• Luna (7/5): Surfers Paradise 2 bedroom apartment near city - Pet friendly. Easy lift down from 8th floor to ground floor & grassy area out front. Short 10 mins walk to main shops / 15 mins to the beach from accommodation. Clean, well equipped apartment with washing machine, modern conveniences. Lovely rainbow lorikeets visit daily Beautiful scenic views Clean swimming pool Free car parking The shower in the lovely spa bathtub sprays and water pools around the sides - need maintenance. We got locked out & inside the master bedroom as the passage lock was not working - reported to manager

• Guy (8/5): Very good - Great location, we had ring side seats for the fireworks and in general great views. Very comfortable, everything you need for a home away from home. I enjoyed a dip in the pool to cool off after a hot day of sightseeing.

• Andrew (4/5): Great location but way too many faults to come away with a desire to return - The location Mattress and sheets stained - some stains looked like blood, main bath tub jets didn’t work and shower flooded the bathroom, intense smoke smell, cigarette butts on balcony, washing machine did not work (flooded the kitchen), rusted chairs in balcony, couldn’t request towels as staff away when we used the towels to clean up the washing machine flooding, only 1 garbage bag for 4 days, no security screens on windows or doors. And the door garage pad didn’t work except the first day, and brought our grandson out in the garden and he stepped in dog poo which the garden says no pets allowed.
• Tina (4/5): Good location but needs a lot of work! - The location was great but it was the only highlight of the place We requested and paid for an early check in only to find out there was an inspection happening that we weren't notified of until we arrived. Check in was delayed and they could only offer a late check out to compensate which we didn't really need. Only one AC unit in the whole place which made it hard to cool down especially with hot summer days. Advertised as sleeps 5 but the 5th bed was a roller bed with a super thin mattress topper that isn't suitable to sleep the weight of a fully grown adult. The 5th bed also wasn't delivered until after we checked in. The washing machine leaks water which you use it even though someone had come up to try and fix it. The exhaust unit over the stove isn't even installed properly or in working order which meant we had to open up the windows to cook. The front door you have to slam hard to get it shut. The shower head doesn't actually sit in the holder. The place needs a big overhaul and refresh to fix all of these issues as it was far from a comfortable stay
• Gabrielle (1/5): Horrible, avoid!! - This place barely had the essentials. Hardly any kitchen utensils, no laundry liquid. The shower head kept falling down dangerously. Tv was useless, free to air only and dodgy. Washing machine flooded the kitchen. Had an inspection during our stay, so I assume they are selling and do not care about their guests, as they never replied to our concerns.
• Markesha (3/5): disappointed - the location is great. over priced for the condition of the room, spa doesn't work, shower rose doesn't stay up, no where to dry your washing, mold in bedrooms and bathrooms. 2024 would U not have a smart t.v for the kids at night.

• Kelly (6/5): Comfortable to sleep and able to bring small dog. Broken spa - Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything needed. I booked this apartment purely because we were on the gold coast for my daughter's hospital visit and needed the spa bath for my daughter. It didn't work, I emailed but nothing was done. There was no window covering at the bath/toilet area so no privacy to the public. Black mold top of windows. All looks very 'tired' (eg.rusted lights, walls etc) Chips down the side of sofa Rug has dog wee on it, so we had to put outside because the smell was so bad.

• Freya (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable - the shower was amazing the beds were clean and the view was stunning, provided with coffee toilet paper and shower essentials, was never any issue with anything loved the place The property looked nothing like the photos maybe they just re did everything so maybe just update the photos to what the property looks like now
• Amanda (4/5): Average but not horrible - Did r get to stay here due to a water leak. Got moved to a property on Cavill which worked out ok location wise. Didn’t like that they were responsive until you checked in. Once you had a question after check in - no reply.

• Lee (8/5): Nice quiet location is a great description - Nice quiet location. View from balcony of the canal and high rises is amazing. Shady in the afternoon to sit and gaze with a nice drink. Pool and bbq area and garden are beautiful. Easy secure parking. Could walk to main part of surfers but we parked below Woolworths and if you buy something you get two hours free parking. Apartment is a bit dated but bathrooms have been renovated nicely. Need a new TV remote. Flatscreens would be good or else leave fly spray. Need aircons or fans in bedrooms. One aircon in lounge struggles to cool bedrooms and then no privacy as you have to leave doors open.

Cooking dishes super dirty - with broken handle. I would t have thought the unit was in an ok condition to be rented out

• Jacqueline (9/5): Perfect appartement for a short holiday. - Quiet location close to it all. 10min walk to beach, shops, restaurants, tram etc. Nice appartement with a view. Small kitchen but perfect for a short holiday. We liked everything.

• Jo-anne (6/5): Needs a refresh. - Great location, wonderful views of the city, pool and surrounding gardens were wonderful, the garden and seating area reminded me of Thailand. Chloe the host was very helpful and nice to talk to. Unit a bit tired, requires maintenance and a refresh, a grab rail should be installed into the spa, extra tea towels should be supplied depending on length of stay. Linen needs an upgrade too.
