• Silvana (7/5): - Unterkunft war groß und nett eingerichtet. Obwohl das Gebäude von außen heruntergekommen wirkt, ist die Atmosphäre im Appartment sehr heimisch. Wir haben immer in den Nebenstraßen einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Keine 5 min zu Fuß in die bezaubernde Innenstadt! Das Bad (vorallem die Dusche) waren leider sehr dreckig, auch die Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich und teilweise schmutzig.

• Marcel (8/5): - Het is een prachtig appartement in een wat vergane woontoren. Bij het betreden van de trappen hal, dachten wel waar we terecht gekomen waren. De trappen hal was niet bepaald onderhouden. Aangekomen bij Erics place gaat de deur open en wat een verschil; heel mooi ingericht. Bovendien is de communicatie erg soepel. Het gebouw en trappen hal

• Eni (6/5): nice overall, but the bathroom pipes need fixing - the apartment had a nice interior and was clean. there was an abundance of towels. it was spacious enough for 4 people and had a nice view from the balcony. we only stayed for one night so we didn’t use the kitchen but you could cook a meal there. also it was located near the centre and almost everything was within walking distance. the owner was polite and they also let us check in one hour before the check-in time. the building is old and has no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you need to carry them through 6 flights of stairs. the parking is listed as an amenity but there’s no designated parking space for the apartment. there is however public parking in the streets near the apartment, we just found it misleading as it was listed along the amenities. the worst part was the terrible, overwhelming, persistent smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. it made it almost impossible for us to even use it. even with the bathroom door closed we could still sense a faint smell coming into the entire apartment. we understand it’s not exactly the owner’s fault but it made the whole experience less enjoyable for everyone.

You'll be just a short walk away from all the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport. It's the perfect base for experiencing everything the city has to offer.

• Lucie (7/5): Nice and easy Apartment for short stays! - - really good located in the city centre - Super nice host and good in communication - Stylish and comfy decorated - Beautiful view over the mountains - In on of the sleeping rooms was quite a bit mould on the wall. - The bathroom smell was a bit odd - There were plenty used and old items (like nail file) around - The apartment is in the 5th floor without elevator - Although in the Profil is says that there is a parking spot, it isn’t. We should park at the street (recommended by the host) and got a 20€ ticket fee the next morning. - It’s right a a big street, so at night with the window open it’s quite loud

• Enxhi (7/5): Good - Nestled within an old palace, this lovely apartment offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near Pedonale and plenty of great restaurants. Plus, the owner is really friendly! The apartment has many stairs, so it's not ideal for families with babies or toddlers. The bathroom had a bad smell, likely due to the old building's pipes. Additionally, the interior doors were noisy, making it hard to move between rooms quietly without waking others.

• Taryn (10/5): Incredible, clean apartment near the centre - This apartment was so clean, so central and had everything we needed. I couldn't fault this place! Only thing that wasn't ideal was that there's construction above the parking spot, so we didn't use it. We parked right out the front on the street instead with no problems!

• Stefanb (10/5): Cosy apartment in the center - Nicely furnished, cosy apartment, in few minutes walking distance to the cente, fast WiFi internet, air conditioning in every room, extremely responsive hosts. Nice balcony for drinking the morning tea likely works for coffee as well. Two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and living room with kitchen. Nitpicking: Scary staircase, no elevator, TV had no service (no channels).

• Helga (8/5): Spacious, clean and cosy stay in the center of the city. - The house is new, spacious, centrally located and you can see they have put lots of love and efforts to do it. Eventhough it is centrally located and the house is new, the overall building is quite old. The house didn’t have shadows or dark curtains, so it was quite, quite bright even in the sleeping room. The bathroom, especially the dousche has problems with the water and the accesories were old.

• Ben (10/5): Spacious new apartment, well equipped, central. Highly recommend! - Excellent location within easy walking distance to the main pedestrian street - great bars and restaurants. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and excellently equipped. No issues. We were very happy.
