• Olga (9/5): Superb - We really liked the location. Wonderful near to the Grand canal. 5 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. Very many cafés, shop. Walking distance to the station about 15 minutes. It was very clean. Instructions were clear. There was air conditioning. Uncomfortable bedding.

Met by Anna at the apartment who was lovely and very informative. Beautiful old building freshly renovated. Kitchen facility available with all amenities. Cosy and warm for winter. Excellent location to wander canals and explore Venice. Lots of restaurants, bakery and supermarket near by. Highly recommend staying here. Anna very helpful assisting to get luggage up the stairs to the 1st floor. Thank you so much Anna. Google Maps took us around the corner from where the apartment was however Anna was ready and waiting and found us and directed us to the door. Walked from train station to find 6 bridges with stairs. I should have asked Anna for some directions to the apartment as would have been helpful to know it was a short walk from a vaporetta stop. On way back found vaporetta (Water bus) stop was only 4 minutes walk and caught number 1 from S. Silvestro directly to the train station.
• Iverna (9/5): Great stay! - Well located half way to the train station and San Marco. Very clean and spacious. It felt like home and the kitchen is well equipped. Great host and prompt response. We had a bit of trouble with the heating. However, it got fixed on the same night.

Very clean and location is perfect, close to pasticceria, small supermarket, nice street food shops and lots of restaurants in the same area. Rialto bridge is close too. Anna Emma was very kind and instructions were very clear. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks again! Just minors details, the stairs to get to the apartment are quite steep especially for kids but I guess this should be everywhere the same in central Venice and sometimes at night you can hear people in the streets but this is normal as the location is very central. Except from that (which is not involving the inside of the apartment at all), everything was perfect !

The host Anna is super nice and helpful, with clear check in instruction and free luggage storage after check out. The facilities are great too, and the apartment is quiet and clean.

• John (10/5): Great Place To Stay in the Heart Of Venice - Emma's house was a very nice place in the middle of everything. It was very close to the Rialto Bridge and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with great air conditioning because it was so hot out. The area was safe and easy to get around. Self check in was easy because Anna was very descriptive in her instructions. We would definitely return. Nothing

• Emma (9/5): Superb - Location was really good, in a quiet area but close to restaurants and shops. The host was really friendly and helped us find the apartment. Well-equipped kitchen and a very homely and clean apartment overall. The stairs up were rather difficult and you had to be really careful going up them.
• Valerie (8/5): Very good - The hostess Anna, was lovely and so helpful. Anna came to meet us by the Rio Allto to help us find her flat at 22pm. The flat was well decorated and very clean. It had all the modern necessity to accommodate 4 people. The situation was ideal. 5 min away from the Rio Allto with lots of lovely restaurants and a pâtisserie round the corner. There was also a huge plaza over the bridge on the left. Anna was a very good at responding to questions and providing answers/solutions. The flat was was situated in a quiet street. The flat is spacious however the bedrooms do not offer any privacy as the partition wall is only 2/3 of the height of the ceiling. The flat would be perfect for 1 couple and young children. Sharing with another couple was embarrassing as you cannot talk, or have intimate moments without disturbing the other couple.
