• Laurent (10/5): Excellent séjour. - Très bon emplacement. Bien équipé et confortable. Balcon agréable. Bien accueilli par Amador. Le parking est un vrai plus. Indépendamment du logement et de notre hôte, les travaux sur la voirie devant l’immeuble.

• Antonia (7/5): Adequat per a visites a la ciutat - Allotjament molt ben situat. Molt a prop del centre. Apartament comfortable i ampli per a 3 persones. Amador, molt amable i servicial , sempre disposat a ajudar. Teníem cafe de benvinguda i un parell de cervesses. Parking gratuit. No em vaig poder dutxar amb aigua calenta. Erem 3 persones, jo i el meu marit tot i esperar aprop d’una hora per dutxar-nos vam haver de fer-ho amb aigua teba. El llit de matrimoni tenia piles de rajoles soltes colocades davall . No era massa estètic. La cuina necessitava una mica mes de netetja, la campana extractora esteia molt oliosa .
• Honza50 (10/5): Apartmán mohu jen doporučit, včetně parkování cca 100 m vedle na stejné ulici. - Apartmám je prostorný, klidný, čistý, kychyň vybavená, v lednici dvě pivka na přivítanou, kávovar na Nespreso kapsle, trochu měkčí, ale pohodlná poslet, funkční internet i TV. Byli jsme naprosto spokojení. Jediná výhrada byla trochu složitější komunikace před předáním klíčů, protože se bylo možné domlouvat jen přes aplikaci Booking.com, což při hledání místa a v autě z půjčovny, v noci a dešti, nebylo úplně jednoduché. Ale nakonec vše klaplo i přes pozdější přílet a trochu bloudění po Malaze

• Andy (9/5): Fantastic apartment. Friendly welcoming host. Would definitely stay again. - This is a very clean, comfortable, open plan apartment with a nice little balcony, in a great location. Nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. It’s just a few minutes walk from the city centre. 3 minutes walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars, and just a couple more to the Alcazaba. The port and beach are only 10-15 minutes walk away. The market about the same in the opposite direction. There is a small MAS supermarket just across the street, a DIA a couple of minutes away, and a couple of small bakeries, so you have everything you need. The street seems busy on first appearance but was actually quiet at night, with not much noise at all. I’d recommend a visit to the 2nd hand bookshop ReRead Librería, just down the street, if you read in Spanish. Water temperature in shower was poor one day, but otherwise okay. No other negatives.
• Rachel (9/5): - Erg ruim appartement. Comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker bed, centrum op loopafstand, parkeerplek vlakbij. Sfeervol en modern. Op het balkon zitten is heerlijk, maar erg lawaaiig. Het ligt aan een drukke straat. De handdouche werkte niet goed omdat er water langs de slang lekte.

• Melania (10/5): Top10 Apartamento con las 3B muy recomendable - Magnífico apartamento, superó nuestras expectativas. Con todo lo necesario, decorado y organizado de forma moderna. Está a menos de 5 minutos andando de la zona centro con varios super al lado. Que incluya parking justo al lado del apartamento es un plus a tener muy en cuenta. La amabilidad y disponibilidad del anfitrión se agradece mucho ☺️ Y para rematar, a un precio buenísimo!!! Hay otros apartamentos en alquiler en la zona con precios bastante superiores que no le llegan ni a la suela a este 🤭 💯 Todo genial!
• Miruna (8/5): Overall, it’s a well-located sunny apartment with the big advantage of free parking - We stayed here for a week in June, from Monday to Sunday. The host, Amador, was very welcoming and communicative. We exchanged several messages through Booking regarding the apartment and parking, and he met us in person to show us both, which we really appreciated (thanks also for the welcome beer in the fridge!). The loft is on the fourth floor of a nice building with an elevator, just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza de la Merced – a great location (supermarket very close and also an amazing tapas place, La Esquinita del Chupa y Tira). There are two lofts available, we stayed in the one facing the street, the one on the right. The underground parking is in a nearby building and was one of the main reasons we chose this place, along with the central location. We also appreciated the air conditioning, the strong water pressure in the shower and the fact that the tap water was filtered and drinkable. Being so central and street-facing comes with some noise, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when traffic continues until very late. You can also hear some noise from neighbors. The bed (160 cm) has a firm, spring mattress, so movements are noticeable if you’re sharing. In terms of cleanliness, it was generally fine, but not as spotless as we had expected based on previous reviews – for example, there was some dust on the plants, and walking in white socks indoors wasn’t ideal. It felt cleaned, but not thoroughly. Lastly, during our 6-night stay, there was no cleaning service, no change of towels or linens, and we needed to purchase toilet paper. While this may be expected for a private loft rental rather than a hotel, it would be helpful if this were clearly mentioned in the listing description on Booking.
• Amy (10/5): A perfect apartment to explore Malaga - Amador was a great host. He let us check in a little early, met us to talk us through the apartment and gave us some good food recommendations. The apartment was excellent, fully equipped, modern, bright, great AC and fan. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The balcony was great too. The location was fantastic - 10 mins to the old town and 10 mins to the port with supermarkets, bars and coffee shops right beside it. Nothing.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Great apartment, highly recommend - We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very well located, there are supermarkets very close by on either side. The manager Amador was very cheerful, helpful and friendly, and spent a lot of time helping us get our bearings and recommending places to visit and restaurants around. The room itself is very clean and all small things have been thought of and catered to . Added bonus is a good balcony to sit and enjoy your drink or coffee. Everything was perfect
• Marge (9/5): Lovely place to land after long days exploring! - Location was great with an outdoor patio to sit out and take in the action down below on the street! It was spacious as well. We didn’t cook this trip but it had a great mini kitchen set up! We had to meet the rental mgr to get in and there wasn’t any check out info on booking.com. It was easy, just take off sheets and leave keys, but having that info available without having to contact anyone would be appreciated. Also would suggest a bath mat for the very slippery shower floor. Small beans improvements for sure. Would recommend this spot for sure!!!!

