries close enough to walk, although plenty of access to good Uber eats. Only one key provided, so we needed to ensure we managed our access with two adults coming and going. A secure key holder next to the door would have been more convenient than having to use the lock box outside the basement. A minor inconvenience.
- Zsarie (1/5): Nothing impressive with a dirty apartment - The location is close to Perth Convention Centre which is convenient. The unit was far from how it was advertised in terms of aesthetics and cleanliness. Upon entering the unit there was a funky, musty and stuffy smell. The carpet had stains and was very dirty, the couch also had stains and smelled funky. The bed linens looked like it was just tucked and reused as there were stains on it and linen did not smell fresh (as what you would normally expect if it was washed). The pillow had blood stains. The bathroom had mould and there were stains on the sink. Rubbish from previous tenants were left in the bathroom, there was a cashew nut left under the bed (another obvious sign that there was no effort in cleaning the apartment).. The kitchen was so filthy and the drawer for utensils was mouldy and dirt. It was not liveable for health safety reasons. The owner was not even sympathetic about our complaints and blamed that it was our fault for not liking the property and failed to understand that it was due to hygiene and sanitation issues. We ended leaving the property on the same day that we arrived, despite attempts of trying to clean some parts of the property and using air freshener to get the musty smell out. Also be weary that you have to pickup amd drop-ofc the key at a different area which is about 15- 20min drive. I have been using airbnb so I am quite familiar with this rented properties, but this is just so bad and the worst experience I ever had. So if you are looking for a clean place to stay, this would definitely NOT meet your expectation.
