No sharp knives

- Claire (5/5): Overall, the apartment was nice, the contact people were very nice and it was very well situated. - It was a lovely apartment but a bit tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing - the towel rail was broken, there was a lot of mould around the shower alcove, and the shower was propped up with a bent coat-hanger! A lot of the crockery was chipped and there were only two of various bits even though the apartment said it was four.

- Roxanie (10/5): Convenient location. Very clean property. - It’s clean and very close to restaurants and cafes. We got a bit confused about how to get in to the parking space. But other than that it’s all good.

- Sally (6/5): Great apartment check in was hectic - Modern and warm and comfy beds Getting key stressed me out. I just wanted a smooth entry and also we had to out it back. Usually you leave in the apartment!

- Judy (6/5): We enjoyed Canberra and location of apartment but disappointed with attention to detail. - Fairly spacious and close to cafes and the city. Very quiet. Very complicated and unfriendly access to apartment.
Not totally clean. - glasses were dirty. Lots of used serviettes on coffee table shelf.
no handwash.
Cushions in beds could do with a dryclean.
- Barnett (4/5): - Having to walk around and follow a series of directions that were open to confusion was really frustrating.
Picking them up from an easier location would fix all that. The shed we had to find the key was a mess and did not set the scene for a relaxing stay. We are on business and just wanted to get to our room quickly without too much effort.
This process felt like way too much work and ruined our experience both checking in and out.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maddie (9/5): Superb - Close to everything. Light rail stop was like a minutes walk away.

- Janice (7/5): Good - The property was not ready at the checkin in time. We had to wait over an hour. Check out instructions were only given after we requested the instructions. . We had to devise a method for leaving the key card and garage remote in the apartment.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shane (10/5): Very pleasant. Great location. - We’ll appointed with everything you need. Little homely extras really made it feel welcoming and comfortable.
- Alison (8/5): Ok except for above comments. - Good The complicated access and parking.
Should be “flagged” on website when considering booking the accommodation. Difficult when arriving late and it is dark. Also big hassle to get information about access. The provided # did not answer for some hours as no access information was provided.
- Yolande (9/5): The stay at Braddon Abode put us very close to town and all the sights we wished to see. - A very well presented apartment, very clean. There were lovely views from the deck anda beautiful sunset.
Beds were comfortable. Second bedroom a little small.
- Valerie (9/5): Superb -
- Jiale (9/5): Superb -
- Margaret (8/5): Terrific location - Great location near shops and cafes. Light and airy. Good communication with host and easy key collection. Ben linen and couch tired. Bedrooms warm even though lounge was cool. Second bedroom was small and didn't have a window.
- Qingqing (9/5): I like this property. It worth the money. - Good place. Tissue and toilet paper are in very good quality. They also have kitchen paper towel! Beds are comfortable.
There was a whole bottle of fresh milk in the fridge.
Lights are very bright. Feels like home.
Wifi was quick. The microwave was not working properly. It kept making a very loud metal noise when it was on.
Chocolate powder provided expired.
One of the room is very small.

- Kristy (8/5): Great location and fantastic support from team - A great location and awesome communication from owners made it a great stay for us. Had some maintenance issues but was well received when reported.
- Alan (8/5): Great view and location, comfortable and quiet apartment. - Great view of Black Mountain. Good location - short walk to restaurants. Keys in external lock box not great - it was raining when we arrived.
The building is not well signed.
The name Braddon Abode is confusing - we expected it would be part of the Abode hotel chain.
Carpet needs cleaning or replacing.
- Webber (9/5): Superb -
- Phillip (8/5): Very Pleasent - Easy to collect the Key for entry and the location was great, within walking distance to all facilities. Everything was fine, although just having the one access key made it a little difficult.

- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- Adam (9/5): Superb -
- Liam (8/5): Would come back again - I found the place comfortable and was in a convenient location. Also hosts were very helpful with any questions I had. The microwave sounded like having a jackhammer in the kitchen and bed was also very firm.

- Karen (9/5): Perfect place for a couple to stay for a short break. - Beautiful unit, exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and lovely views out to Black Mountain. Easy checkin and good communication from hosts. We loved how close we were to all the cafes and restaurants right in the heart of Braddon and an easy walk to Civic too. Canberra turned on the cold while we were there but we found the unit warm and cosy and bathed in the afternoon sun.
- Kath (9/5): Perfect for our weekend break in Canberra - This was a central, very comfortable unit. It was warm and very tidy, well appointed and with good facilities. Just around the corner from the Haigh park sunday markets. It was wonderful that we could bring our dog with us. We should have planned for 2 big children who wouldn't share a bed! So that's our mistake, not the units.
- Jade (10/5): Definitely stay again - That is had a coffee machine and everything you needed, we usually take garbage bags, dish liquid even our own tea towels but Braddon had everything, will stay again and will tell our friends 🧡 and we were allowed to take our pet The bed was a little uncomfortable, and getting in from where we parked was a little frustrating but other tenants helped a little and we called the owner and it was easy after that.
- Ryan (9/5): Great sty - Loved stay so much stayed a little longer. In a great area near restaurants. Central to where I wanted to go and close to transport. Everything there that was needed for our trip. Clean and quiet. Liked everything
- Ryan (9/5): Great place for us to stay with pet. Nearby to everything we needed. - Lovely apartment and everything we needed there. Central location great for what we wanted to do. Walking distance to great restaurants and park. Happy to have dog. Parking available. Easy check in. Couldn’t fault anything, we were very happy with our stay
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