• Royconny (8/5): Very good - Close to the center of Malaga which we really like and it was such a big plus that it has a private parking place. Stores right outside the street and restaurants. The owner was very welcoming and clear on giving instructions and gave us 2 beers as welcome drink. Nice to have balcony as well😊 We would like to stay again if we travel back to Malaga Everything was good but cleaning has to improve. It needs more thorough cleaning. But that is easy to fix.

Good Wi-fi. The host, Amador, was very nice and he gave us a lot of useful information. I definetly recommend this appartment and I would definitely choose this location again. Few steps from the pedestrian street, with plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and various shops . Cleanness, comfy of the bed, the terrace, safe neighborhood, availability of parking. Charm and availability of the host. All his recommendations were amazing. Our trip wouldn’t be the same without his invaluable advice and disponibility for any type of requests. Amador made our stay unforgettable.

• Louis (10/5): Wonderfull stay in Malaga - Wonderfull modern appartement, ideal for a couple. The location was perfect as it was close to the city center. Besides that, the host was very friendly, helpful and was always quick te respond to questions. The parking spot also came in handy, as we did not have to worry about finding parking ourselves. Everything was perfect.

• Egidijus (4/5): would not recommend - The location was perfect. The whole flat was dirty, floor was sticky, with hundreds of hair. we could not remove our shoes, because it was disgusting. If the sheets werent changed, I would say noone cleaned the flat after previous guests.

The apartment had lots of thoughtful amenities. Given it's a studio, it is probably best suited to couples. The free parking is a bonus although the space is very narrow.

• Emma (9/5): Beautiful, clean apartment in perfect location! - Amador was super kind and waited for us at the accommodation. The apartment itself was spotless clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked 3 dinners ourselves during the week. The airconditioning worked great and it was a pleasant temperature in the apartment. There were multiple pillows to choose from to sleep on, which was nice. The location of the apartment is perfect for a city trip, with everything in walking distance. The balcony was on a very loud street, so we did not sit outside that much. It was also quite loud sometimes at night (every night around or after midnight they collect the garbage cans I think). The rain shower wasn't connected well so when we used it, the entire bathroom got soaked and we did not use it again. But the other hand shower was fine too, so it wasn't really a big issue.
• Hinks (9/5): Excellent location- Modern, Stylish & Comfortable. - The location was excellent; central but also with enough local atmosphere. Close to galleries, Alcazar & main plazas and convenient walking distance to the old town. A very spacious, modern and stylish space. Very well equipped kitchen with basic condiments but also teas and coffee pod maker, complimentary beers and ice in fridge. Bed was super comfy ( & we are fussy!), appreciated the lift to fourth floor and great air con. The best thing was the little terrace which we used every night to take in the Malaga scene and have a drink. Can't think of anything.

• Olivera (9/5): Would recommend a stay here - Great location! Several supermarkets and pastry shops on the same street and five min walking distance to Old Town. Walking distance to everywhere really. Great host as well, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is pretty much new and you have everything you need for a short stay. Fairly clean too. You share the entrance door and a small hallway with another apartment that is owned by the same owner. The soundisolation is so so as you can hear the traffic from the street. Despite the dislikes I would definately stay here again.
